Dr. Bui is the absolute best!!! Did I have to do my research to find him on Yelp? Yes... was it worth it... yes! (I've been looking for quite a while) I first went to Dr. Bui in 2014, I'm coming up on 10 years from my augmentation and I couldn't be happier. To this day people that didn't know me before couldn't even tell that they weren't naturally mine because they just look so natural, they thought I was just blessed. I initially wanted an augmentation because I was fairly young and just had a baby, my upper half just looked too sad and saggy to only be 22. I communicated that I wanted an augmentation but not too exaggerated, I mainly wanted my pregnant boobs. I got saline, that was magical because he was able to fill each one up to its desired size to make up for that empty space I lost after breastfeeding. His office staff was great and the consultation was super easy going. Care after the surgery wasn't that bad. My surgery was a Friday morning and I went back to work that following Tuesday. I first heard of Dr. Bui over 15 years ago when a number of co-workers and close friend went to him for plastic surgery. I recently decided to have a breast lift and implant surgery done myself and had a wonderful experience. His office staff, especially Maria have been amazing! Dr Bui did amazing work! I am so satisfied with his results. I'm not post op 3 months yet but even at 1.5 it is still looking amazing. I healed very quickly at 1 week even though the first 2-4 days were pretty rough. You do need help so have family help you post recovery. Dr. Bui is a hidden gem. I was originally referred but worried since he didn't have any social media accounts at the time like other surgeons. My friend assured me he was good and pricing was VERY reasonable. She said you weren't paying for Newport Prices. I went for a breast lift revision in March and really liked his honesty and recommendation for myself. He made my breasts back to how they should have been. My first surgery cost me almost $17,000 for a newport doctor who botched it and Dr. Bui being in Anaheim was almost half. The surgery center he uses is amazing as well. I have had various surgeries and this is the easiest facility to have it done. They make you feel super cared for. The anesthesiologist gives you a pill to before they take you to the OR room to make you feel very relaxed and loopy. So it's a very easy transition from that to being put to sleep. Everytime i dont remember when they actually knock you out which makes it way less scary. My 2nd surgery I had a week ago for a revision to my double chin, i was not nervous at all. I had bad reaction and Dr. Bui was accommodating and made sure to get me in right away to care for me! He also never has long waits! That's a HUGE plus. Very humble, down to earth, taking his time with patients and family. Been to couple consultation for mommy make over with couple of surgeons and finally fell in with Dr. Bui. Did my abdominoplasty in 2017 March. Im not going to lie it was the most painful surgery I ever experienced. I was taking Percocet that took the pain away but I was experiencing severe nausea, which was contributing more to the pain. I thought I would never recover, but after 6 weeks, I did. I went back to work after 10 weeks. My bilateral flank had burning sensation, especially during change of position from lying to sitting or sitting to standing. And 4 months later it still burns but lessened. Dr Bui, Julie, Maria and Adrianna at Dr Bui office, are such an excellent team. They were very responsive to my call, questions, I even could just text Julie for my nausea and she would refilled my meds over the phone to the nearest pharmacy. First off, Dr Bui makes you feel so comfortable and what I love is he doesn't push you to get what you don't need. For example, if you are doing your research, you already know that silicone costs more than saline. Instead of him insisting on one or the other he gave me the pros and cons of both. Dr. Bui is nice and did an fairly decent job on my TT except for my belly button which looks so fake that now I cover up more than pre TT! When I went back to see if he could make it look less like a button on a doll he told me to lose weight. I'm a size 6. Not skinny but not morbidly obese. Before surgery I was told if I didn't like my belly button he would fix it. He won't. Now I have to shell out the $ and find another surgeon to make me look natural. read more

Doctor Bui and his staff are hands down THE BEST around. They have a nice close knit work culture that transcends the stuffy Newport Beach plastic surgeon offices. I was initially having pain in my left breast due to a ruptured 10 year implant. I decided to have it fixed and also decided to get that curvy body and flat stomach so I can live my best life in my 30s. It is important to have good skin elasticity so I felt doing lipo sooner than later was the way to go rather than waiting to do it down the road. I went to two other doctors in Newport who quoted me close to 27 k for breast lift, breast augmentation, capsulectomy, and lipo is the front stomach, back and flanks. Doctor Bui came closer to 14 k and I could not be happier with the results so far. When I was searching for a plastic surgeon, my friend recommended Dr Bui. She said the office is not all glitzy but he does quality work. I feel the Newport doctors are able to bump the price up more because they can. I was also at a birthday party where another friend said I should try him out too. They didn't even know each other and I had just went into my consult with him the day before so after getting a second recommendation, I felt it was a sign that he was the right choice. I am three weeks out from my surgery and have had two follow ups that have started promptly and any concerns I had, Dr Bui explained thoroughly the process which left me at ease. Maria is also a sweetheart as well.
