Let me say that I rarely write reviews but Im pretty perturbed. My wife was having a tough week so I decided to treat her to a massage and foot treatment at White Lotus. Her therapist was Jolene on 7 March 2026 and while she thought the facility was good, she did not find Jolene particularly friendly AT ALL. She used cold oil had a cold tone and simply said "here's water and towel" come out when you're done. It wasn't this warm, relaxing environment I thought it would be. Anyone who knows my wife knows that it would take a LOT for her to make a statement like that about anyone. To top it all off, I tipped a 25% gratuity BEFORE the appointment through Venmo. I can't in good conscience recommend this business or this therapist. Find a place that will actually make you feel relaxed. read more

I just had the best massage with Alyse! It was probably one of the best massages I've ever had. She is so so kind and sweet, but also didn't talk to me during the entire duration of the massage (other than to check if pressure and temperature of the table was good etc.) which I really appreciated, because it really helps make it extra relaxing. Highly highly recommend. The only drawback is you know, no sauna steam room or anything, which some of the bigger resorts have, but I have to say the actual massage was probably 100 times better than any of the nice resorts I've been to, and it was less expensive. I absolutely love getting my facials done by JoAnn. She is so easy to talk to and really focuses on what products to use to help address any concerns I have or want more attention with. My face is glowing when my treatment is done. I also get massages regularly here as well. My favorite masseuse is Ezekiel. He is very professional and easy to talk to. He is thorough with any instructions you give him about what you feel comfortable with and with any problem areas you want him to focus on. I absolutely feel comfortable with him and always look forward to his massages because I leave feeling relaxed and refressed. I was in the area for a business conference and had originally booked at the hotel spa. After they tacked a mandatory fee onto my reservation, I started to look elsewhere for a massage. I found White Lotus and was so glad I did! It was a short and beautiful walk through Heritage Park with a brief stop at the scenic Dana Point Bluff Top Trail. I grabbed an omelet and latte across the street at the French restaurant, then had a glorious hour and a half with Tracy. The inside of the spa immediately brought my blood pressure down, and her expert touch relieved the stress and aches of multiple days of travel. It was worth exploring the area away from the hotel, and it was barely a mile walk. I wish I had more time for a facial! I would absolutely go back to Tracy and the White Lotus Day Spa read more

First off, I love this place. I got a gift certificate from my in-laws. I booked a massage and facial package for the first time. It was fantastic! I had Keely and JoAnne. Both are professional and really top notch performance. Everything was wonderful. It was so good that i forgot to use my gift certificate and paid the full fee. Yet I loved it so much that I don't mind coming back for another treat, and I really considered to join membership. In addition to that, I shared this place with many Moms who need a break from kids and families. They all love it. I hate being a Debbie Downer but here is why I leave a 3 star. Like I said, I forgot to use the gift certificate, so I booked another massage online when I desperately needed it last week. I thought anyone would be awesome anyway. Not the case. I had JoLene who was the only one I could book online. The rest, they don't show on their system. So I booked her for a 90 minutes customized massage. Well, she didn't read my intake form to know where i need to focus on. which is forgivable, i told her verbally I needed the treatment to focus on my neck, shoulders and lower back. Then she ended my massage at 60 minutes. I walked out the room reminded her I booked a 90 minutes. Then we came back to the room for another 30 minute massage. The whole experience was not only divided into two massages, but also the second half of the massage was brutal. I understand they try their best to satisfy customers' needs. When I said at least twice about lower back, she kept pressuring hard on my butt. And the second massage she focused on my shoulder and my butt again! I had to point out to where I needed her to focus on. Because she pressed so hard on my shoulders, I ended up leaving the place feel more pain than relax. Up to this point, I wasn't pleased but not upset. Yet two days later, my shoulder part keeps getting weird sensational pain. Then I checked on the mirror realized my skin got burn or something. Not sure what happened but that getting massage was the only thing I did during the whole weekend. It was annoying. When I put my close on, it hurts, when I sleep and lay on my back, it hurts. I don't recommend JoLene, but I do like White Lotus Spa. read more

I was staying at the Astoria resort in Dana Point and the prices were very very expensive for there services and my friend went to there spa to get a 400 dollar massage and was very disappointed with the service. So my friend and I decided to look around the area and found WHITE LOTUS and it was amazing very clean very soothing...staff was awesome. I highly recommend the White Lotus Day Spa. Last weekend, my friend and I did a girls getaway and stayed at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort and Spa. We didn't want to pay the high spa/massage prices at the Hotel and neighboring hotels, when we really just wanted a good massage. I did a lot of research online and found this amazing Day Spa. i would recommend it to anyone who is staying or visiting Dana Point. Everyone is so friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very calm and I had the best massage! I decided to get the 60 minute deep tissue massage with Ann. She was incredible. I told her the areas I needed work on (my left thigh area and my feet). I walked out of there a different person. All of my soreness was gone. Ann knew just the right amount of pressure to apply and where to apply it. I have incredible gratitude for the White Lotus Day Spa and you will to. You won't regret going here. Oh by the way, the massage for an hour was only $109 and then I added a $20 tip. This was one of the best massages and the most reasonably priced massages I have ever had.
