I've been a loyal client for years but there has been no decency in addressing the issue and getting me in for literally a small gap fill that would take maybe 5 min. Had combo brows (microblading & shading) done here in April 2021 by Lauren and have been paying for brow tint & lamination to mask it ever since. I have been doing saline removal sessions for the last year to try to undo it and probably have another year to go, if I'm ever able to completely get rid of it. They were uneven, outside of my natural brow shape, the color was darker than my natural brow and she went way too deep in the skin so it's been very difficult, painful & expensive to remove. Just wanted to share my experience in case it can prevent someone else from going through this. The first 2 pics are my brows before, the second 2 pics are right after. The last 2 pics are the pics she sent that we agreed to on what we were going to do. The color did get lighter in time but was still nowhere close to my ash blonde color so I had to get my brows tinted to match the darker color of the shading. read more

Every time she does my hair I literally feel like a goddess. She pays such good attention to detail and I swear everybody notices how glowing I look after she gets her hands on me. I ended up taking the jump and made an appointment for a lash tint, curl, and brow wax. This might just have been my best decision of 2020! What exactly is a lash tint + curl? A lash tent is henna added to your natural lashes to make them appear thicker. Lash Boss finishes it off with a curl which adds length, and that wow effect - think of it like a perm for your lashes! Having your lashes tinted is a great alternative to having eyelash extensions, and requires almost zero upkeep since it's your natural lash. Let's talk about the process: - You can make your appointment online through their incredibly convenient scheduling system. Once you choose your date, time, and technician, you'll be asked to enter your payment information to hold your spot. - Arrive on time, and wear comfy clothes. A lash tint and curl takes upwards of 40 minutes! - Your stylist will start the tinting process, which does cause a little itching, but zero pain. - Strut your stuff! Your natural lashes are now thicker, longer, and curled to perfection. There is minimal maintenance for your tint and curl. For the first 10 hours you should stay out of water, and always avoid using oil based makeup remover. Your lashes should last about six weeks!
