I really wanted to love this place! It came highly recommended, and after being much overdue for a little pampering, I was excited to finally treat myself to a nice, relaxing pedicure. First impressions were great! The salon is beautiful, clean, and has a luxurious atmosphere. I could definitely see why it came recommended. Unfortunately, the actual service didn't quite live up to the experience I was hoping for. I opted for their highest-tier pedicure package, specifically because I wanted to enjoy the extended 25-minute massage. I even mentioned when booking that a great massage was important to me. Unfortunately, the massage was very mediocre, and the entire service felt rushed rather than relaxing. My technician also had very long fingernails, which I felt affected the quality of the massage. Beyond that, I was disappointed with the attention to detail throughout the pedicure. My technician never asked me to confirm my preferred nail length before trimming, and I didn't feel my feet were thoroughly scrubbed or exfoliated. These are basic parts of a pedicure that I would expect to be done properly, especially when paying for their most premium package. Another small disappointment was the complimentary beverage service. I was surprised to learn that only one drink was included, as other salons I've visited have been more accommodating, especially during longer, higher-priced services. While certainly not a dealbreaker, it's one of those little touches that can elevate the overall experience. What disappointed me most, however, was how the appointment ended. My technician finished, walked away without saying anything, and never returned. After sitting there for approximately 10 minutes, unsure whether I was finished or waiting for something else, I eventually got up and put my own shoes on. It just felt like a lack of attentiveness, especially as a first-time guest. I did appreciate the 20% new-client discount, and I genuinely think this salon has a lot of potential. I also received a few recommendations for other technicians who apparently give wonderful massages, so I'm willing to give it another try. Overall, I left feeling pretty underwhelmed. I've paid considerably less at other salons and received much better service, attention to detail, and an overall more relaxing experience. When choosing the highest-tier package, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that extra level of care and hospitality. Hopefully, my next visit will better reflect the beautiful atmosphere and reputation of the salon!
I've been to a lot of nail salons over the years, and I swear this is one of the best I've ever been to! I've been coming here for about six months now and honestly wish I had found it sooner. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming from the minute you walk in, and they immediately offer you a beverage, which is such a nice touch. I usually get the Bronze Pedicure, but this time I decided to try the Pumpkin Cream Pedicure and OMG--it was amazing! Karin is wonderful. I was so relaxed that I honestly forgot about everything else for a while, which is exactly what I needed. The Pumpkin Cream Pedicure includes the most amazing 10-minute massage AND steam, which I've never had with a pedicure before. Such a relaxing experience from beginning to end. I absolutely love this place and always look forward to coming back!
Got my fall nail fix on at the Golden File Nail spa with Mai who is the best gel nail specialist. Fully channeling Halloween energy with the purple Tiger-eye metallic nails while I enjoyed my Matcha- Almond Milk drink (they have an excellent drink selection + champagne!) service is A-class. High recommend for big bridal-prep parties bc they have a private room. Very clean and lively!
I've gotten removals here twice because it's close to my school so convenient, but both times they've been so harsh with the removal and left my nails thin and floppy. The front desk service is good and location is convenient though. First time with builder gel, the lady was trying to pop it off and I asked her to please not do that and she giggled and stopped. But even then my finger nails were super weak but I chalked it up to maybe it was overfiled already. This time I think it's a different lady, and it was gel X removal with a normal mani, and it was fine in the beginning but she started to efile so hard after the initial gel x was taken off that I flinched many times and now my nail is really weak and bendy at different parts of the nail (some sides are not as weak and some of the middle parts are very soft - which definitely was not the case before she started filing after the gel x part was off). I just got it done a few hrs ago and a part of my nail has ripped. Furthermore I know natural polish isn't something technicians like to do but I have to for my school, so more organized colors would be helpful. The hand massage was very nice though.

Referred by friends to Nicole-- did not disappoint! Enjoyed my immaculate service on Mothers Day! Check in on iPad in front. Checked out with their lovely receptionist. They have a bar and extensive drink menu. I ordered a hot green tea. Middle of service Nicole told me that for the drink for holiday is a Lychee Mojito which I got virgin-- so delicious! I got the basic pedi $35 with $5 to remove the gel polish. Enjoyed the comfortable massage pedi spa chair. My tech (didn't ask name) checked in several times if I am comfortable which was so appreciated. Nicole did my builder gel fill with a deep French tip. I asked for an opaque pink which she nailed! She took her time & did an amazing job. Definitely coming back. Thank you Golden File! Also must mention that the salon is the largest salon I've ever been to. It's over 3000 square ft. And they have over 20 nail techs! Woooow! The salon is very upscale and relaxing!

I think i found a new nail salon i really like!! This place is such a vibe. I recommend making an appointment because they do get really packed and a great way to avoid waiting around for so long. You can call or book online. Also, this place is huge! I didn't realize they had more chairs in the back! I got a classic pedi ($35) + gel ($15) and it came out to $50. I also added the callus removal which is additional +$8 but they have so many different packages you can choose from! I also love that they offer complimentary drinks! They have other drinks like diff kinds of wines, mimosas, champagne, vietnamese coffee (iced/hot), tea, and even matcha! This is my first time ever getting a matcha drink at a nail salon and i'm sold! Definitely will be coming back!! The service was amazing!
I was initially pleased until I noticed a black fungus on a big toe. I had to go to the dr for treatment. Now, I have a black fungus on one of my little toes. Never, ever, have I had any black fungus. The instruments are NOT autoclaved, just sterilized with Barbosal and then put into the bags that are used in an autoclave. This info comes directly from the manager and the manicurists. I have walked by huge piles of used towels in the hallway near the restroom, and that bothered me. While everyone is nice and they try to do a great job, sterilization is key to me. While I trusted this salon for a while, I will be looking for one that actually autoclaves their instruments.
I've been coming to this nail salon for 5 years and I am so happy with my nails and customer service. Linda or Miley are always there to greet me. I've been seeing Vicky for my manicures and pedicures. Vicky is a perfectionist and just amazing all around. I love her so much. They remolded the salon a year ago and it looks beautiful. The drinks they serve are really good as well. I love the tea. I always look forward to my nail appointments. Linda and Miley are on top of things.
It was quick and easy to make an appointment and the staff are incredibly friendly! A complimentary beverage while getting your service sweetens an already wonderful experience. I'm new to getting nail services but Linda answered all my questions and was a great help. Susan did my pedicure and was so wonderful! It was so nice to chat with her and I'm very happy with my nails. Jason did my manicure and I love my cat eye! The Salon was bright and clean and I really enjoyed just taking everything in. I would definitely go back!

I made an appointment to come into this nail salon and get a manicure and pedicure because they had really great reviews. The staff was super friendly and offered me a beverage (I got a matcha) upon sitting down. When I asked for a certain color, the girl doing my nails told me they didn't have the color from the book and told me to choose another color. Usually most salons offer me a closer option if they don't have a color but she wanted me to pick a completely different color... so instead of the pink I wanted I opted for a yellow. Then I got cuts on both my toe during a callus removal and my pinky finger. I thought they would offer a slight discount for this inconvenience but was only offered the first time visit discount. Then once I got home I noticed the tips of my nails were chipped already ( I got gel) I really wanted to like this salon because overall it's clean and the staff was friendly but maybe it was just an off day for some of their employees. read more

The NAILS deserved a little photoshoot because Ruby and Ari did such an amazing job and would give more than 5 stars if I could! I do my own nails at home when I have free time and I'm very particular with the gel removal, shape of my nails, cuticle removal, the shape of the gel overlay and the design. Ruby did my nail prep and the first half of the design then Ari had to take over to finish my nails because my nail design took longer than expected. That was on me though for only booking an hour gel manicure session instead of being more accurate with the other services that I needed (cuticle removal, gel overlay, and nail design on each finger). Nonetheless the switch was seamless and I would request either one of them again to do my nails! Ruby used an e-file to remove the gel polish I had on and she was very gentle and careful - did not burn at all unlike experiences I had at other nail salons. She cleaned up my cuticle very well (I have thick cuticles that need to be removed or else my nail bed is too small for nail designs). I have a pretty small nail bed to work with so I was very impressed with both Ruby and Ari's intricate work on the design I requested. They offered me complimentary drinks (I got tea with an orange slice) and it was such a thoughtful touch to the overall experience! I booked my next appointment at check out, and Ruby and Ari ensured I booked a longer session because they already know I will be coming back for everything I mentioned above I've officially found my go-to salon. Hands down the best nail salon in the area. The service is always 10/10 and has never been less than that. The woman who works the front desk is attentive and you can tell she cares about what she does. I always leave satisfied with my nails, and the techs are also great at listening and making changes if needed. The inside of the salon is always clean and consistently has a positive atmosphere. Stopped by Golden File Nail Spa while we were in the area for a hockey camp and it ended up being a great call. Didn't feel like sitting at the rink for a couple hours, so my wife went in to get her nails done while I hung out and sipped on a mimosa honestly a win all around. The place was clean, relaxing, and had a really welcoming vibe. Huge shoutout to Susan, Selene, and the two technicians who helped they were all super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. My wife's nails came out perfect exactly what she wanted. You can tell they care about the details and not just rushing people through. After putting off a pedicure for far too long, I finally stopped in for a much-needed visit. I've been to this salon a couple of times in the past and had decent experiences, so I hoped this would be a relaxing treat. Unfortunately, this visit didn't meet my expectations. I appreciated that they were able to take me in without an appointment that was a plus. However, it was clear that the nail tech was rushing through the service. I had my headphones on and was trying to stay in my own zone, but I noticed two of the nail techs speaking to each other and pointing at my feet. I took my headphones off, thinking they needed to ask me something, but they didn't which left me feeling a bit self-conscious. What really disappointed me was that the previous polish on my toes wasn't fully removed before the new color was applied. I noticed too late to say anything, but it was frustrating. I was also rushed to pay at the end, and when I asked if my toes were dry enough to drive, the tech said yes but then told me they were still wet when I gently checked. It was confusing and made me feel like my concerns weren't being heard. This was meant to be a little act of self-care, but I left feeling more upset than refreshed. No. I used to go there but the gal I really liked is no longer there. So I tried someone else and then they raised their prices and I didn't care for her anyway so I haven't gone back. Too much $$$$. Very impersonal too!!

The basic pedicure is $24.00 ( clean up your feet cut down and shape, color and basic massage 5 mins )

Now we don't use shellac any more. We have so many brand name colors. Those are very good and beautiful. The basic manicure gel is cost $35 now

The price comes out depend on what you want. The basic price regular full set gel is $43 now without cuticle cut

Yes, we do. $35 for regular color dipping. If you want fancy nails with the tips make your nail longer we add more the price depends on what you want

Regular manicure is $16 and regular pedicure is $24 Dollars

Depending on your styles nail regular acrylics with tips gel colors is $40
