It was so relaxing, and Jenny gave me the PERFECT pressure...she made sure to check in every now and then to make sure I was okay (I was falling asleep and jolted....i probably scared her, sorry!! LOL). The waiting area and the room itself was really really cute. There's candy and they offered tea or water after the service. I definitely plan to be back, and I know I will be requesting her! My review was based on my personal experience, and the refund request was for a separate canceled appointment. I expected the refund to be handled independently of any feedback I had left. I just sent a dispute to my bank regarding this charge. This merchant has a lot to improve on customer service experience. I'm sharing this so other customers are aware of how refund requests and review-related concerns were handled in my case. ---------------------------------------- The screenshots speak for themselves. Lauren greeted me with the kindest energy and immediately made me feel comfortable by sitting down together and chatting about what type of lash look I was desiring. I went with the hybrid lashes and I appreciated that she took to the time to agree on a look best for my eye shape. I truly felt like I was just hanging with a best friend that I just met and that did not change throughout the entirety of the service. Lauren is a true people person and it is evident as she navigates through fun conversation (or of course if you fall asleep, that's ok too!). Her application is completely pain-free and I loved the gel patches. I have sensitive eyes but they never teared up once with Lauren's application.
