Instead of taking responsibility, offering a refund, or making a meaningful effort to resolve the issue, I have been met with delays and requests for additional information while my concerns remain unresolved. I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.

They make too many mistakes. This has caused me to miss procedures, because they didn't have time, because they screwed up. 3. Their bait and switch scams. Multiple times they called me to tell me about a sale, but then when I'm ready to pay all of a sudden, there are brand new terms and conditions and changes of information. I'm over it laser away.
