Unfortunately, after Jasmine left Belle Vie, I decided to give NP Jessica a try since I still had my membership. After my experience today, I can confidently say I will not be going back. I got AquaGold microneedling done today and felt very undermined and blindsided. I arrived at 3:05 for optional numbing before my 3:30 appointment, but when I asked about numbing I was told they don't numb for this procedure because 1) it doesn't hurt and 2) it's much quicker than normal microneedling. Both of those statements turned out to be false. I was seen at 3:15 and finished my session around 3:40. At first the pain was bearable, but as the procedure continued it became increasingly painful. After I repeatedly told NP Jessica how much it hurt, she asked if it was my first time microneedling--even though I had already told her it was my first time when she walked into the room and that I was excited to try something new. Her response of "ohhhh I'm so sorry" made it feel like what I had shared beforehand wasn't really taken into account. For context, I have a very high pain tolerance. I've done multiple sessions of PRF EZGel under my eyes with NP Jasmine (formerly at Belle Vie and now at Intemporel Clinic). I've even been told I'm an easy patient to work on because I really do not complain. After the appointment, I called immediately while sitting in my car to be reminded of the post-care instructions because I was honestly so discombobulated from the experience that I couldn't recall them. I also got a second opinion from another NP based in Newport, who told me they absolutely could have numbed me rather than telling me the procedure wouldn't hurt and was quicker. I called back again and ended up getting connected to the receptionist at the Cerritos location, which was bizzare because 22 minute prior the Newport receptionist picked up. She was very apologetic and helped answer all of my questions. I mentioned that for future reference, I believe NP Jessica could be more mindful and transparent about the pain level and the fact that everyone's tolerance varies. I even said I would have gladly paid extra for numbing if that was the issue. She informed me that numbing is actually complimentary and that if I arrived early and asked about it, they could have simply asked if that was something I wanted rather than dismissing it. I will say that Z is the absolute best, and every facial I've gotten from her has been so good!! Although I won't be returning to Belle Vie after 3 years of coming here, I do wish them the best!!

Devina is a true artist! I've been seeing Devina for over 5 years now for my lip and nose filler, and I can honestly say she is the BEST in the industry. She's incredibly patient, realistic, and so knowledgeable in her craft. She truly takes the time to listen to your goals while always prioritizing safety and natural looking results. Her office at Skin Canvas in Irvine is so beautiful and everyone is always so welcoming. Before finding Devina, I had filler done elsewhere that left a visible bump in my lips which you could see when I smiled. Devina carefully dissolved the old filler and completely transformed my lips. Since then, I've never had any bumps or issues. Just smooth, natural looking results that I get compliments on all the time. People are always surprised when I tell them I have filler because it looks so subtle and beautifully done. She also worked magic on my nose. I had a noticeable hump and a pointy tip that always made me feel self-conscious. With a few strategic injections, she smoothed and balanced the shape of my nose without surgery. The best part? No one can tell, it just looks like my nose, only better. If you're looking for someone who's highly skilled, honest, and truly passionate about what she does, I can't recommend Devina enough. Ashley is so knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely comfortable, and customized the treatment to my skin's needs. The procedure itself was much more comfortable than I expected, and I already see such a beautiful glow and improvement in my skin texture. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Natalie, the center manager, who runs such a welcoming and professional space. You can tell the team genuinely cares about their clients and takes pride in what they do. From start to finish, this was a 5-star experience. If you're considering microneedling or any skin treatment, I highly recommend OrangeTwist Tustin--especially Nurse Ashley. I will definitely be back!

After evaluating my skin, she recommended RF microneedling and put me on a skincare routine for a month to properly prep my skin before the treatment. A month later I came back for my procedure with Mancy and she was incredible. She was very thorough and explained everything that would happen during and after the treatment. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and even explained how she would contour my jawline slightly as part of the treatment. The entire staff here is amazing. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the clinic is very nice and clean. Morgan also explained that achieving the results I want will require a series of sessions, and Mancy recommended coming back every 4 to 6 weeks for treatments. So far I am very happy with my experience and I will follow up with another update after my future sessions.

I visited a few before I found Concierge Aesthetics, and I can say I have found my "home" with them. Some of the other spas made me feel belittled, and others made me concerned with the cleanliness, thank goodness neither were the case with Concierge Aesthetics. I see Susie regularly, but I've had interactions with the entire staff and they are all lovely. Susie is one of a kind, she takes time to listen and understand, while also sharing her expertise and recommendations. I've never had a problem that she hasn't been able to help with. I've seen her for years and she is consistent, I know I'm going to get exactly what I need. I've had lasers, Botox, fillers (all while on a limited budget), you name it, she has put the work in with me. I personally like to err on the side of natural with very minor tweaks, and her work in that regard is impeccable. Most recently she recommended a series of Coolpeel treatments and I cannot believe how different my skin looks. I had never even heard of this laser, but now I'm obsessed. I've never felt more confident in the skin I am in; And that is the entire purpose of these treatments. Whatever your needs, I am confident in referring Susie, her ability to listen and understand enable her to tailor treatments very specifically for each individual. Lastly- the space is so warm and inviting. The vibes are amazing, I feel like I'm with my friends in how we can share stories, joke and have a good time. There is no awkward silence, the space and people make it feel like a cozy upscale spa filled with friends. Honestly if I could afford it, I'd go much more often just to soak in good energy of the space and people. (Honestly that says so much because I normally despise appointments and errands).

The entire experience at Concierge Aesthetics is exceptional. From the warm and welcoming front desk staff to the spotless, relaxing spa environment, you genuinely feel taken care of from start to finish. Thank you, Susie and Concierge Aesthetics, for keeping us looking youthful and confident all these years!
