Came here on Saturday around 6:40 PM, and I'm so glad I did! I first heard about this place from…read morethe signage at Quail Hill Plaza. When I looked it up, I found out they already have another branch in the Lake Forest area, so I went ahead and booked an appointment. The online booking process was super easy and convenient! I went with the Seven Falls Special, which includes a 60-minute body massage (I chose deep tissue) and a 30-minute foot massage. Oh my goodness, the foot massage was heavenly! My masseuse, Stacy, has healing hands. She patiently worked on all the stubborn knots in my neck, shoulders, and lower back. The 60-minute body massage flew by way too quickly! I'm really hoping the Quail Hill branch opens soon so I can visit more often since it's much closer to home. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

As someone who has tried many different massage parlors and spas, I highly recommend Seven Falls…read more It's excellent -- everyone on the staff is so kind and welcoming, and I've had nothing but positive experiences here. I especially cannot recommend Jason enough. I've been dealing with chronic back pain for almost two years, largely from extremely tight back muscles due to lifting, slight scoliosis, and spending all day at a desk as a lawyer. I've tried just about everything at this point (physical therapy, chiropractors, muscle relaxants, etc.) and nothing has solved the problem. I've now seen Jason three times over the past five or six weeks, and the difference has been incredible. I usually book a 60- or 90-minute targeted deep tissue massage focused on my back, shoulders, and neck. What really sets Jason apart is how attentive he is. Every massage has been a little different because he actually takes the time to figure out which muscles are especially tight, where the knots are, and what needs the most attention that day. He's incredibly thorough and clearly knows what he's doing. He also regularly checks in about the pressure, which I appreciate because I prefer pretty firm pressure. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm actually making progress with my back pain rather than just getting temporary relief. I am not waking up with bad pain all across my back and shoulders anymore. At this point I am booking regular massages with Jason every 2 weeks. If you deal with chronically tight muscles or want a really effective, targeted deep tissue massage, I highly recommend Seven Falls and also Jason. He's phenomenal!

I previously reviewed and said this was the best massage…read more I went again tonight and the massage was fine but my issue was there is a giant mirror in the last room on the left. After my massage I felt weird about it so I decided to look behind the mirror and it was a window with a bunch of stickers on it. I was still half undressed and someone opened the room door as I was looking behind the mirror. The door was opened 2 times while I was changing. Staff should not be coming into a room that a customer is changing in! Behind this mirror/window is the masseuse break room... I feel uncomfortable about this. I really do not know if they can see in the room or they just covered up this window gap and there is no ill intention. But the fact I don't know makes me feel strange. Once I walked to the front desk, a few people from the break room came out and -they didn't go into the room the other person from my party was in- they kept going into the room I was in and then turning to look at me. It could be coincidence but it left me feeling weird. Was I not supposed to look behind that?? If you are having customers undress it is really really weird to have a mirror/window leading to the break room... And also no one should be coming in after the service is completed and a customer is still undressed. I hope someone can clear this up because I do not feel comfortable returning as of now.

Overall thoughts: I love how this is a one stop shop for my self care needs. The fact that I can curate and mix/match any facial or massage in the same session is amazing. Usually places that offer both services require separate bookings for one or the either, but the staff here are trained to do both. They have a lot of combinations available -- it was fun to simply look through and pick one off their website prior to booking. Booking: I especially love the transparency in their prices, types of treatment, and available appointment times on their website. It was incredibly easy to find everything I wanted and needed to know Experience: I did the lymphatic drainage facial + a back massage and Tiffany was exceptional. Firm pressure, super relaxing. As someone who clenches my jaw and sits at a desk everyday for work - this was the perfect combination to release all that tension. The muscles on our face deserve as much attention as the muscles on our body! I can tell the business owner puts a lot of care and thought into the customer experience, seeing how active they respond to feedback here :) looking forward to return for another self care day
