- Absolutely Amazing Experience with Debbie! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my permanent makeup experience with Debbie. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and confident that I was in the hands of a true professional. Her studio is clean, welcoming, and has such a calming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. Debbie took the time to truly listen to what I wanted, carefully explaining each step of the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Her attention to detail is unmatched--she has an incredible eye for symmetry, color, and shaping that enhanced my natural features beautifully. The results were beyond my expectations. My permanent makeup looks natural, fresh, and absolutely flawless. One of the things I appreciate most is how long-lasting her work is. Months later, my brows and liner still look amazing with only minimal touch-ups needed. I get compliments constantly, and I love waking up every day looking refreshed and put together without having to spend extra time on my makeup. It has truly refreshed my look and given me a confidence boost I didn't even know I needed. Debbie's skill, artistry, and professionalism are truly rare to find. She's not only an expert at what she does, but she genuinely cares about her clients' happiness and comfort. If you are considering permanent makeup, do yourself a favor and book with Debbie--you will absolutely love your results just as much as I do! Thank you, Debbie, for giving me results that I'll enjoy for years to come! read more

Had my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips done by Debbie. second time I went in for eye liner she didn't listen to me. Wanted thin line and got a crappy thick line and it didn't match the other side. Eye brows were orange and there was no measuring done so they didn't match. I felt like I was being rushed threw the process..She always seemed to be in a hurry. Made me very uneasy. *15,000 happy ladys - I doubt that ! Found a great female doctor in Garden Grove who specializes in permanent makeup. Did a great job. Spends two hours or more on each prosedure. Measured, worked on me then going back to measure, making sure everything was right. Sorry Hector's wife had to go threw the same thing. read more

I've been going to Debbie for years now and I have always been so impressed by how much she cares about what I want and need in my permanent makeup. I get my eyebrows tattooed by her and I can always trust she will do the best job ...Because at the end of the day it is permanent. Every few years I come back and she always puts just as much passion as the years before. I'm so grateful. It does help that Debbie has her own tattoo makeup color line. So the colors are perfected just for eyebrow color. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She is my forever permanent makeup girl!! Thank you Debbie read more

I had my eyebrows done by Debbie recently and I love them! The work is clean, she was professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me about the aftercare very well. OMG, Debbie is awesome. She did my eyeliner about 3 years ago and it is still looking great. I recently took the plunge and had my eyebrows done as well. I LOVE, LOVE the ease of getting myself ready for the day every morning. I also got eyelash extensions done soon after, referred by Debbie. My morning face routine takes about 5 minutes or less. I've referred 5 of my friends who also had their permanent make-up and lashes done and they love the results as well. Remember to wear sunscreen, as it can fade a tad, just like tattoos, specially the areas that are more visible to the sun. Overall, I would do it all and over again. It is totally worth the little bit of discomfort vs. the long term outcome. Debbie is the best in OC, fast, experienced and very professional. Thank you Debbie! read more

I did my eyeliner, brows, and lips with Debbie over 18 years ago. I'm a perfectionist and I'm 100% satisfied with the results. Without her professionalism and attention to detail I would have never have decided to follow through with something that has given me so much freedom and pleasure. I've been back a few times over the years for touchups and have been satisfied each time. I've recommended Debbie to several friends and family members over the years. Everyone I've sent to her has been thrilled with the results. Thanks Debbie! :) read more

Just got done with a touch up and my brows look amazing. I've actually gotten my brows, eyes and lips done since my last review and it's honestly been the best thing I've ever done. Debbie has always been super helpful and always answered all of my questions I've had about the procedures (trust me, I had a lot) . Overall, great experience. read more

Permanent Makeup By Debbie - She changed it since last time! Looks great :) - Permanent Makeup Near Me - Lake Forest, California

Debbie's work is flawless! I'm so happy with the results of my permanent makeup. I would recomend her to my friends and family.

I've always wanted to get my eyes done so I can wake-up and go! Debbie was professional and understanding of how sensitive messing around my eyeballs was for me. I am a squirmer when it comes to people who come near my eyes for anything. She was able to talk to me and calm me while undergoing her procedure. The job she did for me was outstanding and I no longer have to be rushed to put eyeliner on while driving to work on the morning :)! I recommend Permanent Make-up by Debbie! read more

I have my eyeliner, lip liner and full lip color from Permanent Makeup By Debbie and it is one of my best decisions I've ever made! I wake up every morning without looking washed out or faded. I get compliments from my friends on how natural my eyeliner looks. I would recommend this to anyone! read more

I had the best experience with Deborah! Permanent eyeliner was pain free, completely pain free! I do have to go back in two weeks for my touch up - but only because my eyes swelled and for safety she stopped the procedure. I was there about two hours and she took her time making sure she was doing exactly what I wanted. I had the same procedure done about 15 years ago at a different facility - was happy with those results so I wanted it done again! FYI - permanent eyeliner lasts 1-5 years and does fade, so touch ups are necessary. Thank you Deborah! read more

I have been a client of Debbie's for 8 years. She gave me a full set of brows, lower and upper eye liner as well as two beauty marks. I constantly receive compliments on my eyebrows, and I love the way my face looks without makeup! I have only needed one touch up on my brows, and no touch ups on my eyeliner in 8 years. 8 YEARS! How incredible is that? Her office is absolutely beautiful, her staff is extremely friendly and Debbie is very comfortable to work with, she is truly knowledgeable in her trade and I feel 100% confident in her quality of work. I will continue to see Debbie for all of my future permanent makeup needs as well as any touch ups. I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone I know, and I am very satisfied with her work! Thank you for making me feel beautiful Debbie! read more

LOVE HAVING PERMANENT MAKE UP DONE BY DEBBIE! GREAT SERVICE!! I had first heard about Debbie doing permanent makeup from a co-worker. I asked her where she went to get it done and she gave me Debbie's number. Finally I have my eyebrows and eyeliner done! I love it. I am so happy I had it done! They look so natural. She did the hair stroke technique on my eyebrows to ensure they would come out great. People cannot believe how natural they look. Since then my mom and many of my friends have had their permanent makeup done by Debbie. Her prices are reasonable compared to a lot of other permanent makeup artists I have looked at before. Trust me you will love having your make up permanently done. read more

I have been going to Debbie for almost ten years. I love having my brows done as they don't grow in, with a good shape. She shaped them perfectly and this saved me so much time in the morning. I did not find the procedure to be painful at all. She has always offered, even during touch ups, to add more numbing cream if I wanted. I am very happy with my brows! I also had my lips and lip liner done and I love waking up in the morning with a healthy color on my lips. They normally are very blah without lipstick. It is great to go swimming as well, without worrying about smeared lip liner etc. I did find that to be a bit more painful. This makes sense as there are sooooo many nerve endings in the lips. It was still worth the small amount of discomfort to have the benefits of permanent makeup on my lips! I have to also say she concocted a beautiful shade of pink for my lips that I LOVE! Thanks so much Debbie! read more

I LOVE my permanent make up by Debbie!!! I am a busy single mom; I work, go to school, and help with my son's school, and I often times don't have the time to get fully dolled up, my permanent eyeliner is a HUGE help with still looking cute when I am in a hurry to be somewhere and it really makes my eyes look beautiful! I have seen pictures of people with permanent make-up before and thought it looked a little trashy, but the job Debbie does is clean and beautiful & on point! Definitely classy and not trashy!!! Love my liner, thanks Debbie!!! read more

I have had Permanent Makeup performed over the last 10 years by five different permanent make up artist. My clients would ask me for referrals and I never felt comfortable referring anyone until I met Debbie. I am the owner of Flash Electrolysis and I pay attention to detail. Since I am sensitive to eye makeup, permanent makeup was the ideal solution. To my amazement, her fees were very competitive. She corrected prior mistakes by other permanent makeup artist. She's faster and has a gentle touch. I am very delighted to now say I have beautiful brows, eyeliner and lips. I would not hesitate to recommend Debbie for treatment. If I could give her a 20 star rating I would. read more

Debi is the best in the Industry. She is an artist and a perfectionist. I'm so happy I found her. She is worth every penny!!

I found Debbie through a few girlfriends of mine that has had their eyeliner done. I was so pleased with the results, I wake up and my eyeliner is perfect. I wish I would have done this many years ago. Now there is a whole group of us that has had our permanent make up done with Debbie. I would recommend her to anyone. Debbie is so sweet and has incredible expertise. She kept me relaxed during the procedure, I got my eyebrows done by the way, she did a wonderful job I recommend her to anyone who wants permanent make up. Mine turned out so well and I'm so happy I don't have to pencil them and shape them anymore. She has been doing this for a long time and that's what you want when getting anything done permanently. She also has written a book for the industry, which is a plus. It was done fast and virtually pain free and done well. If your looking to have it done right go to her!!!!! read more

I have had my eyebrows done twice by "Debbie", the first time was OK and lasted about two years, the second time it lasted 6 months. She is very unprofessional and makes you feel like everything else is more important then you, she answers several phone calls, makes other appointments, and spends time on her computer, all during your appointment time. If your thinking of having permanent makeup, please find someone who specializes in brow shaping as well as tattooing. read more

I am very disappointed in the so called permanent makeup done by Debbie. I only wanted a touch up on by brows and eyelids as I had this done by someone else about 10 years ago. I have had to go back two times and she wants me to come back a third time! I did everything I was suppose to do afterward (careful not to get wet, used vaseline to keep moist, etc) but the "makeup" on the brows complete peeled/washed off. I had asked that the upper eyelid be a bit wide and the lower very narrow - but she did the opposite (that didn't come off!). It was extremely painful both times. Once when I complained that it was so painful she said "oh, I forgot to put on the numbing cream! While performing the procedure, she was constantly distracted with other matters and answering the phone. I would not under any circumstances recommend her to anyone. My girlfriend went to her the day before I did and has vowed never to go back or recommend her to anyone. Unfortunately we are both out of a good deal of money as well. I totally agree with everything that was stated in the first review. I have had this procedure done several times over the years and this one was painful and did not last over 6 months. My eyeliner peeled off before the 1st month. Needless to say I would not recommend this place. read more

A week after my eyebrows were done I noticed they were not matching in color and the end of one of them was too narrow.. I called to have her fix this and she said she would charge me for a touch-up. This was NOT a touch up it was a fix the original job. Professionals stand by their work and are usually happy to make a customer happy. She worked on my eyebrows many times before. I was not happy this time and I would not recommend her. read more

After doing a lot of research, asking around and wanting this for years I finally found Debbie. When I arrived she was ready for me and gave me a book to look at different pics of various styles of eyebrows. We talked extensively about what I liked and didn't like, arch or no arch, etc. Measuring and re-measuring done with me approving every step of the way. When I arrived I wasn't sure if I could do the eyebrows, eyeliner & lipliner due to the cost. Well, after she was done with my brows I could see such a difference that I went for it. Again, Debbie took the time to review the pigment for my lips and remixed the color several times because I wanted such a specific color. She was super patient, helpful and kind. I now think of Debbie as an artist. She's very supportive during each procedure, stopped and gave me a little break when I needed it.. It's been less than a week, but no red or orange brows. The brows look great! I'm very happy. My lip liner looks great too and the eyeliner gives my eyes just a slight pop that looks very natural. Now that my brows have faded a touch I am very happy with them. (In the beginning they are very dark because tatoos fade). But now they are the perfect shape and color! I will be back in 3 weeks as I want eyeliner under my eyes too and I cannot recommend Debbie more. I'm glad to have found her! read more

Debbie is an amateur. She charges for a touch up after the original application, which encourages bad work to begin with. She had no record of my previous visits and blamed purple discoloration on a procedure that I had done 15 years ago. (She did my brows a year prior and caused the purple color.) The older woman who works at the front desk is rude. Yes, her prices are good, but in the end I had to pay to have her shoddy work redone. Wish I had gone to a reputable person to begin with. read more

I just went for a touch up on my brows eyeliner and lips and like always I was 100% satisfied.
