The facility is clean and Emily the practitioner was very kind and made me feel comfortable. The downside was I had dermaplaning done and I have had it twice before at another dermatologist office and never had any issues. After visiting Rejuve, I left the facility and noticed when I got into the car my chin area had scratches. Of course I don't think I will do dermaplaning anytime soon. I first interacted with Mary who was very gracious in sharing all the potential ways I can reach my goals with the products and services they offered but in a way that was not pushy or off putting. I have actually just never returned back to a business if I feel like they put on their gross salesman hat so I was very appreciative of Mary for being so refined and kind about what they offer I had all my treatments with Emily who is an amazing human being. Our appointments could be up to 40 mins long and yet, the time flew by. Emily is hard working, responsible, kind, light handed with the device, listens to your needs - she is a wonderful human being. From the start to the end the experience was amazing. Mary checked me in and sat with me for an extensive consultation. Provided with detailed information and answered any questions I had. Then she kindly walked me over to the room where Emily greeted me and helped me understand everything as well in regard to doing my first thermalift treatment. If you're a busy person that truly values time and goes by the schedule, this isn't the place for you. My appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance and got a canceled a day before the appointment due to a "scheduling conflict". I was upset because I had to move my schedule around to accommodate the appointment and the rescheduled time put me in a rush everything else. I would be ok with canceling a week to 3 days before but not a day. So imagine buying multiple sessions and getting stuck with their unreliability lack of scheduling organization. Not everyone has the flexibility to go at their pleasing times for treatments. That's what the scheduling is for and you should honor that for future clients. Regarding service and facilities: the place is neat and clean and Emily was kind during the whole procedure. On the downside, she was recommending unnecessary sessions and to sign up for them before being able to see results. Also, I noticed they sell Groupons under the name Rejuve med spa but when you go there is unique DNA. Weird. read more

I bought a treatment package and when I got there, I got the ol' "we are going to recommend something else" speech.
