I've been going to her for almost seven years, and every single time I sit in her chair I think the same thing -- how is she this good?? She's not just doing brows, she's reading your face. She knows the exact shape, the exact color, the exact everything that suits *you*, and she sees it the moment you sit down. No long consultation, no second-guessing. Just trust. And her hands? Magic. I really don't know how else to describe it. What I love most is the feeling she creates -- somehow calming and exciting at the same time. New customers have a new customer deal where it's $10-30 off original pricing depending on which set you get so make sure you ask about that if you don't see it online when booking. Aileen asked me which lash set I would want and showed me pictures of what the lashes would look like and sample pictures. When I laid down she showed me samples of the lashes and what it would look on my eye and we agreed to which style. She was so meticulous and soft with her hands on my lashes. I loved my lashes at the end and they fit my eye perfectly! Aileen was an amazing lash tech! This place is really clean and has soft music playing in the background where you can relax while getting your eyelashes done. They provide water and chocolate at the front waiting room. I would come again and prices are so affordable!

She understood all of my concerns and needs, and I feel sooo much more confident after getting my brows done with her. I've always struggled with eyebrows when it comes to doing my makeup, it's the most time consuming step for me and I could never get them to look right.. I wanted something that mimics real hair as much as possible, yet still remain natural on days i don't wear makeup. She delivered exactly that! Another concern I had before the procedure was the pain, i have a very low pain tolerance. Surprisingly, I didn't feel a thing throughout the procedure. If you have the same struggles as me when it comes to eyebrows, i highly highly recommend Dr. Cic, she exceeded my expectations in every way possible, will definitively be coming back for other services here!

I made multiple attempts to contact them and even reached out to Booksy for assistance, only to learn that Booksy could not cancel the unconfirmed appointment on the provider's end. To make matters worse, there was still the possibility of being charged a cancellation or no-show fee despite never receiving proper confirmation. When customers book an appointment, they should not have to spend their day chasing down a response or wondering whether the appointment is actually happening. If you are not available to honor a time slot, it should not be listed as available. Advertising discounted openings, failing to confirm them in a timely manner, and then placing the burden on the customer is unprofessional and frustrating. I would not book here again.
