Appointment booking was easy and convenient, she was incredibly patient throughout the consultation process. She understood all of my concerns and needs, and I feel sooo much more confident after getting my brows done with her. I've always struggled with eyebrows when it comes to doing my makeup, it's the most time consuming step for me and I could never get them to look right.. I wanted something that mimics real hair as much as possible, yet still remain natural on days i don't wear makeup. She delivered exactly that! Another concern I had before the procedure was the pain, i have a very low pain tolerance. Surprisingly, I didn't feel a thing throughout the procedure. I got my eyebrows done by Los Angeles-based artist Dr.CiC a few years ago, and it's been almost three years since then. Most of the pigment has faded, so I decided it was time for a new set! This time, I chose a different design pattern, as I prefer a softer look that's not too arched or sharp. The artist designed a new brow shape for me, and I absolutely love it. Even on the first day, it looked incredibly natural, and now, on day five, it seems almost fully healed but still very natural. I'd be thrilled if this look could stay like this permanently!

I've been wanting natural-looking brows for the longest time and I'm so glad I found this place. My original brows were uneven and kind of shapeless, but she really took the time to design a shape that fits my face. The result is honestly amazing -- it doesn't look "done" at all, just like my own brows but better. The hair strokes are super fine and blend perfectly with my natural hair. So natural, today is my first day and there's no bleeding or running or ever dyed or even swelling! Have done my eyebrow tattoo with cici for 4 years. I did my 1st one with another popular place from Korean Town in LA but it turned red color after. I shared my concern with Cici and this time she did a bit laser to remove the red color and my new tattoo looks so natural and pretty! I love it! I recommended several friends to her place! After 2 years, the color faded but it did not turn red like what I had earlier in the Bay. Cici also did a great job designing your eyebrows based on your face shape and preferences.
