It was such a huge disappointment and painful and uncomfortable I kept waiting for it to be over. First, she doused my entire back with oil, it was so much it dripped everywhere and she didn't even ask for what kind of pressure I wanted. She massaged my back with her forearm, not her hands, with short, super fast strokes. How is that relaxing?? Her pressure with either too soft or too hard, never just right. I had to give her feedback every 5 minutes which was annoying. And she massaged near my armpits and it kept tickling me, I told her to avoid it but she kept doing it anyway. Halfway through the massage, I gave up on giving her feedback as I could not relax. When I told her to please massage my feet as I'm standing a lot, she massaged the top of my feet the whole time, instead of the bottom which was stupid and painful. I told her to not massage my thighs or hips and she did anyway. She massaged a lot of the bony parts instead of muscle. I'm really upset I spent so much money feeling more tense than I did before I came here. I don't understand how people thinks Lucy is a good masseuse.

Very friendly and very accommodating where they can be. They book quickly on the weekends! Very highly demanded. When there are no appointments expected, they leave the front office to work on rooms that were just used. Eg, placing them for washing machine, dryer, refreshing, cutting slices of pineapple, refilling, etc. The massage is always GREAT! I usually do a 120 or 90 minute but just now, finished a 45 minute. I wondered how they could finish me in 45. I have no expectations anymore, she was very thorough and stretched me so well in just 45 minutes. At the end of service, stay for a slice of cut pineapple and hot tea (or water). They use the prettiest plates and cups. They take both credit and cash and give you stamp cards ! This was genuinely the worst massage business Ive ever been to. Ive been to this place TWICE and…read morethey disappointed both times. I got a 2 person Swedish massage with hot stones for my friend's birthday. Keep in mind that not a single person speaks english and they ALL have to use phone translators. My massage was extremely uncomfortable, the masseuse had horrible technique, she was digging her nails into my skin and not massaging my body correctly. She also had a bracelet on that scratched my back and it was so painful. It also caught onto my hair TWICE and instead of carefully taking my hair out, she RIPPED IT OFF. I was so upset I moved her hand both times and she was not remorseful. Then, her and the other masseuse were gossiping very loud for the last 20 minutes and they seemed very upset about something. It was very distracting and unprofessional. They were super loud and weren't attentive to our massage. It all very felt messy. I looked at my friend halfway through the massage and we both were so uncomfortable. To top it off, we never got hot stones. Then after the massage, I went to my masseuse at the desk and I kindly told her that her nails were painful and it didn't feel the best, and she got very defensive. Then I asked her "Were you and you colleague upset at something? You guys were talking the whole time and seemed upset" and she got VERY defensive and translated on the phone saying she didn't talk and her colleague was just explaining her situation. I didn't argue with her because of the strong language barrier. She was very defensive and didn't apologize or try to fix the situation. She had a strong attitude and it was so aggressive, I couldn't even explain myself because she couldn't understand me anyways. She extremely was rude and disrespectful!! And to top it off, when I left I said "Bye!" with a smile and she ignored us and gave us a very bad attitude with a face. She looked at her phone and went "Hmpf!" Ive been getting massages for 6 years and I have NEVER in my life been treated with so much aggression and attitude. It was disgusting and I'm embarrassed because I took my friend for her birthday. I genuinely think that lady doesn't deserve to work there anymore. The first time I came a month ago, she was the same masseuse for my friend and my friend had the same complaints, saying it was so uncomfortable and she did it wrong. We didnt say anything back then but now Im speaking up because this is unacceptable.
