I made multiple attempts to contact them and even reached out to Booksy for assistance, only to learn that Booksy could not cancel the unconfirmed appointment on the provider's end. To make matters worse, there was still the possibility of being charged a cancellation or no-show fee despite never receiving proper confirmation. When customers book an appointment, they should not have to spend their day chasing down a response or wondering whether the appointment is actually happening. If you are not available to honor a time slot, it should not be listed as available. Advertising discounted openings, failing to confirm them in a timely manner, and then placing the burden on the customer is unprofessional and frustrating. I would not book here again.
