Dr. Kosins identified the problem which was an encapsulated breast implant and was able to have me scheduled for surgery the following week. I was very skeptical about undergoing surgery because I have severe sleep apnea and a vocal cord paralysis. Dr. Kosins provided me with words of reassurance, which gave me the confidence to move forward with the procedure. The surgery went forward without any complications, and my pain decreased significantly. Now it is totally gone. Dr. Kosins was very knowledgeable about complications with breast implants and handled the situation brilliantly. I am very pleased with my results. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the outcome of my breast augmentation and with the level of follow-up support afterward. I had surgery on May 5, 2025. Around 4-5 months post-op, I began noticing significant asymmetry developing. By the time I returned for my follow-up appointment in September, the issue had already become very noticeable. At this point, I developed capsular contracture on my left side, causing the breast to feel hard, tight, and unnatural. On the right side, the implant dropped significantly lower than the left, creating visible asymmetry and uneven nipple positioning. I also experienced poor scar healing around my right areola, with the scar remaining thick, raised, and persistently itchy nearly a year later. To be fair, Dr. Kosins did acknowledge the asymmetry during my September appointment, discussed revision options with me, and his office provided information regarding the Allergan warranty coverage. I understand capsular contracture is a known risk of breast augmentation surgery and not necessarily the result of negligence. However, what left me disappointed was the lack of continued follow-up and support afterward. After the initial discussion regarding revision options and warranty information, there was no further outreach, follow-up phone call, scheduling assistance for next steps, or even scheduling of my one-year post-op appointment/check-in. As a patient navigating an upsetting complication less than a year after surgery, that absence of communication left me feeling unsupported and alone in the process. I never expected perfection, and I understand complications can happen with any surgery. But when complications do occur, communication, reassurance, and aftercare matter just as much as the surgery itself. Patients deserve to know not only how successful outcomes are handled, but also how they are supported when results do not go as planned.

Dr. Sajjadian not only fixed the structural breathing problems that plagued me for over a decade, but made my nose look exactly how I described I wanted it to. I had previously been told by another surgeon that I would need a breast lift to get the result I wanted, but I really did not want the additional scars or a lift if it wasn't absolutely necessary. Dr. Ip took the time to evaluate my anatomy and gave me another option that made much more sense for me. We ultimately went with Motiva Ergonomix implants placed over the muscle/subfascial, without a lift, and I am SO happy that I trusted him. My surgery and recovery were honestly easier than I ever expected. I had very minimal pain, never needed the prescription pain medication, and felt extremely well taken care of throughout the entire process. I'm now several weeks out and already love my results more and more as everything continues to settle. They look beautiful, feminine and proportionate to my body, which was exactly what I wanted. What I appreciated most about Dr. Ip was that I never felt pressured or like there was only one "correct" option. He even handled my court case and made $15,000 off of that which we lost the case and we are in debt from all of my nose surgeries. I had emailed him about an estimate for my nose, it was around $30,000. I had my consultation once again after the waited time period, we talked about fixing the holes (dents in my nose from missing cartilage), and fixing the irregularities. I booked the non refundable deposit of $1,000 after meeting with him and scheduled the surgery thinking the quote would similar to what he quoted me on email. The receptionist (I can't say names on yelp), sent me a quote of $187,050. I was floored. I lost the deposit money and we can't afford almost $200,000 for a nose job. I am filled with so many questions of why? Where did we get so lost? My emails are ignored now. I lost the money to the lawyer to the last surgeon who botched me, we're in debt from 4 surgeries that botched me, and I put all my eggs in one basket as to the hope for him to fix me for good. We can't even get a loan for $200,000. I'm really down and absolutely shocked that he said he would help me, but surprised me with a price tag that's insurmountable for what we can afford. It's saddening. My hope is gone for surgeons. They're greedy and money hungry. I hope this review gets him to read what emotional toll this has taken on me, and to think before you charge a patient $200,000 to fix irregularities on their nose. I'm no millionaire or billionaire, I'm a mom raising a toddler who has had a really hard time looking in the mirror. I wish he would have kept his word. Only God will judge us at the end as to how we treated those in need of help but couldn't afford a quarter million dollars to get it.

Typically, you're advised to meet with multiple surgeons before making a decision since surgery is a serious commitment, but Dr. K was actually the first and only consultation I did. I immediately felt comfortable with him and his staff right off the bat. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Dr. Kelishadi took the time to thoroughly evaluate my anatomy and recommended the Preservé technique with Motiva implants. He explained that I had natural asymmetry and suggested two different implant profiles (demi and full) with a 65cc difference to create better balance. I truly appreciated his honest, thoughtful approach and I am so glad I trusted his expertise because I am very happy with my results. One of my biggest hesitations about breast augmentation was fear of going under general anesthesia. Due to having an lumpectomy, I was under the impression that I did not have much of my own breast tissue left and this is why the doctor recommended implants to begin with. But at this point I had had my implants replaced multiple times and continued to have trouble. When I spoke to Dr. Dubrow and his amazing assistant Jackie and explained the trouble that I was having and that I wanted the implants removed. Unfortunately, my husband was not able to attend the consultation due to how fast I was able to get my consultation so we did it over FaceTime. My husband was still hoping for a larger outcome. My expectations were anything healthy. Even if that included a size A cup. After surgery, Jackie had shared my postop surgery report with me. As I expected the chemo and radiation had damaged the tissue in my right breast to the point he had to remove a lot of tissue in order to lift my breasts evenly. Coming out of surgery with the scarring and the stitches , the swelling and everything. I definitely was completely flat chested. But as the days went on, my breast started forming and dropping just as they said they would. I am currently five months postop into my surprise. I am a 34D. Needless to say my husband is extremely happy and so am I. This has been such a wonderful experience and it is all due to a doctor's office. That truly knows what they're doing. I was recommended by a previous physician to see Doctor Park, he was very nice until he received my money. After Doctor Park received my payment he became a complete jerk! I was getting my blood work done for my surgery and my physician said I needed to bring up my iron levels up which Doctor Park did not agree with. Doctor Park is not for patient care at all! Doctor Park was upset that I reschedule my surgery from Jan to Feb and I honestly feel that he does not have a good patient bedside for anyone! Doctor Park has made this whole experience horrible. The comments he makes and the way he treats his patients he should not be practicing. After I had my surgery I have been depressed with the words and excuses he is telling me why he messed up. He told me my left side was messed up due to my scoliosis. I went out and immediately saw an orthopedist who had x-rays done and ruled out I did not have scoliosis. Now I have to go through another surgery for a revision of my left side. Very angry and upset. One of his responses he actually said to me was "your hooha looks great" to make matters worse. Follow up appointments to go see him he makes comments that makes me feel so bad to the point I dread seeing him.

Today is July 15, 2022 - almost a year from my 2nd procedure. Had the worst experience here. I got my first 360 lipo surgery + j plasma skin tightening back in February 2021 to heal on time for my wedding in June 2021 under local anesthesia. After the first 2-3 months I started seeing slight results, however after the 6th month mark my swelling finally began to completely go down. From there is when I started seeing ALL the imperfections and areas he missed on my stomach and mostly my back. When I went back to tell the doctor, he said that those areas "weren't missed" and that I gained weight. How can I gain weight if I was going to be a bride? I was the same weight on the scale for months! He finally gave in and said he would do another procedure for me. I had my 2nd procedure but this time I was asleep in September 2021. I also had to pay for the anesthesia cost on the surgery day. Why would I pay again if it was his fault?? Again, I wore my faja for 4 months and was getting lymphatic massages twice a week. However, after taking my faja off in January 2022 and till this day I STILL see all the areas he missed that he said he would get. I went to see him again in January 2022 and all he kept saying was that it was swollen still. He suggested to get a lymphatic massage with the machine at the office and if it didn't work then they would go back under local and just do my back. Of course it didn't help!!! I went back in March and he finally admitted that it was fat pockets. I demanded another procedure - how is that you had 2 chances to remove everything and you didn't? He said no and said that I gained weight. AGAIN, I still weighed the same, maybe even less than before the procedure. The only thing he suggested was to use a machine "to melt my fat" (same idea as cool sculpting but with heat). THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE MACHINE IN THE OFFICE. He said they would call me when it comes in. It is now July 2022 and this was told me in March 2022 and still haven't received a call. Honestly he gives empty promises and says he will make you look good and remove all the stubborn fat you have such a hard time losing. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor. I also want to point out that Dr. Seify did not emphasize on wearing a compressed garment (faja) was needed for more than 2 months + getting a lymphatic massage twice a week. All other doctors I visited after my procedure said that to get best results is to wear the faja for 4-5 months to get best results + getting a lymphatic massage. Also, I went to 3 consultations with other doctors after my march visit with dr. Seify and they ALL said that my stomach area was uneven (more fat was taken off the left side than the right side) AND that barely any fat was taken out of my back. On top of that, a doctor shouldn't be blaming a patient and have 15 people in room with you (patient coordinator, PA trainers, nurse, doctor). It's a personal matter and he should admit that it's his fault and he could do a better job. He would constantly just deflect the fault onto ME. I was referred to Newport Plastic Surgery (The amazing Dr. Seify) a few years ago. I personally know and have seen lots of his patients, who look amazing and all have had different things done, all of them have different body shapes/ sizes and are new patients to years out. Still, it did take me 2 years to move forward with a mommy makeover, and I did meet other doctors to make certain I was going with the best. It was important to me to go with an experienced doctor who worked on different body types. I found that other doctors results were ONLY one way ie. Kim K types or worked on stick figure people. (Dr. Seify can do it all!) I am 5'1' sporty figure. He explained the process, recovery, and outcomes clearly and truthfully. Pricing is fair and reasonable. (Life Lesson: You NEVER go cheap on a Parachute or Plastic Surgery! Just trust me, you don't want to find out the hard way.) The Head Nurse WALAA is the Bomb.com and on top of her stuff!! Dr Seify is the best. I had a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation that did not go very well. I came to see Dr. Seify and he was so reassuring. I asked about another surgery and he said you don't need that. I was surprised because most doctors just wanna make as much money as possible. He was absolutely not that way. He fixed everything that I didn't like and I came out looking 20 years younger. He also did a neck lift because he told me that would be a game changer. And it was! I look so much younger and I'm so happy with all the results. My stomach is flat, I have serious abs in the scar is less noticeable. For the breast augmentation I wanted to go smaller now that I'm 60 I didn't want huge breast. He did exactly what I wanted and that was very happy. The necklace was amazing. Another good thing about the office is all the girls there are really really nice, friendly and reassuring. The main nurse even gave me her home number in case I needed anything. Dr. Seify is an outstanding Doctor and Surgeon. He listened to my needs, was kind and sensitive. I was referred by a friend, who also said he had an amazing touch when performing any procedure. I went in to see him and indeed he does have the outstanding ability to not hurt or bruise you at all, and deliver immediate results. But I had a greater need. In the last three years I had to have emergency thoracic surgery. It left me with a very visible scar in my "Décolleté" area. He was very patient with me through all my fear based questions about reconstruction. Finally while having a micro-needling session with his OM Walaa, which is an extremely effective facial procedure, we chatted up again about my scar and decided to do it. My scar was instantly non discernible. I was very moved with my look. Again, Doctor's magic touch brought excellent results. Walaa gave me her personal number and made sure I was okay in the following days. Dr. Seify's kind and efficient nature has attracted a very caring staff. When I start this journey of research I schedule an appointment with 5 doctors. All of them have great reviews. I was not sure if this procedure is the right thing for me or not...etc millions of questions were in my mind. All doctors' visits were very transactional, they know why you are here so they assume that you are ready for the procedure. All of the doctors didn't talk much, basically, they just check me out and let the front handle my payment/ offer and that was it! For such a big procedure and the amount of money I will invest in this, I needed more attention and care from the physician. until I met Dr. Hisham, HE carefully sit down and talk with me and advice me what is good for me. and surprisingly the procedure is not a good option for me ( at least now ) HE is the only one who said that and he was very genuine. It looks like that he is turning business down but the reality is, he is gaining a client forever. Dr Seify is one of the best doctors I've ever dealt with. He is extremely courteous, caring, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and helped relieve all my concerns before my surgery. This was my first surgery in a very long time and I was very worried but after speaking with Dr Seify my mind was completely at ease. Dr Saify is a wonderful Dr that really cares about his patients. For 3 hours Dr Saify operated on silicone breast implants that were severely ruptured and he did a remarkable job. He also did nerve block so the pain was very limited. I also had a breast lift. In just a month, the breasts look so natural, the incisions are healing nicely and I feel so much better. The nursing staff, Wala, Kathy and others are so professional and caring. It is a very hard decision to make but Dr. Saify is a surgeon that will take very good care of you and he will completely understand your concern and anxiety. I always felt like my neck was the only area that showed my true age. I can't share how many friends and family commented "I can't believe how well you healed" ! Acquaintances noticed absolutely nothing changed and not because the subtle changes but because the sutures were so unnoticeable. I had them on my temples and he almost entirely tucked around the hairline which I do believe was even moved up ever so slightly in order to cover them. The actual stitches were so tight and neat and discrete that even I did not know they were there until my wife explained to me I had them there as well as completely around my ears from front outer lobe all the way around the entire back of the ear. I even asked the doctor during my month follow up if he had actually stitched or glued the area. He clarified I was stitched and only large flesh wounds get glued to my surprise. Less then 3 months later, nobody can even pick up on any scars except behind the ears which generally takes an extended time period due to the thinness of the skin and limited blood flow since there are very few arteries in that area. Dr Lee is the absolute best and I would not only recommend him to friends but family without a doubt !

Upon arrival, I was told I was a "hard person to get a hold of." However, I had no missed calls, texts, or emails. Despite showing them the text message they had sent me the previous week, the staff struggled to correct my information even in person. I was then told they couldn't see me until later in the day because they had been unable to reach me to reschedule. Not one staff member thought to check the phone number I had called from or the number they had texted successfully. The lack of basic problem-solving and professionalism was astounding. Dr. Lee may be an excellent doctor, but I won't be finding out. Asking a patient to wait around all day because of the office's own administrative errors is unacceptable. This level of disorganization does not inspire confidence in an establishment I would trust with any of my medical services.

For my breast lift, Dr. Brandon recommended adding small implants to enhance the shape. I was hesitant at first, but now I couldn't be happier with the results. At the time, I was much more focused on my sagging tummy, but I have to say--my breasts now take first place! Dr. Brandon also encouraged me to lose an additional 10 pounds before surgery. After working so hard to lose weight already, I was hesitant, but once again, his recommendation proved to be the right one.
