I had an amazing experience at this spa! The service was exceptional, and the team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. A special thank you to Ramona for my Botox treatment! She really took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for, making me feel comfortable and confident that I was in great hands. She truly knows what she's doing! I also want to thank Ana for my facial and for helping me develop a skincare routine that worked so well for me during my pregnancy. She is so knowledgeable, caring, and attentive, and her guidance made a real difference in my skincare journey. Both Ramona and Ana are amazing at what they do, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for excellent service, expertise, and personalized care. I had a great experience at Beautiful Mes Spa for lazer hair removal. From the moment i walked in, i was greeted by a friendly staff member and immediately felt confortable. The space itself is small, but is tastefully decorated and has a warm vibe. Melanie did my treatment and she was fantastic. She explained the procedure beforehand. The session itself, was fast and knly minor discomfort. A few days later, i had no issues and skin was not irritated. Excellent service and u recommended them for laser hair removal. read more

I recently visited this med spa for the first time after purchasing a Groupon voucher, but the overall experience fell short of professional standards. While waiting in the reception area, I was surprised by the choice of background music, which featured heavy bass and club-style tracks that did not align with the relaxing atmosphere expected at a clinical facility. Furthermore, during my actual procedure, the provider seemed significantly more focused on their personal appearance than on delivering attentive, patient-centered care, which felt discouraging and raised concerns about the standard of service being provided. The scheduling and communication process proved to be equally frustrating when I attempted to book my second appointment. The practice was unexpectedly closed on a standard, non-holiday Friday, and multiple attempts to contact them via phone calls and text messages went completely unanswered. A client should not have to repeatedly leave messages and chase down a business just to receive a basic response. Due to this poor level of communication and lack of professionalism, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about B Beautiful Med Spa and Ramona. She has been taking exceptional care of me for more than six years, and I truly would not trust anyone else with my Botox or filler. Ramona is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and talented. She always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and makes thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. Her work is beautiful, natural-looking, and never overdone. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and completely cared for. The med spa itself is beautiful, welcoming, and offers an amazing selection of skincare treatments and products as well. Ramona genuinely cares about her clients, and that level of personal attention is rare. After six years of consistently excellent experiences, I can confidently say that B Beautiful Med Spa is the absolute best. I highly recommend Ramona to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their skin and aesthetic treatments! read more

This was my first time getting lip filler done. I had done some extensive research of locations around the South Orange County area. I came across B Beautiful Med Spa and decided to look at their reviews on yelp and instagram photos. Mel's work caught my eye as I was wanting more than natural look. Making the appointment was super easy! Everyone there was so kind and informative. I was going to do a consultation but they recommended to just make an appointment. I also had already had my mind made up that I was going to get fillers. Mel was great from the start! I felt so comfortable with her and communicating what I was looking for. I had a reference photo as well. I originally went with 1ml of RHA filler. I trusted her judgment with what lip filler I should get and I love it! I waited for the healing period (2 weeks) decided I wanted to come back for .5ml more. I'm obsessed with my results! So beyond happy with the team at B Beautiful Med Spa!! Thank you so much! read more

The best Med Spa you'll ever go to, and the only one you'll ever go to! Ive been going to B Beautiful for several years, and not sure why this is my first review. This is LONG overdue! First, the location is super easy to get to, and easy parking. Inside its fresh, hip, clean, with great music playing! The girls at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful. All the girls who work here look like Victoria Secrets models, so that's a little intimidating at first. But when you meet them, you'll realize how kind they are! I feel totally comfortable in their care! I've always done my botox and lip injections with Ramona. She is an absolute angel! She is hard to look at because she is so beautiful!!! But she isn't just beauty, she's a genius! She is an artist! This girl knows what she's doing, and I have complete and total trust in her! She will make you feel comfortable and confident in her work. I never get overdone, or walk out of there feeling anything but beautiful! Thank you B Beautiful- & Ramona! read more

I've been going here for years now and I've honestly seen the most insane change in my skin and acne! I love getting facials by Devan she's insanely sweet and knowledgeable about all the products she puts on your face! I'm allergic to certain products and she always makes sure to double check and is super mindful of what she uses! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend :) read more

I've been coming here for laser hair removal for a couple of years and every appointment has been great! All of the nurses have been well trained and informative. My hair has completely gone away on my armpits which has been nice. I've had to do a-lot of sessions for my Brazilian but that isn't due to the machine or nurses technique, just stubborn hair. Special shout out to the receptionist who is so sweet and on top of things. And to Kristi the nurse who did my laser, she is so thorough and great at what she does! read more

The customer service at this place is exceptional, and the staff is highly knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning in the future.

B Beautiful Med Spa is amazing and the staff are very welcoming and kind. I saw Ramona years ago for my hair laser removal in Newport and was stoked when she opened an office nearby! I never do this for myself but I signed up to get monthly facials and I don't regret it! Devan is so great and knowledgeable and my skin is always glowing afterwards! Along with the facials, she also introduced me to Skinbetter products and that has really helped improve my skin as well. I even won the raffle! I'm very happy with B Beautiful Med Spa and will remain a client for years to come! Go see them for all your beauty needs! read more

I had the pleasure of having Melanie work her magic on my legs and armpits with laser hair removal at B Beautiful Medspa.
