I have been a member before this location even opened. I have been getting text message reminders before my appointment for over a year but my last appointment allegedly my carrier blocked their number and i never got a reminder therefore I missed my appointment and was charged $125. They would not work with me knowing that my carrier had block their reminders. I am very unsatisfied with their service and lack of compassion. They could have emailed me or called me or even reimbursed me some of it back but they reached out to the owner and they wouldn't budge. read more

He works hard and works out hard and he loves to get massages but hardly ever does. My wife booked me a reservation on my birthday and it was fantastic. 80 minutes and therapist hit every spot. I wanted her to and found a couple extra. I didn't even know we're so tight. I had a membership but cancelling it after 5 months & visits- 1. The first couple times my masseuse was late and cut my time short I arrived on time - they ran late and instead of ended my massage the full 50mim they cut my massage short 2. My 5th massage I woke up sick. I tried to cancel it but couldn't because I was cancelling it 4 hours before massage. I ended up going sick so I didn't lose out on my money. I was 3 min late (due to me being sick) and by the time the masseuse started my massage it was 10 min past my starting time. So again I only got a 40 min massage Overall I never got my FULL timed massage Either they ran late and won't extend your time or if run late, there is ZERO grace period bc all their back to back appointments Just stressful and disappointing. You get to choose what music you want, oil or lotion, how the massage pressure is, and there's even a button to press to let them know you're ready to begin the massage. The monthly membership is VERY reasonable, the spa is very well designed and I love the consistency of the massage options, aromatherapy, music. Maybe this is the millennial in me, but I love that you can do everything in their app if you want. You can schedule appointments in the app, specify on a diagram exactly which parts of your body you'd like more or less focus on, oil/lotion, heat, therapy preferences etc. You also can tip in the app (no need to do the awkward end-of-service wallet dance). The app leaves no stone of the experience uncovered, which ensures you get what you want, and makes the experience so much more enjoyable and relaxing. You know exactly what you're being charged and what services you will get (there is nothing I dislike more than sneaky add ons or unclear pricing/service- none of that happens here!) My husband gifted membership to me, and I love that there is flexibility to gift massage credits to him (you can gift your massages to other people). I came in on a whim and they had an opening with Rico for a 50min massage and it was AMAZING! Exactly what I needed after a recent travel. Rico was attentive, checked in on the pressure and what areas I needed more attention. The room was new clean comfortable and the heating pad on my back was so nice. The aromatherapy smells great and the whole experience couldn't have been better. We put the day aside to enjoy our therapy but when we arrived we discovered they screwed up our reservation and only one of us was scheduled even though we had a confirmation. Very unprofessional The girl at the desk was not empowered to do anything as a service recovery, and the manager wasn't super helpful either. We had to fight to get a refund. My FAVORITE place! I'm a squeeze member but I come twice a month because it is so worth it! I always feel 1000x better walking out the doors. I love the ambiance, the color scheme and everyone is so nice there! I love how customizable the massage is and it really feels special and personalized. The masseuse's are attentive to your needs and focus on the areas you want them too. You can also pick the music in the room and the aromatherapy scent. Just went to squeeze for the first time it was amazing! I arrived and was greeted by the host who checked me in and then walked me back to the lounge. It was a nice relaxing environment. I was offered water, tea, etc and they said to check out the aroma area to pick what I want during my massage. I picked Grapefruit and loved the fresh scent! My therapist Ashley welcomed me back and told me about what to expect. She asked me a little more details in addition to what I put as my preferences on the app. She showed me where to hang my clothes, and where I could charge my phone. Then she said I can adjust the light and pick my music. They have indie rock which you never see at a spa/massage place. It was such a fun and relaxing experience. Squeeze has been a great addition to the South Orange County massage scene. Booking and checkout is conveniently done through an app, ensuring that your experience remains relaxed. While there's not a lot of fancy frills (no robes, steam rooms, etc.) it's perfect for what I want and keeps the pricing affordable. After going for a few massages I decided to sign-up for a membership and have had no regrets. Of the four massage therapists I have seen, I've never had a bad experience. While your preferences are saved in their system, they still take the time to review what areas you're interested in treating and reviewing any problem areas. They check-in with you throughout the massage to asses pressure and your comfort. I believe most of the therapists have part or full time job at neighboring spas at some of the local resorts, and pick up shifts here based on their availability. Kristy and Rico have been my favorite therapists. Rico was my most recent and his massage was transformative - not a classic massage, he focused more on deep breathing and pressure points. His pressure is perfect and intuitive and I'm already looking forward to the next service with him.
