Overall my massage was solid, I felt like my guy definitely knew what he was doing. I would have liked for him to focus more on my neck and shoulders but no big deal. The only thing that kinda icked us was the smell of the towels. My husbands smelled like mildew, maybe it wasn't dried well. That would be the only con here. All in all - prices are good and service is solid.

How have i never left a review after visiting this place way too many times?…read more This line of massage, Thai Body Works, whether it is Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, or Mission Viejo, are just incredible. Very friendly and very accommodating where they can be. They book quickly on the weekends! Very highly demanded. When there are no appointments expected, they leave the front office to work on rooms that were just used. Eg, placing them for washing machine, dryer, refreshing, cutting slices of pineapple, refilling, etc. The massage is always GREAT! I usually do a 120 or 90 minute but just now, finished a 45 minute. I wondered how they could finish me in 45. I have no expectations anymore, she was very thorough and stretched me so well in just 45 minutes. At the end of service, stay for a slice of cut pineapple and hot tea (or water). They use the prettiest plates and cups. They take both credit and cash and give you stamp cards ! Very generous of them.

I have been to most of them but the Mission Viejo location is the best IMO. It's not the closest to me but I always drive a little further to go there. This location is a little more spacious and relaxed. All their locations are remarkably clean and the MV location is no exception. Be aware that they use beds not massage beds, which is common in Thailand.

I've been to at least 20 massage therapists. She does real deep tissue massage and actually makes a difference. She's hard working. She's also very knowledgeable about the body. She'll tell me what's going on with my neck or back and it's consistent with what other doctors say about it. Sometimes I don't even tell her what's bothering me and she's able to determine what's injured. I do a lot of strength training and golfing. She helps with sports injuries. She's the best.

And when I report junk, I will get a different spam text from you from a different number. WORSE experience ever!! I went here years ago and had the worse experience here. I got a facial and a massage. They used low quality products that gave me a bad skin reaction. The owner (I believe her name is Sarah) is shady, unprofessional and dishonest. It has been years since I have been here, yet I still get their spam texts at least once a week.

I found Seven Falls through google search and kept comparing locations…read more I really needed to decide on one soon cause I was in so much pain with my left shoulder. So I decided to check this place out. I had the opportunity to have Kat as my massage therapist. She did say before the massage I am here to help with your pain and not hurting you. Hehe I was grateful for that statement. No pain no gain. Today my left shoulder pain is completely gone. Something Massage heights couldn't take away. I will be coming back for a monthly massage for circulation.

My experience here was... interesting, to say the least. I read so many great reviews before coming…read morein, but surprisingly, hardly anyone mentioned what I experienced except for maybe a couple of people. First, the good: the place is clean, pleasant, and welcoming. The service is good, and everyone was sweet and courteous. My friend and I had planned a little foot massage day, and this place was convenient, so we decided to give it a try. For me, a foot massage means exactly that - a FOOT massage. Something relaxing and comforting, especially for people who walk a lot or are on their feet all day. Your heels, arches, and the front of your feet are the areas that really need that nice pressure and attention. That's kind of the whole point. Unfortunately, the description of the foot massage was very different from what I actually received. And just for context, I'm definitely not new to massages. I've had foot massages in many different cities and countries throughout my travels, so I have a pretty good idea of what a foot massage is supposed to feel like. This was NOT a foot massage. I feel bad saying that because my masseuse was a very sweet lady, but she spent almost the entire time intensely pressing and poking my legs with her fingers. It genuinely hurt. I asked her to go easier, but I don't think she understood what I meant. She seemed to think I wanted less pressure overall, when really I was trying to explain that her fingers were literally poking the heck out of my leg bones. Meanwhile, my actual feet were barely touched. My heels? Not once. It was mostly constant rubbing and finger pressure on my legs, which was honestly the opposite of what I came in for. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money for me. I also didn't feel guilty about not tipping because my experience was genuinely uncomfortable and not at all what was advertised. I actually feel bad leaving this review because everyone was nice, and everything else about the place was great. I'm leaving this mainly as feedback for the business. Either the description of the service needs to be more accurate, or the massage therapists need to be trained so the service actually matches what's being advertised. After this experience, I personally wouldn't feel comfortable trying their other services because now I'd be wondering whether those descriptions match the actual service either. Really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, this one was a no for me. Sorry, but no thank you.
