I came in for a consultation with Megan and she really took the time to listen to my concerns and skin goals. After evaluating my skin, she recommended RF microneedling and put me on a skincare routine for a month to properly prep my skin before the treatment. A month later I came back for my procedure with Mancy and she was incredible. She was very thorough and explained everything that would happen during and after the treatment. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and even explained how she would contour my jawline slightly as part of the treatment. The entire staff here is amazing. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the clinic is very nice and clean. Morgan also explained that achieving the results I want will require a series of sessions, and Mancy recommended coming back every 4 to 6 weeks for treatments. I feel compelled to share my experience at BioSpa. I've been getting Botox for over 10 years and Dysport for more than 5 years, and I have never experienced a horrible reaction like this. Back on July 8th, I was treated by Adeline. I received 30 units per side for crow's feet (I've never had that much before -- typically I receive 20), 20 units in my forehead, 30 units for my 11s, 25 units for bunny lines, never done my bunny lines, and also for the first time ever, injections for the "jelly roll" under my eyes. I don't remember how many units were used in that area. It didn't state in the email. While Adeline was professional, I didn't feel that my concerns were fully heard or that a more conservative approach was considered -- especially since some of these areas were new for me. A couple days later, I developed a severe reaction. My eyes became extremely red and swollen -- both my upper lids and under eyes -- and this lasted for over two months. It was uncomfortable, distressing, and unlike anything I've ever experienced in all my years of getting injections. Afterward, I researched jelly roll injections and learned that individuals who are prone to allergies or wake up with puffy eyes may not be ideal candidates. That describes me. I wish this had been discussed more thoroughly during my consultation. I ultimately I did not return. I have since found a provider who truly listened to my concerns, used a more conservative approach, and gave me beautiful results without complications. Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend this location. Replying to your response- This reaction is absolutely not the result of a chemical peel. I have never received a chemical peel, laser treatment, or even a facial. In fact, I have always been very cautious with treatments and have even avoided receiving Dysport in the lower part of my face. Suggesting that this could be from a chemical peel is both inaccurate and dismissive of my experience. As I explained to your manager during our phone conversation a few days ago, this occurred after receiving Dysport around my eyes and in my "jelly roll" area. What is especially concerning is that my injector did not document the Dysport that was administered to my jelly roll in my chart, despite the fact that she recommended the treatment and told me I was a good candidate for it. Reading this response is very disappointing. I expected a more thoughtful and accountable reply regarding a situation that has been extremely concerning for me. read more

I cannot say enough great things about my experience here! I came in for a MiraDry procedure, and it was truly night and day compared to where I had my first treatment done elsewhere. From the start, Megan (the coordinator) went above and beyond. She actually called the manufacturer herself to ask how to prevent the awful discomfort I'd experienced before. (Turns out, they suggested the first clinic likely didn't mix the numbing solution properly.) This time, with Adeline performing the procedure, I literally felt NO pain. I could barely tell anything was happening. Adeline was so responsive, comforting, and clearly very skilled. On top of that, she was lovely to talk to, which made the whole process feel relaxed and easy. Afterward, I had only minimal swelling and hardly any side effects. I had the newly FDA approved Skinvive treatment with Shakiba and it was amazing! It was my first time ever having any sort of cosmetic treatment/injection and I was taken very good care of. *I came to BioSpa to get botox in my forehead and lip filler* This was my first time coming to BioSpa and my first ever lip filler appointment. I cannot say enough amazing things about this experience! Their office is gorgeous, clean, and professional which immediately put me at ease. Every member of the staff I encountered was extremely nice and accommodating the second I walked in. Shakiba was my injector and she was so personable and sweet right away. I came here several weeks ago for a MiraDry treatment because of my hyperhidrosis condition. First things first: The results are night and day. The sweat has been reduced so much that I may not even need a second treatment. This has made life so much more pleasant. For anyone wondering whether or not they should try this, hopefully this review should give you some peace of mind. It's a non-invasive solution and definitely worth the money. As for the treatment itself, it did take awhile. Overall wasn't painful at all. Some moments here and there were a bit painful but they were very quick and the nurse did a good job of numbing the areas beforehand. Edit after my first LHR treatment: My first treatment was an amazing experience. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Got escorted back to my room a few minutes before my scheduled time. The tech talked me through what to expect and was very mindful about the whole process. She had to turn down the dial a bit as some of the zaps were shocking but 99% of the treatment was what you'd expect from a laser. Overall, super satisfied as a client and excited to be coming back for future LHR treatments. -- All I can say is that BioSpa truly has the best staff on the planet!
