I checked their website to book the appointment and the price was still listed at $29 for the pedicure but when I got there, they didn't notify me about the price increase. When I told them that their website listed $29 for the pedicure, they said something about not having had time to update the website due to the weekend. At that point, they should have honored the $29 that I thought it was going to be with a caveat that I would have to pay $35 next time. But no such offer was given. I felt like this was false advertising and I have to call them out on this. Furthermore, this had to have been the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I could have done a better job painting my own toenails which I think I'm going to do from now on instead of paying $35 for some whack job sloppy work. The photo I posted of my big toenails shows the horrible paint job. Granted, I took this photo 1.5 weeks after I got the pedicure, but the sloppy paint job is exactly what it looked like when it was freshly painted (minus the growth from the cuticle area). I can't believe I paid $6 more for the worst pedicure of my life. Sorry, Polish Nail Spa, I will not be coming back.

When customers book an appointment, they should not have to spend their day chasing down a response or wondering whether the appointment is actually happening. If you are not available to honor a time slot, it should not be listed as available. Advertising discounted openings, failing to confirm them in a timely manner, and then placing the burden on the customer is unprofessional and frustrating. I would not book here again.

A quick call to the salon and the person confirm me at 5:30. At arrival, I did have to wait a little longer. They were busy!! The vibe was buzzing and rambunctious. Customers and artists just laughing if up. I soon realized that they paid so much attention to detail and wanted their customers to be completely satisfied that if someone needed an adjustment, they'd fix it on the spot. My nails were mostly long but my two index fingers were shortened because I broke them. It was suggested that if I wanted to maintain length that I "patch" my broken nails with gel-x extension which was what I was hoping for. What I also appreciated was that they had someone else who was more familiar with gel-x come over and put on the two for me versus my person just doing it herself.
