Great massage for a great price. Very private and super friendly staff. Easy to make appointments or I have walked in and didn't have to wait read more

I went to get a luxury combination massage(60 min body massage 40 min foot massage) for my birthday. I let the lady know she was pushing too hard (on my back) she just ignored me and kept doing it even though I was flinching. Then when it was time for the foot massage it was literally 40mins of rubbing my legs not feet. I have been in pain for the past 2 day. I had to take pain meds I had from a previous procedure and have a heating pad on my back. My back hurts so bad I feel like I got hit by a bat repeatedly on my back read more

Went in for a full body 100 minutes for $85. massage was good. I was happy with the results when she was finished. I would recommend this place read more

Got a massage here with my husband and we had mixed experiences. The place was relatively clean, we had a private room for couples and the beds were pretty comfortable. Overall my massage was solid, I felt like my guy definitely knew what he was doing. I would have liked for him to focus more on my neck and shoulders but no big deal. The only thing that kinda icked us was the smell of the towels. My husbands smelled like mildew, maybe it wasn't dried well. That would be the only con here. All in all - prices are good and service is solid. read more

My 18-year-old daughter recently went here for her very first professional massage. While the massage initially seemed fine, several aspects of the experience were concerning. The service cost was $60. My daughter paid with a $100 bill. When the therapist returned her change and my daughter went to pick it up, the therapist placed her hand over the cash and said, "Tip." There was no signage or communication beforehand indicating tipping expectations. My daughter explained this was her first massage and that she wasn't aware. She then left a tip anyway, to which the therapist responded, "That's it?" This left my daughter embarrassed and uncomfortable. The following morning, my daughter asked me to check the back of her neck because it was sore. At that time, I noticed a visible bruise in that area. My daughter shared that the therapist never checked in regarding pressure during the massage. As a first-time client, she assumed the discomfort was normal and didn't realize she could or should speak up. A professional massage therapist should regularly check in with clients...especially first-timers...about comfort and pressure. Between the lack of communication during the massage and the unprofessional handling of tipping afterward, the experience fell short. I hope this feedback helps improve client care moving forward. read more

They were great! I noticed they renovated ! It is much nicer and the staff have always been sufficient and friendly -- extremely accommodating They definitely know how to massage and even though there is a slight language barrier , that doesn't stop them from understanding what the body needs. Always been coming here and coming back! 100% recommend read more

If you're the type who likes value for your money and don't require all the fancy stuff, this place might be right up your alley! I found Diamond Massage through the trusty Yelp app while on a biz trip for 2 weeks in OC. I was doing 10 hour shifts in a row, so I was in dire need of a massage that wouldn't break the bank. This place was IT! Not only is it close to where I was working, but it was open late. Just what I needed as I was clocking out at 6 pm on the daily. I made an appointment and was promptly greeted when I arrived, and shown to my room. The lobby is clean and didn't reek of cigarettes. Thank God! I went with the Luxury Combo for $75, which lasted 100 minutes. Oh yeah!! There's something about human touch that just can't compete with a massage chair. I melted as my masseuse took away every aching part of me. I relished every minute and felt so relaxed when it was all said and done. The hot stones are always a nice touch. They were perfect for my sore body. All I wanted to do was take a nap afterward! If you're in need of a quality massage without the frills of boutique places, I highly suggest you come here! The prices can't be beat, and the service was excellent. They also give you a loyalty card for a free massage, I believe, on your 10th visit. There's ample parking in the lot outside. This is a place I'm definitely keeping on my radar when in OC! read more

Excellent massage! James was fantastic! His communication skills stood out- he helped me clearly explain my pain and needs, which made the therapy much more effective. Highly recommend! read more

5 Stars - Hidden Gem in Mission Viejo! I've lived in Ladera for 20 years and have driven past Diamond Massage countless times, but I finally decided to give it a try today--and wow, I'm so glad I did! I opted for the one-hour back and stone massage for $60, and it was incredible. One of the best massages I've ever had! No fancy frills, just an outstanding massage that left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The pressure was perfect, and the hot stones were a great touch. I can't believe it took me this long to try it, but I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! read more

Diamond Massage - Menu - Massage Near Me - Mission Viejo, California

Wow... wow is all I gotta say. I'm a whole new person after a visit to diamond massage for my anniversary with my gorl. Don't be fooled by the exterior looking super sketch and uneasy haha. It definitely looks like one of those "weird" places. BUT. It's not. The inside looks professional and safe. My worries was that it may be gross and dirty, but coming inside everything was wrapped nicely and seems to be freshly washed or cleaned! During our couples experience we had a man and a woman massage us. I got the man and she got the woman. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING! that was definitely a massage that we are going to remember for quite some time. They didn't speak at all during the time, besides if we are okay in the beginning and finishing at the end. Felt like good and safe people getting the work in, definitely hard workers that deserve a generous tip for their service. The price is nuts. I forgot to take a pic but 60 bucks for 60 minutes for a full body massage with hot stones is a steal comparing to other places I was looking at. A bang for our buck IMO. If you're deciding whether to book or not because it may look like a weird place, I took the risk and was very pleased! read more

Excellent massage and excellent prices! I'd highly recommend checking this place out.

I've never felt so violated in a massage. Overly aggressive just rolling my body into the table, constantly wanted to rub my legs and butt with even very close touches to private areas to where I had to tell him no, too close! Felt super weird & even though they offer great prices... do not go if you're a female wanting to feel comfortable. read more

These old stiff muscles feel like they have been through a meat tenderizer.Anna is fantastic. About 5 sessions and my legs feel fantastic

Absolutely love this place! I've always had great customer service and thoroughly enjoy my experience. I go at least once a month and if I had more time, I'd go more often. Great experience for the cost! read more

Best experience ever! Clean, calm and kind. Great greeters and service! With gratitude.

Always good service! The last time I had knots in the back of my neck but were totally taken care of and I was so grateful! I do wish we had slightly more private rooms, but that's what you get with a reasonable price read more

An Absolute Gem I've been a loyal client of this establishment since long before their relocation, and I can confidently say it continues to exceed expectations in every way. Discovering that it's family-owned made the experience feel even more special. It adds a personal, authentic touch that you simply can't find at larger, commercialized spas. The atmosphere here has only improved over time, it's warm, inviting, and distinctly rooted in traditional Chinese wellness. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with calm energy and professionalism. The team here clearly knows what they're doing; you can feel the expertise in every treatment. And they present their licenses in the front. Having experienced massage therapy at countless places over the years, I can say without hesitation that this one is in a league of its own. What makes it even more incredible is how lowkey and under the radar it is. A true hidden gem. And compared to all the other places, it is also surprisingly cheap considering how much complimentary things they have! A heartfelt thank you to the amazing front desk lady. You are the heart of this place! read more

I opted for the 60 minute hot stone massage and it was amazing! My masseuse had a special talent for immediately identifying my trouble spots and kneading out each knot. The hot stones were the best part of the massage! I left relaxed, feeling so much better, and probably a 1/2 inch taller! read more

Clean and always good. Not looking a great, buy solid for the pricing! Ask for a private room if you are not comfortable in the public view

Clean place, nice staff and best massage therapist Tony. I recommend this place 100%z thank you

I've been going to this massage place for years. Pros: Pricing is reasonable specially for south OC. The massage rooms and bathroom are clean. Cons: The masseuses/masseur are hit and miss. Specifically disappointed with the fact that when I finally found a masseur I like, he left not long after! Overall, I keep going to this place cause of the location and pricing. read more

This place is so great, super affordable hour reflexology. Always have open availability when I call ahead

I woke up super sore and needing a good massage but unfortunately every other place in South OC was booked and not taking walk in's midday on a Sunday. My bad for not booking earlier! I kept Yelping and found this little gem in Mission Viejo, near the 5 fwy and MV mall/Kaleidoscope. I walked in hoping they had availability and to my surprise they did! I chose the Combination Special (60 minutes), and my goodness it was absolutely magical. I've read some reviews that the massages have been shorter but mine was a complete 60 minutes. This is the spot and I will continue coming here! Super affordable, very clean, and staff were very very sweet. I can't wait to come back!!! read more

Not the best place like it I'd to be. Massages are too inconsistent and mostly no direction with masher.it's all over they place.

That place now even better! They moved into the new space ne t door to the oldest one and everything is new and immaculate clean. I always get the best service here. Thank you very much. I truly appreciate you, guys!!! For instance today I fir lucky and had Tony the new guy who performed one hour hot stone massage on me and it was amazing. read more

I used to come to Diamond Massage all the time, relying on them to help relieve my pain. Unfortunately, over the last few visits, my experience has steadily deteriorated. The inconsistency in service has become a major issue, both with the therapists and the front desk staff. I understand that some communication can come off as blunt, but lately with the small lady at the front desk, the experience has felt unprofessional and erratic, in terms of professionalism, service and pricing. I always call ahead to ensure they're ready to accommodate both me and my wife, but on my most recent visit, I felt misled. Certain combo packages were no longer available, and I experienced a bait-and-switch when the price I was quoted over the phone was $10 less than what I was charged upon arrival just to get me there. The front desk lady also complained several times about my use of a credit card, I was like, "wtf?!" and ended up of always having to go out of my way to pull cash from an ATM. On this last visit, I made a point of announcing it firmly to not worry, I've brought cash this time, like I'm some little kid, and despite this, I still faced issues. To top it off, I was accused of not tipping enough, despite the fact that the massage was rough and unbearable, and I had to ask the therapist to ease up on the pressure 3-4 times. Honestly, the service didn't even warrant a $10 tip, but I believe 20-25% each was more than generous between my wife and I. It makes me wonder whether the therapists are being paid fairly, as it seems like their compensation relies solely on tips. If that's the case, it's a concerning sweat-shop setup. Since they relocated next door, it appears that things have gotten worse. Back at their previous spot, the experience was at least tolerable, but now, I've had enough. Maybe the stress of managing this place has gotten worse now with the higher lease they're liable for. Anyway, I've found another foot massage place in San Clemente, and I'm hoping for a much better experience there. Thanks, but no thanks--this will be my final visit to Diamond Massage. read more

Called for an appointment same day for Friday and got me right in. The place is clean and comfortable and quiet. Both private rooms and the big room with 6 or so beds for the foot soaks/massages. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I like the pressure very hard, and my massage therapist did not disappoint! Head to toe heaven! Thank you! read more

Coco and Lea were amazing! coco really took her time in my knots and I mean REALLY took care of them. I didn't even have to tell her my problem areas she just knew! Lea did my partners massage and he really liked how well she took care of his problem areas too. Plus points because she has the softest hands!! Really recommend this place! Pricing is great! I live in south county and I used to drive all the way to HB for a massage! Until I found Diamond Massage just a mile from my home. You can call and make an appointment and even if it is last minute they will try to pencil you in. Great prices and you'll leave feeling renewed! They have private rooms for massage or open floor for massage. I usually do the hot stone massage in private room. They accommodate your request for male or female. They don't speak much English but enough for you to get good service. You must tip in cash, so remember that! I highly recommend!!! read more

My first time here. Made an appointment in the morning for a 30 chair massage and got an appointment for 2:30 later that day! Arrived a bit early but they were ready for me. I was a bit surprised that there are not separate, private rooms for body massage - four massage tables were all in one room with no dividers, and there were two people having massages. My chair was in a tiny, curtained room but the curtain was never closed (no matter, just fyi). The guy who did my massage was fantastic! Such strong hands that clearly knew the tough spots! It hurt so good, lol! My neck and shoulders had been so tight and stiff but after my 30 minute massage I felt so relaxed and more flexible. He did my neck, shoulders, upper and lower back, arms, and hands. I left a good tip and woulf definitly go back again! P.S. There is a small charge for paying with a card instead of cash. read more

I've been to multiple massage locations and I couldn't say Diamond Massage was one of the best or cleanest. The prices are higher than others, charged an extra dollar for using credit card, and didn't provide the full 60 minutes (I kept track of time)! The lady in the front also chased me outside the door claiming I didn't pay and then said nevermind after i reminded her I paid prior to the massage as she requested. Not a bad place if you want to get a massage, but I wish I left feeling completely relaxed. read more

The vibe is all off when u first come in they seem angry and mean. The massage is super sub par! They mostly just rub and don't get into the muscle! They cover u in a blanket for the massage which has always been odd to me. First time coming to this place I will not go back! The lady that massaged me was un friendly (she no friendly) and when I said thank you at the end she brushed me off rudely like it isn't her job to massage ! Def do not like this place DONT GO HERE if you want a massage close this place down this is horrible and I'm am reading some bad stuff about this place how does this allow in our area read more

Diamond Massage is the best foot massage spot I have found. I have been several times and each time it has been equally relaxing. They offer a variety of massage options, but I am a big fan of the "Luxury combination," which is currently $75 for 100 minutes (60 minutes body massage & 40 minutes foot massage) plus includes hot stone, foot detox bath and paraffin wax. Highly recommend! read more

If you want a massage to relieve tension without any bells and whistles, this is the place to be. I don't care for the fancy spa since you have your eyes closed through most of the massage anyways. Tina was great, firms hands but listened and focused on areas like my shoulders where she found some crazy knots. We will be back. read more

Had the best back massage here with Sam. The place is able to accommodate specific massage request, like what area needs to be worked on more instead of typical routine massage. I dont have to instruct Sam which ateas he needs to go deeper or lighter, as he is sensitive to my body's needs. Place is also clean, in all areas like the massage room and restroom. Good value for money. Dont forget to tip in cash. read more

The massage was awesome. Prices are good. Really casual vibe in there l, pretty easy to get an appointment, and the masseuses are super nice. I used to go semi regularly. However in my latest visit there was a new receptionist and when I gave her my tip she shamed me for the amount. I've never had that happen to me there and it was my first encounter with this receptionist so it's probably a one off experience. Nonetheless it made me pretty uncomfortable and I will not be returning. read more

Convinced this is Mission Viejo's best kept secret. The massages are top-tier and extremely affordable. I won't even go to other massage places because this one is truly the best.
