Mila is great and I love her work. Definitely come back. The place is clean. Mila is very nice also

I needed to find a new lash extension place when I'm in OC and I went to Shine Lash Beauty, it didn't disappoint! I chose Aileen and she was excellent in the process. New customers have a new customer deal where it's $10-30 off original pricing depending on which set you get so make sure you ask about that if you don't see it online when booking. Aileen asked me which lash set I would want and showed me pictures of what the lashes would look like and sample pictures. When I laid down she showed me samples of the lashes and what it would look on my eye and we agreed to which style. She was so meticulous and soft with her hands on my lashes. I loved my lashes at the end and they fit my eye perfectly! Aileen was an amazing lash tech! This place is really clean and has soft music playing in the background where you can relax while getting your eyelashes done. They provide water and chocolate at the front waiting room. I would come again and prices are so affordable! read more

I booked a wispy 5D set at Shine Lash Beauty expecting noticeable volume, but the final result looked like the most natural set they offer. There was barely any difference from my natural lashes. What made the experience worse was having to go back and forth with management and technician speaking their native language between themselves and me practically begging for more volume. I was repeatedly told that my lashes "can't hold" volume, even though I regularly get 4D - 5D volume sets from other places and they hold perfectly fine for 2-3 weeks every time. The technician kept insisting it was impossible instead of listening to what I requested as a client. The technician was also being rude when she told me if I don't like it she will just remove the lashes and I can leave. I still thanked her several times and was extremely polite, I left her a good tip but I will never return. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for actual volume lashes or if you expect management to be receptive to customer concerns. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I want to clarify that the technician assessed my lashes BEFORE starting and even showed me a reference photo of a 4D volume set saying that WAS THE LOOK I would be getting. If my lashes truly could not support that style, that should have been communicated BEFORE the service began -- not only after I expressed disappointment with the final result. The explanation about my lashes "not being able to hold volume" directly contradicted BOTH what I was promised during the appointment and my consistent experience getting 4D-5D sets elsewhere. read more

After a 4 year hiatus from lashes, I was extremely nervous to try a new place and a new lash lady. I found Shine Lash Beauty on Yelp - the reviews were good, it is close to my house, and the ease of booking appointments online were the biggest deciding factors for me to give them a try. The lobby is inviting - complimentary bottled waters & chocolates. Price list is also very clear. The fill price varies depending on how many days it's been. But all very transparent. Nice and relaxing spa music. It is a big open room with about 6 beds, with individual lash stations. They have a neck pillow and blankets. My lash tech was Aileen. She explained all the different lengths and styles. I showed her a photo of how I had them done before and she knew exactly what to do. She is also so much quicker than what I remembered. I get so many compliments on how full yet natural my lashes look and how it accentuates my face perfectly. I've been back 4x since my 1st visit and I always make sure it's with Aileen. Very happy with the service here. read more

We had such a great experience at Shine Lash Extensions! Vanessa was incredibly sweet and patient with my daughter as she decided on her lash style. It was her first time getting extensions, and Vanessa made her feel completely comfortable. The space is spotless, and the overall vibe is bright, warm, and calming. Everything felt very professional yet welcoming. The results were beautiful and natural, and they truly set the bar high for her first lash experience. Highly recommend! read more

I went to shine lash beauty for lash extensions for my best friend's wedding. I had lash extensions before, so I knew what to expect. I came with inspo photos and talked through what I was envisioning with my tech, Aileen. She was patient, understanding and professional. She did a great job on my lashes. I like how she let me pick the lengths to show me what it would look like. I will say, the lashes didn't turn out like the inspo photos, but I still really like them! I only got extensions again for the special occasion, but if I were to continue getting extensions regularly, I would continue going to shine lash beauty! I will likely go to them for other services like a lash lift and tint. :) read more

Shine Lash Beauty - After the re-do lash lift - Eyelash Service Near Me - Lake Forest, California

I love my lashes so much. Liki was so kind and I felt very comfortable. And I feel so pretty now!!! The entire atmosphere is cozy!

I drive from San Clemente for Aileen! I'm super picky and have tried so many local lash artists to the point of ending up in Lake Forest for new options! She does them exactly how I like them and both eyes always look exactly the same. I've had previous experiences where my eyes don't match at all and they have told me "our eyes are sisters not twins". True, but not an excuse to look like each eye was done by a different person on a different day lol. Also I'd like to add that small details matter to me, I like that they wear masks when working so close to your face (I've also left some artists that did exceptional work but had awful breath) and, they put a towel over your forehead so that they're hands/wrists aren't resting on your skin the whole time which I'm sure can cause break-outs for some people. She spends the entire amount of time on my eyes and sometimes I go for a 1 week fill knowing I don't need much but she still works on them for them entire hour. Not to keep bashing others, but I've also paid $100+ for 1 week fills that they say are one hour appointments and then they only work on them for 10 minutes and charge the full amount. I like the integrity here and it's a clean comfortable space on top of all that! read more

I happened to be in town on vacation, looking for a nice salon that did lashes and didn't break the bank. Shine Lash was right around the corner and down the street from my hotel. Liki got a lot of great reviews, so I decided to book with her. When I arrived to my appointment, Liki greeted me and explained the different styles of lashes she could apply on me. She then led me to the area she would be doing my lashes. She was so kind and sweet, and so accommodating! I am pregnant, so she made sure I was laying down with enough pillows to keep me comfortable. My appointment only lasted about 75 minutes, but my lashes looked so natural and just the way I wanted them! I highly recommend coming here, especially if you are a first time customer! read more

Definitely quality work and would definitely recommend however they're a little off on their timing. It had only been three weeks. I went in on 6 November then went back on 29th of November and my tech told me I was on my first day of week four. Not that big of a deal except for it is a little bit more money the longer you go out. For me it is not about the money as much as it is the honesty with any business. read more

I went to get my first lash extensions with Liki at Shine Lash and I must say, I couldn't have asked for a much better customer experience! She walked me through what I was getting into and what I was getting out of my service. She was very gentle throughout the process and did my lashes excellently! I got the 2D volume set.
