I had surgery back in September 2021. I was not extremely happy with the outcome and saw Dr Larson for a follow up. He did not give me much hope. I returned months later to find that Larson no longer worked at the business and Dr West took over. After seeing Dr west he gave me a band to place on my chest to push the implants down. It did not work. I have made several attempts to see Dr West to talk about options even considering paying for another lift (although I'm only correcting the mistake Larson made) and he has blown me off, missed appointments and refused to see me. Unfortunately I was left with no options. I would NEVER consider using West, Larson or his facility knowing this is how he treats his patients. Very sad. I found Dr. West through my insurance portal and thank God I did. My experience has been nothing but great from the minute I reached out to his office. I had an implant rupture and despite being in the middle of a global pandemic, Dr. West and Gina took care of me from the minute I reached out. I would especially give Gina 1,000 stars if I could. She has dedicated a ridiculous amount of time to figure out my insurance policy and just went out of her way to help me with everything she could. I just had my second session of TermiVa. Best thing I am doing for myself. My "down there" feels and looks normal again. It totally has helped with my incontinence and drying issues. First, I want to say previously working in a field for 30 yrs that works with doctors and the medical field you learn what to look for in a doctor. Don't believe the best ones are in Beverly Hills. That is false. The most expensive ones are in B.H. I didn't first find Dr.West. I live in the desert his office is 2 hrs away in the City Of Orange. I first chose another that had a desert office and Beverly Hills address. But when I called and wanted a price range after checking him out with the Medical Board "Dr. X " I was told charged $35,000 not including the breast implants? What! This was for a tummy tuck and breast augmentation! Plus there might be extra charges? Huh? And $250 consultation fee. Red flags for me. Charging that high of a price then being petty with charging extra for the implants? Then other extra's$$ No...I continued my search.. I eventually found Dr. West on Realself. A great website of patients that share their stories. I didn't pick him because he is Hot Lol His Manager, Gina provided the price range that was doable and a free consultation. It was well worth it!! I had a Bilateral Breast Augmentation surgery and a Tummy Tuck done 1/26/22. (2 days ago). This will cover the first part of my review since I just had the surgery with Dr. Justin West and it's still early, however, So far the experience has been better than I thought it would be. Dr. West is a fine, considerate doc who tells you straight what to expect and his staff is top notch. Gina, his Manager answered a lot of questions from me quickly and totally . Kristol is his nurse who was in the operating room and saw me along with Dr. West during the consultation and post-op visit. I selected Dr.West out of many doctors. If you're going to build a new house you need to have the right tools w/experience to ensure a positive outcome. Checking State Medical Board for good standing and no pending lawsuits is a must. I don't think people first check there as they should. Being a member of the Board of Plastic Surgeons. Also, reviews in every site. RealSelf, Google and Yelp. He cleared it all..even does free consultations was a plus! I have had several C-spine surgeries and worked in the med field in a indirect way. So I believe I can spot a good one. My prior surgeries were difficult experiences because of problems with General Anesthesia. He assured me that with anti-nausea patch and meds this should not be a problem. I also suffer from chronic pain and he told me of a shot that lasts a few days for pain called Exparel. (I found out other doctors still use an old school method of a pain pump). I was interested and sold. He gave me 2hrs of his precious time to answer a list of questions. Along with the above, his website has the best before and after pics and he attaches a video where he narrates each procedure! Very helpful! Pre-op we went over the procedures any questions I had. Evidently I have constricted breasts and he told me how he was going to address it. Not much on the t.t cuz my sister had one and I knew about them. Plus we covered that during the consultation. Surgery day I was to be at the surgery center at 6:00am and have surgery at 8ish Everyone at Main St Surgery Center was fabulous! The nurses made sure you are comfortable and Dr. West comes in to check and mark you up. He even asked about family members. If they left their number? I thought wow! That's great! It was a long surgery (over 6 hrs) It all went smoothly. I had a nurse recommended by the doc office pick me up and take me to a hotel where my first night would be with a nurse. So glad I took him up on getting a nurse it makes all the difference and she was wonderful! I did well. I had tolerable pain she helped get me up and walked to the bathroom. She gave me what I was told to bring protein drinks, snacks and broth. She knew how to use the drains and what to check for. I had her for 16 hrs. Dr. West called to follow up and spoke with my nurse. She gave him an update. Next morning my sister came early enough to watch her do my drains. The hotel serves breakfast so she went to pick me up some oatmeal. Then we left. Post -op visit today went well. Kristol their nurse checked all my sutures/incision as well as breasts. I can shower tomorrow. It all looks well.I get queasy so I can't look yet. My sister told me that I look nice and that Dr. West did a very good job. He came in had a nice discussion with us about the surgery and outcome and said to call if any questions or concerns. He also mentioned that I should be having an hour glass figure by how much lipo was removed and how he contoured my body. My breasts he says are still swollen that it will take time to drop. I like the way they are now and don't want them to go down. Lol Next week I have another appointment to remove drains. I highly recommend Dr. West! read more

TLDR; I am currently just shy of 6 months post operation for breast implants and I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE CONFIDENT in my body image. Never. I would do it again in a heart beat. The only regret I have is that I didn't reach out to Dr. West sooner. I researched and thought about breast implants for almost a decade, but never felt comfortable enough to actually go through with it, despite wanting a better shape/size practically since puberty. I was looking for a natural, subtle improvement-one that would perhaps be noticeable to close friends and family, but not draw a ton of attention if I walked into a room, ya know? And because of these pretty specific and picky requirements, I never felt confident enough to actually schedule a surgery, even after meeting with four or five surgeons over the years. And then I found Dr. West. Meeting with him and his team made me feel confident that he could accomplish the goals I had in mind. He and his team answered my questions with candid honesty and listened to my concerns with open minds and validation. They also have Vectra 3D imaging, which was a huge plus for me as I was able to better visualize what breast implants might look like on MY body, not just any body. They answered every phone call (there were lots), offered me flexibility with scheduling, gave me patience and support, and they were just so warm and kind. On the day of the surgery, Dr. West and Krystle were both there to pump me up and calm my nerves. They assured me they'd both be with me every step of the way; including the healing process. Speaking of the healing process, it was a bit longer and more involved than I planned on, but in hindsight, I'm not that great when it comes to pain and should have had more realistic expectations about this. There was also some confusion about what type of bra to wear, how much support, for how long/when, and stuff like that, but I got through it. More clarity here would've been appreciated. However, I get it that every patient's body is different and they have to walk that line of averaging things out. All in all, I am glad I went with Dr. West for my breast implants. I am currently just shy of 6 months post operation and I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE CONFIDENT in my body image. Never. And I've even gained 10 pounds over the past year or so. That is saying something! I've left messages there four months after my procedure and wrote to Dr. West and I've heard from no one. I could've done this in probably 10 different places where I live but I decided to travel to 50 miles one way to them because I was recommended that I would get a really good price From a personal friend of Dr. West.
