The scheduling is convenient, with flexible hours that make it easy to fit appointments into a busy schedule. I've had my lashes done by both Doris and Makayla, and they are equally professional, meticulous, and thorough in their work. What impresses me most is the retention. Update: I loved the look my lashes. But the retention is really bad. 7 days out and half of my lashes has fallen out. I followed all of the aftercare instructions, no water for at leas 24 hours and don't use oil based products. There is a 5 day policy where you can return if there's any issues, but of course all of the fall out happened on day 6. Really disappointing- at this rate I'll need a full every week or so. read more

Doris is amazing, i showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made sure to show me examples of the length before we got started just to make sure I will like the length. I've been going here for over two years with Doris and I absolutely love it. I'm a consistent client and come back every 2 -2.5 weeks. The atmosphere is very relaxing with soft music and I always end up falling asleep. As for the types of services, there are a lot of different types of lashes to pick from (classic, volume, wispy, 3D, etc). If you don't know what you want, your lash tech can give suggestions to what fits your face the best. There are a total of 3 lash stations in the main room. The lash tables are very comfortable and sanitary. You can make an appt through the Vagaro app, or with your lash tech. I personally make my appointments ahead of time, as they can get busy leading up to big holiday. read more

The customer service here definitely deserves a 5 star. Lash tech is very knowledgeable and asks enough questions to really understand your needs. They will physically show you a lash chunk against your eye to make sure you are ok with the length. My lashes have lasted me 14 days. They are now starting to fall out naturally but still look really nice. They do t hurt or feel like they are pulling which shows that there is accurate placement of the extensions. I stumbled upon muse lash through Yelp one day. I made an appointment and came in to see Makayla to do my lashes. I've been getting my lashes done for over a decade now and I've seen many great lash artists, but I have to say that my lashes have stayed on the longest after coming here. I work out about 4-5 times a week and sweat a lot and shower a lot which usually causes my lash extensions to fall out quicker. But I can go about 2.5-3 weeks after seeing Makayla and still have a good amount of volume! They provide a small aftercare package every visit with a brush and a small sponge to clean your face the first day and the girls here are very friendly! read more
