They claimed there was no documentation showing I requested cancellation, but the only way to cancel is in person. I went in to cancel and was told I would receive an email confirmation, which I never got. I asked a second time and still never received anything. Then I was charged again for another month. On top of that, the manager was extremely rude and completely dismissive when I explained that I had already tried canceling. She genuinely did not seem to care at all.
