I was really nervous about trying out a new eyebrow place, but after moving I needed to find a place stat. Previously, I was seeing an eyebrow artist that was trained directly under Anastasia Soare, so I had high standards. I took a shot in the dark and started seeing Andrea - she's amazing! One thing I noticed here is that I never experience irritation or redness after waxing. This was a common side effect that I had sadly grown accustomed to, but not anymore! Not only do they use a good wax, but they prep your brows with a tea tree salve and after they use a high frequency wand (for those that need it like me) to combat sensitivity and it works! Furthermore, the fullness and shape of my brows is spot on. I choose not to fill in my eyebrows and opt for an all natural look, so maintaining thickness and uniformity is so important since I can't hide a botched job. So, after frequenting so many nail salons, spas, waxing boutiques, etc. for YEARS where I was burned by hot wax, prodded and picked with tweezers and threads, and always left either bleeding or red faced, and still with sporadic hairs in remote areas. Long story short, not only did she go to work getting rid of my osama bin laden beard completely, she shaped and adjusted my eyebrows so well, I didn't even recognize myself when I looked in the mirror, they were so perfect!
