They were nice but somehow my esthetician, I feel she didn't do a great job with my eyelashes . I got a lift and when they were not curled . One eye was curled than the other . She didn't explained the care until I had to ask her plus I had to know more of the after care because I over heard the other esthetician explain to her client next to me . So I was kinda upset that I didn't get the same info . Plus when I pointed out that one eye was not curl like the other she promised they would lift . They did not . I spend a lot of Money to get the service done and didn't get to be happy with my service . Plus I traveled 2.5 hrs to see this business because apparently they were "great ". I am so appalled at this salon. I just moved to OC from NorCal and I have been getting lash extensions for 1.5 years now. I read great things about this salon and decided to take the plunge, and oh was I wrong. I paid 300$ for my first installation of lashes.. The full volume, thinking they were going to be thick and voluminous. But nope. Sat up and they looked thinner than the usual mink ones. My stylist put more in but afterwards things felt very tight around my eyes.. Which is unusual but I just thought it was because I haven't had them on in a bit. Woke up the next morning in agony. Literally couldn't open my eyes. I called the salon over and over again and no one returned my calls. Ended up getting hold of another lash salon and the girls were kind enough to help remove my lashes in between their appts because my case was so severe. The manager even came to see me on her day off to make sure I was ok. She said the lashes were glued to my eyelids! And if any of her girls put lashes on their client like that.. They would be fired immediately. After two hours they were able to remove them.. I was still swollen and in pain for a week Still keep trying to contact the salon to try to work things out and they have been ignoring my calls. Reporting them to the BBB. read more

I've had classic mink lashes, volume lashes, and then mixed (my favorite) and I am hooked!!! I had the pleasure of seeing Megan for a set of volume lashes before my wedding! She killed it! She was so sweet and made sure the process was comfortable and timely. I have been coming to Wink Lash Studio since they first opened and I am incredibly impressed with their work. My eye lashes look beautiful and more importantly, NATURAL! My co- workers all asked me if I was using Latisse ha! I let them in on my little secret and a few of them have gone to Wink and are now addicted just like I am. Here are a few tips : get the mink lashes (they are more expensive but 10x more comfortable). Go buy a clear mascara (even though the studio tells you not to, I personally find it really helpful in keeping the lashes in place. The biggest downside to the mascara is that it can make the extensions fall off faster which is why they tell you to avoid it, but I don't mind coming in more often. The last tip is a warning really: DO NOT rip off the extensions if they come loose. Just schedule an appt ASAP. I ripped off a few of my own eyelashes by mistake after losing a battle with a seemingly loose extension. All of the techs are equally amazing, I have seen them all. Megan is the fastest so I love seeing her because we all know time is money, but it truly doesn't matter if you see Sam, Jackie, or Megan - they all produce the same exceptional lashes. I give them 5 stars all around! read more

My story: I have naturally long lashes but they go blonde on the ends, so you really can't tell. Mascara or tinting is the only way to highlight my lashes and this requires more effort than I'm willing to put in. Fake lashes look pretty awesome too but I am terrible at self-application. Sooo, after months of contemplation, I finally decided to try eyelash extensions. After my first session, I was in love and amazed at how longer darker lashes can transform your whole look. It's been over a year since I started going and I'm not sure when I will stop. Eyelash extensions have become my one beauty splurge. Waking up in the AM with long dark lashes makes it all worth it. You look different and people notice immediately. I get compliments all the time and most people think they are my real lashes!! The girls at Wink Lash Studio are excellent at what they do. Megan has been my girl from the beginning and her work is top notch. Samantha did my lashes once while she was away and I was pleased with her work as well. You can get the extensions to your liking as well -- from natural to super dramatic (varying in length and width as well as curl). The studio is relaxing & intimate and easy to get to, once you find it hidden amidst a row of small shops. The process itself is pretty easy. Just lay down on a comfy chair, close your eyes for an hr, and then - waaaa-la! :) Pretty lashes! As an FYI: the eyelash extensions last for 2-3 weeks (and sometimes longer) if you follow the after-care instructions. The first 48 hrs are the most important. When your lashes start looking unruly, just brush them... No plucking!! Otherwise, you might look a little funny... Let your lashes & extensions fall out naturally and you will be all good! I've been getting my lashes done my Megan for over 4 years. Love the location, it's a small salon with only 3 chairs and very convenient to get to. They run their appointments through a computer system so i can book all of my appointments through their website. I get a text reminder for my appointment the day before and it makes my busy life so much easier. The studio itself is very relaxing, very boutique type of salon, a trendy place that feels clean. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my lashes but these girls! I've heard about terrible eyelash experiences and I've never experienced anything but the best at wink, I leave with my lashes always looking great and for a reasonable price I no longer need to wear make up. read more

I did a lot of research and decided to go with Samantha at Wink Lash studio. Samantha is amazing. She walked me through the whole process. She educated me on the different lash types, asked questions to understand my preference and recommended the type of lash that would fit my lifestyle. I went with the lashes she recommended, which were natural looking lashes with C curl. I felt so comfortable that I actually nodded off a little too when she was doing my lashes.
