She had a great genuine upbeat personality, really made you feel at ease, communication was on point, really left no stone unturned from beginning to end, oh and she was really fun to talk to. The waxing process, I was there for my back. They use vegan ingredients for the waxing which I really like, pain scale was less than traditional waxing. I would say traditional waxing for me is a 8 outta 10 whereas this was 6.5 outta 10. McKenna was very thorough throughout the entire process.
