Annie has been doing my nails for a while and everytime she always meets my request. The vibe in the salon is very nice and clean as well. High recommend going to this nail salon if you are in the Laguna hills area.

I recently came here for the first time and it was the best experience! This location is somewhat new so availability is still flexible. I found them on instagram (which is where you schedule through) and sent a message of a cat eye nail inspo for christmas, they said they can do it, they recommended Annie who executed the inspo perfectly. They are all so sweet and welcoming. I got them done a week and a half ago and am still getting compliments. This will now be my nail spot!

My five stars is for Wendy and Jay in particular. I trust Wendy so much that she did my nails for my proposal. I had a feeling and I told Wendy and she made sure my nails were perfect for photos. I get builder gel to add strength to my natural nails and they've never chipped on me. They've always held up for 3-4 weeks and I only come in once a month to see Wendy or Jay if Wendy is out of town. My pedicures have always been great as well. They've always been with a sweet lady and I always forget her name when I see her. I honestly have had a bad experience with other techs who have done my builder gel at this location. I've messaged the owner directly and there wasn't accountability taken with the tech or further communication on the situation which was a little disappointing but I understand it's just business after all. However, I haven't let my bad experience deter me from Wendy or Jay. I've had great experiences with both and will continue to see Wendy for my builder gel. read more

Just returning to this nail salon after new owners took over. Had a very good experience. The nail technician was very thorough. Constantly checking in to see how I was doing w color and her work. She took her time and did a great job. Got me in right away, place is clean and welcoming. The price on standard pedicure is $35. I thought that was a bit high but she did all the nice things like massage, warm towel, callous and exfoliate etc so I was ok will go back read more

TERRIBLE! I booked an appointment for a basic manicure and pedicure and arrived at exactly the time my appointment was and the Lisa, who I had my appointment with, had just started working on another person's nails, so the male who works there (possibly the owner)told me to just sit in the waiting area and I would be helped. I waited almost 30 minutes before I got up and walked out. I wasn't acknowledged at all during that entire time. They never even gave me the book of nail colors to look at or give me any updates on how much longer until someone was available for me. It's horrible how they prioritize walk-in appointments over people who actually plan ahead and make real appointments. I understand that salons get busy but to not even acknowledge or apologize is a terrible way to run a business. read more

First timer here and I'm disappointed since I live so close and it's very convenient. I got the $65 pedicure and it was more like a $25 pedicure. I know these ladies work hard for there money, but the older lady I had doing my pedicure wasn't equipped for the job - meaning I noticed how dirty the chair I was sitting in, it wasn't properly wiped down, the towel she put over the pillow in front of me smelled like mildew, I had to tell her twice to cut my nails down, she used a sand grinder on my feet and missed spots, she cut my cuticles too close and cut me on both big toes, when she put the rubbing alcohol on it burned like crazy. She then proceeded to leave me in my chair for 10 minutes and went into a back room and was talking to a gentleman totally pre-occupied, not focused on the pedicure at all. Again, I stress on the fact that I know these ladies word hard, but this wasn't a good look. I know this place just opened but in needs more work on service, cleanliness, and nail techs. I will give them another chance, because I believe in that. read more

It was my first time here and I'm so happy I chose to give this place a chance. I showed my nails to my friends and family and they assumed that the art was done by a stamp because of how precise they are. This is such a gem of a salon. I would confidently recommend this to anyone who's looking to try or switch to a new salon.

I recently visited Pisces Nail Spa again, and I'm so glad I gave them a second chance! My previous experience wasn't the best, but this time around, it was a completely different story. I brought a friend with me for a manicure and pedicure, and we were both very well taken care of. The service we received was excellent. The young adult technicians, were attentive and did a fantastic job on our nails. My nails look absolutely amazing! The only minor issue I had was that the technicians initially spoke to each other in Vietnamese quite a bit. However, once I engaged them in English, they readily responded and we had a pleasant interaction. So, while it was a bit off-putting at first, I was able to turn it around by speaking to them directly. Aside from that, the ambience of the salon is truly lovely. It's beautiful, spacious, and very clean, which I always appreciate. The staff were also very nice, friendly, and welcoming, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. Despite the off putting speaking in a different language amongst staff, I would definitely recommend Pisces Nail Spa based on the quality of the service and the pleasant atmosphere. Service was phenomenal I really enjoyed everything me and my sister got our nails done here. The vibes are sweet and cozy. I really liked this nail place especially since it is locally. Headed to a concert, Vy did such a great job with my nails! She was patient with me, helped me with my ideas, and the nails are sooo cuteee-- I've gone to other places that cut my skin in the process, but everyone here is so skilled and sensitive. My go to spot read more
