I came on Christmas Eve and called ahead of time to book the appt. The kind lady who took my call was even so nice to let me know they had a cancellation and could see me sooner. It wasn't busy at all, clean and able to find parking as it's in a shopping plaza filled with my other businesses. I asked for a regular pedicure and she did a fantastic job. I picked the second package that included the callus remover and boy did she clean up them toes. My stylist propped my feet on the stand and scrubbed, applied lotion, and massaged so well it was the perfect way to start the holiday festivities. Looking forward to coming back. read more

These are a special gel that doesn't require soaking in acetone and I love it! I came here to post today's mani which will still look great at my upcoming Halloween party, and for at least another week after that. I had gotten a Gel X set at another nail salon and they did awful. I came to Aliso Nails & Spa hoping just to get a color change. Mimi went above and beyond and completely reshaped my nails and saved my manicure. She made sure to pay attention to detail and was very sweet. I needed to get a mani pedi fast before heading out on my summer trip so I looked this place up and made a same day appt. The salon is average sized and clean. A big pro is it is next to a Pengo drink shop so you can get some boba before or after your appt. I did gel mani and regular spa pedi. Both the people working on me were very detail oriented and pleasant. the gel mani would've lasted until my nails grew completely out had i not done anything about it. I would recommend definitely calling ahead because there were quite a few people waiting and not a full staff read more

I think the price is too high $65 before tip for gel nails. Would you have any other choice. Also it's really frustrating when they're supposed to massage your feet with an upgraded pedicure via instead they go to town on just rubbing your legs with the lotion back-and-forth, trying to rub your bone raw versus literally giving a massage. read more

Avoid! I ' ve spent hundreds of dollars at this salon and they have an attitude! Give you a dirty look and upcharge you at the end without telling you beforehand. Spending $120 and my toe nails and fingernails don't match. Different shades. There are soooooo many other places to go. Don't go here. Attitude! read more

We went in for a pedicure - last minute decision since my daughter was missing out on a birthday party due to weather (cancelled). I had an amazing and attentive service - but I felt my daughter was rushed thru for a regular who came in after us.. I do recommend going, but would ask for Gracey next time again! I called really last minute and they had availability for us!My nail tech asked me how I wanted my French and provided me with exactly what I asked for. It was clean and bright in there. This is the 3rd nail salon I have tried around Aliso Viejo/laguna Niguel and I am impressed! I had Tracey as my nail tech and she is meticulous and thorough. She even gave me some tips on nail maintenance that other places just don't bother to do. She spent an hour + on my pedicure and I've never felt so clean! They are a small shop and do get busy, so booking ahead is recommended. I was able to get in on a Saturday morning by calling ahead. I so want to keep this place a hidden gem, but I also want to acknowledge their excellent service and hope they thrive! read more

Great place! Super clean and all of the ladies are very nice. They do great work and I'll definatley be returning. Make an appt because they do get busy. If you want you want a little extra pampering, you should def upgrade to the delux pedi. I love the scent bundles and you get to pick your choice. The staff here is really friendly and believe they have the best quality for their price point in this area. Low key don't want this place to get busier since they took so much time to ensure I was happy with everything and can't believe how my gel manicure hasn't lifted in four weeks! Like the prior comments say, they really take care of each finger and is it sad that it makes me so excited that they trim your cuticles here? They do such a good job with the nail prep and making sure your cuticles are cleaned up. Went in on a weekday and again for the second time in a Sunday. No wait during the weekday and unlucky on Sunday at 10am but came back within the hour. For my first gel mani - pink glitter, I got it done by Tracy's husband and only my right index finger lifted but usually by this time I'm picking away at all my nails. Second time I got my gel off and did regular white polish with a simmer of glitter by Tracy. I love how clean they are and felt relaxed being there. Holly was phenomenal. She was kind and patient and meticulous in her work. I have two little kids and do a lot with my hands, so I needed shorter and rounder nails. Just stopped in from out of town, Tracy took care of my pedicure service and I cannot even begin to describe how incredible she is! She educated me on personalized nail care I had no previous knowledge on and was super gentle hygienic and thoughtful. If Im ever in town again, this is the only salon I would go to! read more

Came to the Grand Opening and was very impressed with the beautiful new store! Everything is brand new, there's a lot of nail colors to choose from, and the customer service is great! My girls had their nails done and I loved the work of both techs, my daughter had hers done by Holly. Both are very good and detail oriented in their work. I would definitely come back again! BEST NAIL SALON IN ALISO VIEJO!! James is always so gentle and extremely thorough when cleaning, removing acrylics, and painting my nails. He asked if i like the shape to make sure that I like how it came out. They are always making sure their customers are comfortable and satisfied, the lady fixed the pillow behind me to ensure my comfort and they even gave me a phone stand. I called at 6:25 and they were able to squeeze me in for an emergency pedicure before they closed at 7 (I had a feeling I was getting engaged that weekend). Tracy did an amazing and attentive job despite the salon closing and she stayed 20 minutes after closing for me. She was so kind and very thorough with her job. I was in the area and decided to stop by to get a quick eyebrow waxing. I waked in and 3 girls came to front and were standing there checking my me out saying something which I couldn't understand until one girl came to guide me to the waxing room. I naturally don't grow hair in the middle of my brow and the girl doing my brows pointed this out. I explained that I was aware of the missing hair, she proceeded to tell me to use make up to cover it up. I informed her that I don't use makeup and don't mind the missing hair just go to where it's even and I'm fine with them being thin as I've always had it. She proceeded to explain how to use make up to cover up the missing hair or to use hair growth products to make it grow. Again I told her I'm not concerned but thank you! Just make them to the line. She persisted the entire time. As I went to pay I was told it had to be $20 or more before tip for CC no exceptions .. so i had to walk to the nearest bank and get atm fees to get cash to pay. Will not be going back and do not recommend!! read more

The lady that worked there was very friendly and attentive asking if I was comfortable, bring me a stand for my cell phone and asking if I would like some water. Don't recommend. Got my gel manicure there and it started peeling after 2 days. Went back to fix the situation and their technician only fixed peeling nails and put extra top coat on other nails despite me requesting all nails to be redone. Needless to say, other nails started peeling the next day. Went next day to get a refund. Technician didn't know how to process a refund on their credit card machine; charged my card again, had to void that transaction and give me a cash refund. read more
