I had read several reviews about his arrogance, but opted to have a positive attitude and hope for the best. After the initial surgery, I had 6 months of expander fills before the final reconstruction surgery in June 2023. Unfortunately, the reconstruction he did on me was horrible! I looked like a freak! Dr. Daneshmand said "In a year, they'll look amazing"! Within months, they went from bad to worse and after 18 months, I couldn't stand it anymore. My breasts were so disfigured and it was impossible to find a bra that fit me. I was emotionally depleted trying to accept that's how I'd look the rest of my life. And to make matters worse, I had constant pain along one of the incision areas that I had to ice almost every night. If dealing with cancer wasn't bad enough! Having changed to better insurance, I finally opted to have revision surgery (with a different plastic surgeon) and I couldn't be happier! He fixed all the problems and the pain is completely gone. He said my previous surgery was so poorly done, it took him a lot of work to fix all the issues. The revision was done Dec. 2025. Now, a year later, they still look amazing! If I had known how bad this experience would have been, I would have sought out a different surgeon who worked with a better plastic surgeon that accepted by my insurance.

It's been several years since I finished my laser hair removal treatments there and my results are holding pretty well. I had literally no hair growing back on my shoulder and back. I added more areas since then and all worked amazingly well. I also did 2 more rounds of Sculpsure for body sculpting and stubborn fat reduction in belly and flanks. As a background, I am pretty fit and just needed some additional toning and the Sculpsure was a perfect touch and greatly helped. I have continued with the scalp treatment for male pattern hair loss prevention and treatment. I am alternating PRP with hair growth stem cell factor to maximize my results and I can confidently say that the treatment was effective in stopping the thinning and stimulating some hair regrowth. As for new treatments, I started doing Botox for my frown lines and lines on forehead at Amoderm around 2 years ago and have done it 3-4 times so far. The results typically last a good 3-5 months for me and I appreciate how I am still able to have full facial expression with natural look and avoid looking frozen while having the lines and wrinkles erased. Same great experience as other treatments I have done at Amoderm and well worth the money. Highly recommend as before!

I am a Black Moorish American, and plastic surgery is not something talked about in my community, nor seen openly. I was hesitant to address my separated abs and hernia from my 2 C-sections, and thought this was just going to be life and I was to continue looking deformed (in my eyes) in my abdomen area. I did not have high expectations at all when seeking information, but my husband supported me moving forward because these conditions were really hurting my self image and confidence. I met with Heavenly Plastic Surgery, and they randomly had a cancellation so I could have the procedure completed in a week. I went ahead and scheduled everything, and had the procedure, then came out with no complications. I am now 5 months out from my procedure, and I am beyond happy with the results! He treated me with such care and had so much grace through the process, and always made me feel comfortable and not judged. To be honest, I was embarrassed of my body and was having to buy all kinds of gadgets to look okay to myself in clothes. Now, I can simply wear clothes again without the fear of my stomach bulging, or someone thinking I was pregnant. When you go in these buildings, you never see women of color in the advertising on the walls, or in the brochure material-- so you think 'this isn't for us.' Now, I can personally attest, this is something women of color can use and Dr. David Nguyen is someone we can trust with our bodies for this type of care. He also suggested I use a product after the procedure called Silagen for scaring since we have a tendency to keloid, and I had beautiful results! Dr. Nguyen and his team are some of the best medical team I've met. They're friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I've had many concerns regarding the surgery and recovery, but they reassured me and always responded in a timely manner. I got my diastasis recti and cyst fixed through Dr. Nguyen. I had a difficult time breathing without a belly support due to having surgery that removed one of my organs and after giving birth to my kids so I opted for a tummy tuck. My OB was concerned of the cyst that formed on my body and wanted to get it removed since it could grow more and become cancerous. I chose to get it done through Dr. Nguyen as well even though my insurance was covering the removal of the cyst. I trusted Dr. Nguyen's surgery skills after seeing his past work since I had a bad experience with another surgeon at a local hospital due to their stitching skills and their after care advice and methods. Everything went well during my surgery. His medical team made me feel better since I was feeling anxious. After Dr. Nguyen prayed for me and I was given the anesthesia, I fell asleep right away and woke up not long after the surgery was done. The drive home was rough since it was far from where I lived at the time, but I heard they changed the surgery location to be at the same place as the clinic so that shouldn't be a problem anymore. The hardest part after every surgery is the recovery. The HPS team were kind and accommodating to my needs. There was one time they added me to the schedule although it was a very busy day. Everyone on his staff are sweet and listen attentively. During my post op recovery, Dr. Nguyen always responded to my questions even late at night and early in the morning. I've met many doctors, surgeons, and even some chief of surgery at well-known hospitals, but not all of them were as kind, honest, and skillful as Dr. Nguyen. I'm almost one year post op and I'm feeling better than before especially now that I don't have to be tied down to a belly support. I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Dr. Nguyen, and unfortunately, it was the complete opposite of the positive reviews I read before deciding to move forward with him. From the very beginning, Dr. Nguyen seemed rushed and didn't take the time to truly understand what I wanted. He didn't offer any thoughtful recommendations regarding the best sizing for my body type. After showing him some photos for reference, he simply said he would try to accomplish the look I was going for, but that was it. I trusted the process, hoping the outcome would be positive, but I ended up feeling very unhappy with the entire experience. On the morning of my surgery, I received a call saying my appointment was delayed by an hour. When I arrived at the facility, the surgery didn't even happen until three hours later than originally scheduled. Dr. Nguyen never apologized for the inconvenience, and that just added to my growing frustration and unhappiness. After the surgery, I was extremely unhappy with the results. The size and shape of my breast augmentation were nothing like what I had envisioned. I felt completely let down. When I voiced my dissatisfaction at my postop appointment, Dr. Nguyen suggested that if I lost weight, the implants might appear bigger, which was never mentioned to me before the surgery. Had I known this could be a factor, I would have made a different decision or sought another surgeon. In the end, I am still looking in the mirror every day, feeling unhappy with my results. I regret not having been given more guidance or advice from Dr. Nguyen before surgery. I feel as though my concerns were ignored, and my unhappiness was brushed off. I had an incredibly positive experience with Dr. Nguyen after a nightmare with my initial breast lift and augmentation. My first surgery, done by another surgeon, ended up being a series of complications. Due to tight skin, the surgeon wasn't sure how large of an implant could be used and persuaded me to go with adjustable implants, which had a port on the side of the breast to add volume later. Unfortunately, I developed complications, including issues with the incision opening. To make matters worse, my surgeon was dismissive and unhelpful, often leaving me feeling gaslighted and anxious. When I questioned the decision to use adjustable implants, his response was, "I gave you the best implant, what more do you want?" This was the breaking point for me, and I decided to seek out a new surgeon. I found Dr. Nguyen and couldn't be more thankful. From the moment I met him, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his care. He was professional, kind, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He provided me with several options and was completely transparent about the best path forward. I opted for a breast implant exchange, and within a few months, I was able to schedule my surgery. The surgery experience was a night-and-day difference. The surgery center was top-notch, and Dr. Nguyen took the time to speak with me beforehand, explaining the procedure thoroughly. The most touching moment was when he asked if he could pray with me before the surgery. It was a testament to his genuine care and empathy. My decision to move forward with surgery was two years in the making. I met with Dr. Nguyen for the first time in August 2022. After consulting with three other cosmetic surgeons, I chose Dr. Nguyen to be my surgeon. I initially was only going for abdominoplasty after having two large children (8.5 lbs on a petite 5'2" frame) my diastasis recti left me looking permanently pregnant. My stomach bulged out and I hid my midsection in larger clothes than I should be in. Dr. Nguyen advised that I should also do a breast lift and replace my deflated saline implants, liposuction my back and transfer that fat to my hips. After deliberating for two years, I decided to move forward with the full mommy makeover, and I have no regrets whatsoever. I feel blessed that I am able to be in the position to transform my physical body after what bearing children could do to a mother's body. I had minimal pain, I followed his orders to the tee, if I needed anything, he and his staff were there to support me. I would like to add that my first breast augmentation in 2005 left little to no sensation around my areola and beneath the breast but I regained sensation after my breast lift and implant exchange with Dr. Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen is a genius, his approach was different from other surgeons. It would have been a disservice if he worked on only my abdominoplasty without breast lift, implant exchange and hips fat graft. I am nearly 4 months post op and in love with my results. My results look so natural that are leaving people wondering how I snatched my waist hence the anonymous post. First meeting with the Dr. David Nguyen was so comfortable. The entire team is friendly, helpful, supportive, and clearly focused on a positive patient experience. Pre-surgery notes and video's was so helpful! It included a list of what to expect, what to know, and what to buy in advance of surgery so I had what I needed during recovery. The entire team was always open to answering questions and providing as much information as possible. Even the anesthesiologist came in before surgery to introduce himself and explain what to expect. Nurse that was there with me before the Surgery I think her name is Theresa simply amazing. I remember she was covering me with a heated blanket. The surgery itself was so non-threatening. The team is friendly and supportive. Recovery was easier than I anticipated and all the follow-up appointments have been easy and helpful. Dr. Nguyen met with me during every single appointment. His "bedside" manner is so friendly and reassuring! Such a wonderful Dr. I must say He is clearly an expert at what he does. He is always available to answer questions - even via text. I was dealing for years with a large implant surgery that I was not happy with. As years passed I wanted them removed and didn't want any implants at all. It has made me very sensitive and extremely conscious about making any definite, aesthetic alterations to my body. Before I found Dr. Nguyen, I mulled through many reviews and did lots of research prior to visiting the location. I was shocked to find that I could not find a single negative comment about him, which is unusual for a business regardless of how qualified a surgeon is or how incredible patient results are. Dr. Nguyen could determine more about my body more than I could, and his gentle and calm demeanor gave me the space I needed to make any decision without being pressured into it. He took my requests very personally, and I told me from a clinical perspective whether or not I would be pleased with my operations. Dr. Nguyen gave me many options. and instead of fulfilling my first request, he encouraged me to explore a different one because he knew it would please me aesthetically more in the long run. I am so glad I took his advice, and my breast revision at 43 gave me the same look and feel as when I was an 18-year-old girl. I recently got breast augmentation since my first visit everyone is really kind and welcoming I did a lot of research before choosing them and seen a lot of good reviews I don't regret choosing them . In my first visit he gave me a lot of knowledge on anatomy of the chest recommended me a size based on my body frame and size . In my second visit for my sizing he asked me to bring inspiration pictures I was already determined to go bigger than what he recommended because I didn't want to go to small .In my sizing visit I got to try on different sizes and I had a feeling I wanted more than 600cc just because I didn't want to regret them being to small and honestly I don't regret the size I got I went for 650cc I weigh 135 and my height is 5'4 . Before surgery they send me a list of things I needed before my surgery and texted me and emailed me if I had any questions always replied and very informative . The day of my surgery everything went smooth and I was a little nervous but before going into surgery he seen I was kinda nervous and asked if I would like to pray before going in and we did and made me feel more comfortable and at peace. First of all, I would like to thank Doctor Nguyen for performing my rhinoplasty/septoplasty. He is a true perfectionist, skilled surgeon. His staff is amazing. Everything from the consultations to post-op appointments, Dr. Nguyen and his staff have followed through every time: straight and honest business. Before choosing Dr. Nguyen, I called several surgeons across California. Long story short, I chose him because I felt like he had my best interest in mind. He was honest with his assessment, and he was overall genuinely concerned with my well being. I went on several appointments with many different doctors, looking for the right fit. Each time I was met with high prices and procedures that I wasn't even looking for, that is until I met Dr. Nguyen at Heavenly Plastic Surgery. I explained exactly what I was looking for and he thoroughly answered all my questions and put all my concerns at ease. He goes above and beyond to answer your questions and follow through after surgery. I had my surgery 2 days before Thanksgiving 2021 and I ended up pulling a stitch from too much activity on Thanksgiving. I had a deeply disappointing experience with this establishment. But there's nothing Godly present! I attended a consultation in July, received a quoted price, and planned to move forward with surgery in December as part of my weight loss journey. When I began calling in October to schedule my follow-up, it took the manager and scheduler, Amber, over a month and a half to return my call despite my calling more than ten times. Throughout this process, I felt disrespected, ignored, and treated unprofessionally. When I finally asked to speak with Dr. Nguyen to address my concerns, Amber contacted me instead and told me, "We are not the best fit for you...the Doctor doesn't see you as a good candidate...It's best you go somewhere else. " She refused to provide any explanation. This was confusing and hurtful, especially since I had previously been given a price and instructed to return for a follow-up. Her behavior made me feel singled out and unfairly dismissed, which caused for me to record her words. Whether Dr. Nguyen is aware of how these interactions are being handled, I can't say, but I hope my experience brings attention to how patients are being treated. I could not recommend Dr. Nguyen & his entire team MORE! The front desk is so kind, attentive, & so helpful with all of the scheduling/phone calls. I knew from my initial consultation that Dr. Nguyen was the surgeon for me! He was honest, knowledgeable & listened to my concerns--he helped me choose my perfect size & suggested the best options for my body shape. An MRI showed that I needed a surgery. I began interviewing Plastic Surgeons to do the job. After interviewing three other Plastic Surgeons, I was Blessed to meet Dr. David Nguyen of Heavenly Plastic Surgery. He and his staff were like a "breath of Fresh Air". Dr. Nguyen and his team are amazing! After doing weeks of research on different doctors I finally decided to get a consultation with Dr. Nguyen. I am so glad I did. Being my first procedure I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect but I felt very safe while under the care of Dr. Nguyen. When arriving to the office the girls greeted me so politely. During my consultation Dr. Nguyen answered all of my questions and concerns so I decided to set up my surgery date two weeks after. The safety of his patients is priority, he provides everything you need to have a safe a quick recovery. On surgery day I was so nervous but the Dr. and surgical team all did a tremendous job easing my anxiety. My journey began by seeking a consultation through Inland Breast and Body, I was then matched with Dr. Nguyen because I had bariatric surgery in the past and I needed to remove excess skin from my arms, stomach and have a breast lift/reduction. I am thankful that our paths crossed at that moment. I realized that he was a newer surgeon, but his attention to detail and compassion convinced me that he was the one. Being a nurse myself, bedside manner is a plus for me when choosing a doctor, and Dr. Nguyen definitely has it. I was a bit nervous starting this process during this pandemic but I pushed forward knowing they had my best interest in mind. On June 2nd I had a very lengthy procedure (7 1/2 hours), it took about a week to realize how great everything looked as I started to get around and heal. I am 8 weeks post-op today and I couldn't be happier, all my incisions have healed and my scars are better than can be expected. I wish I had found Heavenly Plastic Surgery sooner! After years of doubts and hesitation regarding getting a tummy tuck, it only took one visit to Heavenly to answer all the questions I had. Typically, you're advised to meet with multiple surgeons before making a decision since surgery is a serious commitment, but Dr. K was actually the first and only consultation I did. I immediately felt comfortable with him and his staff right off the bat. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Dr. Kelishadi took the time to thoroughly evaluate my anatomy and recommended the Preservé technique with Motiva implants. He explained that I had natural asymmetry and suggested two different implant profiles (demi and full) with a 65cc difference to create better balance. I truly appreciated his honest, thoughtful approach and I am so glad I trusted his expertise because I am very happy with my results. One of my biggest hesitations about breast augmentation was fear of going under general anesthesia. The Preservé technique itself is incredible because it uses IV sedation and local anesthesia instead, and the downtime was only a few days. Knowing that Dr. Kelishadi is one of the first plastic surgeons in the United States able to offer this advanced technique made me feel even more confident in my decision. His wife, Dr. Sherry, who is the pharmacist, was also wonderful. Their non-narcotic pain protocol was amazing. Avoiding nausea and grogginess was very important to me, and they completely delivered on that promise. The practice is extremely organized and thoughtful -- they even provided all medications in advance along with a duffle bag, scar gel, a recovery journal, and a cute pink velour outfit set for surgery day. These details made the experience feel very supported and personalized. However, he did do a turbinate reduction and a week after surgery I was hospitalized for complication with my antibiotics and CT scans showed that I still had an enlarged concha bullosa and a deviated septum. It has grown more severe over the years so I am not sure if the nasal tip was insufficiently supported or if the surgery wasn't aggressive enough for my case? My breathing is pretty much back to square one where I have a large obstruction on one side and a deviated septum with valve collapse on the same side. Then again, I knew the risks going in and consented to this possibility. Overall, I would say he is definitely more of a cosmetic surgeon than an ENT bc ENTs do CT scans prior to operating and focus on function over aesthetics

Also, the AviClear treatment here was ten times more affordable than any other place I consulted with and with almost no side effects compared to oral acne medication like Accutane. I've been struggling with acne since I was a teenager and finally found a solution! Nima was fantastic the entirety of the treatment regime and helped keep me comfortable the entire time. Within the first two weeks of the first treatment I started seeing clearing and continued seeing additional clearing through the treatment process. It takes a few months after the final (third) treatment for full effects to take place, but I'm already so happy with the results. I loved the office and Nima so much that I am now doing laser hair removal with them and that has also been a lovely process. I couldn't recommend Nima and the Sajjadian team more!

If this is how they treat a patient who they've never met I cannot imagine the type of care that I would receive if I had actually gone through with any type of surgery. I am a reasonable human and if they had told me, the doctor was running late, or had checked on me 10 minutes after leaving me alone in the room to explain that something had suddenly come up , I would've been more forgiving. However, they had asked me simply to continue to wait after 48 minutes. Rude.

As a beginning, I want to be honest about everything that happened to me and share my full…read moreexperience. In January, I had a labiaplasty performed by Dr. Deborah Ekstrom, MD. After the surgery, she prescribed pain medication (Oxycodone HCl IR 5 mg capsules) for five days. During that time, I had severe constipation and had to go to the ER. On March 3, I went back for a follow-up appointment. During that visit, Dr. Ekstrom also injected hyaluronic acid filler into my labia majora, which cost $1,600. Before the procedure, I asked the doctor if there were any negative side effects and how long the results would last. She told me there were no negative side effects and that the results would last a long time. However, the same day I started feeling something hard, like a small stone. The next day I felt itching and noticed redness. Day by day it became worse. The redness increased, the itching continued, and the area started to look uneven -- the left side looked larger than the right. On March 11, I texted the office manager, Jo Cattell. She was very kind and asked if I wanted to come in that day to see the doctor. I said yes. When I saw Dr. Ekstrom, I first showed her pictures of the redness. She said the pictures looked worse than what she was seeing in person. She also said the redness and swelling might be caused by using an ice pack. However, I do not believe this is the cause. After my labiaplasty surgery, I used ice packs and never had this problem. The symptoms started the same day after the filler injection. I also explained that it hurts when I go to the bathroom. I asked if the filler could be removed, but she told me she could not treat the area right now because it looked like an allergic reaction and that further treatment would cost additional money. She prescribed medication for me to pick up at the pharmacy. I am sharing my full experience because I do not want this to happen to another patient. I work hard for my money, and I do not want to waste it on something that made me feel worse. I do like the results of my labiaplasty, but I do not like the filler injection. It looks uneven and has caused discomfort and illness. If a procedure cannot be done safely, it is better to be honest with patients. People trust their doctors, and I was one of those patients. For fairness, I want to mention that the clinic was very clean. The drive time for me was 1 hour and 40 minutes. Also, two weeks after the surgery I initially left a five-star review. My advice to others is not to write a review until you have had the full experience. Finally, I went to the ER again on March 14, 2026 because my labia majora became worse, with severe itching and swelling. I could not sleep because of the discomfort. They were also very honest and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do for surgery for both the neck/face lift and body lipo/contouring. I had some issues that would have put off surgery but they still accommodated me in the timeline i needed before my wedding. SO far post op the surgeries look mazing and i felt great after just a few days which is amazing since it was almost a 7 hour surgery. My fiance has also gone in for chemical peels and loved the results! Everyone in the office is amazing Jo and everyone at the front, and staff to the doctors!
