I'm so glad I did because I think this is going to be my new go-to spot! I did an acne facial with Gina a week ago and my skin feels so soft and clear. I usually don't like when facials are too harsh and leave me feeling dry, but here my skin felt clean, refreshed, and super moisturized walking out. We had a confirmed couples massage booked for Valentine's Day, and when we arrived, they casually told us they had given the couples room to someone else. No call, no warning, no accountability. Its funny because they confirmed with me prior and didnt say anything. Valentine's Day is one of the busiest and most special days for couples, and this was our first time coming here. We were really looking forward to it. Instead, we were left standing there while they tried to figure out what to do after clearly overbooking or mismanaging their schedule. The Couples Head Spa is in a separate room and we liked it because it was a more private experience. It came with a scalp cleanse, head/neck massage, and a deep conditioning treatment. They took their time with all the steps and rinsing so it was definitely worth the price! Overall, we had a really relaxing time and left feeling refreshed with soft hair. I had Gina today and I could tell that just by feeling my body she could tell where my problem areas were.
