I would give them a negative star if I could. If if you want to be injured on multiple occasions, then this is the place to get a facial. STAY FAR away from this place unless you want to end up with medical issues after a treatment. I had been going there a few years. My 2nd to last hydra facial, because they were too aggressive they caused broken capillaries on my face that never went away. Then she said we feel bad you got injured and we damaged your skin as you've spent thousands of dollars coming here with packages. I'm a business owner and the intelligent thing would've been to do a refund. But instead she said since we ruined your skin the last time you were here and I can see it hasn't gone away, we would like to add a bonus to today's Facial. That bonus landed me with a permanent injury to my eye. They never cared to refund my money. They said we don't believe you got hurt so come see our eye doctor which logically they don't have an eye doctor at the spa. I have extensive medical bills, my eye is hurting very badly a year later. If you go to this place and they offer to steam your eye run out of there as fast as you can. You will end up with your eye permanently damaged. I believe due to a language barrier, I clearly explained I had an issue with my eye, and the woman said oh it's safe don't worry but she didn't understand what I was saying and acted like she did. I now have permanent damage to my eye. And they have refused to refund my package despite I've had extensive medical bills and pain. I have had amazing hydra facials in many cities & NEVER gotten injured 2 facials in a row. Trust me you don't want to go here unless you want leave with your skin damaged or an actual injury. I asked very nicely considering I was permanently injured for my money back and they refused. Don't ever go to the spa unless you want a terrible treatment, damaged skin, and an injury. read more

I didn't have to wait too long until I was called and assigned to Nina. Surprise! Let me tell you, this was the most pleasant relaxing, and luxurious experience ever! Ambience: The room had a very soft floral fragrance and the lights were low with soft background music. Hydro facial: If you're into skincare, (as much as I am) you can probably tell if the product they are using on you has good ingredients just by the smell and feeling on your skin. Staff: I knew Nina was knowledgeable the moment she explained how the hydro facial machine works, and when she started the skin prep, She made sure my skin was clean and ready to begin the treatment. This included a Chinese-style Facial and decollete massage with pressure points and a modeling mask treatment along with arms and hand massage, exfoliation, and moisturizing. I was so impressed and felt bad about having low expectations lol Every serum, exfoliator, and moisturizer was better than the one before! I fell asleep for a bit, it was a good 90 minutes of luxurious relaxation! The second time I tried the Bojin Facial, my face looked depuffed and my skin was super hydrated! They mentioned my skin is very dry right now and I didn't tell them that is because I started using prescription Retin A but they noticed the change since my skin is more on the oily side. Hubby's opinion: My husband also had the Hydrafacial twice he mentioned that the first time the tech probably ate something with garlic for lunch because he could feel the smell on her fingers LOL His second time was with an older lady and he said she was very rough in the extraction part (maybe because he has more deep and open pores to work on) and that the lady kept the light on (could be the lady couldn't see much with lower light since she was older) also the second time was a little bit more distracting because the tech keeps going in and out of the room and there were clients outside speaking a bit loud. But overall he likes both techs technics and recognizes the good quality of their work! Lastly, remember to bring extra money for tips.
