After sitting there for 7-8 minutes, I decided I didn't want to wait any longer and started walking out. I was about 10 to 15 feet away from the door when someone finally came out and asked me to come back in. I asked how much a chair massage was and was told $50 for 30 minutes. That seemed pricey, compared to other places, but I felt bad for her and went through with it. Honestly, I regret ever walking in. The massage chair had a strong odor, like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Even though there were paper towels on the headrest, it still felt unhygienic and uncomfortable right from the start. The massage itself was rushed and lacked any real technique. The pressure was inconsistent, and I had to ask her to increase it a little, but it didn't really improve. At one point, she was pressing her elbows directly into my spine, which felt more irritating than helpful. To make matters worse, there was constant chatter happening in the main room where people were walking in and out. The same woman popped into the massage room not once but twice during my session to speak with the therapist. Their conversation was in a foreign language, and it completely broke the flow and focus of the massage. Now I understand how my wife feels when she goes to get her nails done. It was distracting and honestly just annoying. To top it all off, if you pay with a credit card, there's an additional $3 surcharge, which they don't mention ahead of time. So I ended up paying $53, plus a $10 tip I gave only because I felt sorry for her. That's $63 for a massage that my wife could've done better at home for free. This was my personal experience, and I won't be returning. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends or family. If you decide to go, just be aware of what you might walk into. But after maybe 40 minutes of my hour massage, I got up and left because the lady kept rubbing the same spot on my lower back that had zero tension on it, leaving my shoulders and neck unattended to even after she felt the knots. The hostess lady seemed very nice, but the lady giving me a massage was as I said not very good but not the worst. The ambience was an interesting attempt. They had the usual massage parlor music on, but instead of a calming background, they had it on really loud along with that you can hear the dryer in the background and when the other two ladies were talking they may as well have been in the room with you. It was far from a relaxing experience, but if the Masseuse knew what she was doing, I could probably forgive all of that but the worst part is the usual place I go to charges about $10 less for the same time and is a much much much much better experience than this place. I left a two star instead of one because they actually did have great customer service outside of the actual massaging services. I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone mostly because there is the usual massage place that I go to less than 2 miles away. These were equidistance from where I live so I thought I'd give this one a try since my usual one was booked up for a few hours. One of the things that stood out was that they did not seem to be very clean when I laid down on the bed it was just a sheet typically there's a tissue or a paper towel or something that they put over where your face goes, so this was more than a little distracting during this massage as well. I decided to treat myself to a walk-in massage yesterday but ended up leaving a bit deflated. I showed up at 3pm on a Wednesday and when I walked in, a staff member was asleep on the couch. No worries, why not sleep when it's slow? Then I asked for a one-hour deep tissue, was asked to pay upfront ($70) and led back to a room where I was wordlessly left to undress. The massage began around 3:15, and it was nice! Until someone came to the door, and she just left me laying there. There were multiple loud conversations, someone using a microwave, even a phone going off a couple times. Eventually, when someone came back, it was a completely different person. No communication to me, no apology for being gone for several minutes (twice) or explanation for the change. It just felt so odd. When the massage was actually happening, it was ok. But it was very disjointed for me. Then, it ended abruptly -- right at 4pm on the dot. So I paid for an hour, got a maximum of 45 minutes of off and on work. I am disappointed, as the other reviews for this place seem so nice. Maybe the vibes were just off. read more

Desperate for a massage this location was walking distance from the hotel I was staying. I did call before coming and was quoted $55 for a hour massage. They were vague on available appointment times so I walked right over. The inside was a little sketchy looking. Like something you might see in Asia in the movies or perhaps a massage school. They had inexpensive thin curtains that divided each room. They looked a little wonky. There wasn't any paperwork or questions ever asked. No words were ever exchanged. I could tell it was a tiny women doing the massage. It was ok not the best or not the worse massage. I could hear some moaning in the "room" next to me but it was pretty short. The masseuse did jump on my back and massaged me and that was a little strange. Halfway through the massage someone brought in the hot stones and hot towel and finished the massage. Passed this place when I was on my way to drop off my kiddo at cheer practice and checked reviews. They were up and down, but I checked a few other places nearby to compare pricing and reviews. I figured I'd give it a shot since it's less than a mile from cheer and my oldest would be there for an hour and a half. I had Lolo do a 45 minute massage since I had $50 cash on me... and cc was a $2 higher rate. But about 5 minutes into the massage I didn't want it to stop so I asked if she could do a 60-minute! Who cares if I use a credit card, this was "me time" right?? She asked medium or hard pressure, to which I ALWAYS say "hard," and it was great!! My hips can't handle hard pressure but i gritted my teeth through it because I didn't want her to let up elsewhere. My stones weren't hot, they were room temp, which would be the only drawback. I almost wanted to give this 5 stars bc the masseuse was great, but the stones really need to be hot to get through the shoulder and neck tension. I'm also pretty greasy leaving my massage which isn't unheard of but just a note. Glad she didn't do a head massage, bc I wouldn't want my hair to be greasy! I'll return. The price was a bit high for a foot reflexology massage; usually they're $35 an hour at Asian reflexology places. But this was $55 ($57 for credit card). I wish they had a frequent flyer punch card like my old place in laguna niguel, which was also a bit cheaper $45 an hour, and $10 off after 10 visits. So I can't come here as often as I'd like to, but the quality is really good, either way. If you want a nice deep tissue come here. Yes there's curtains between rooms but the ambiance is very peaceful. My last place was more tile and white walls, leaving much to be desired in terms of the vibe, just cheaper and still amazing. Angel Massage was nicely decorated and very calming and relaxing. The owner or guy at the front desk wasn't overly friendly but in my experience with any of these places they tend not to be frilly and bougie! read more

Tiffany was wonderfully accommodating, being careful around my tender spots while seamlessly transitioning to deeper tissue in my tighter areas. I had a 90 minute massage for $75 (+ tip). Tiffany hit all the main parts of my body without wasting too much time on areas like my feet (which some acupressure places do). She worked around my mask (which I keep on because I am cautious (I have a high risk young kiddo at home), but I'm not sure what their mask requirements are. I came in as a walk in and the gentleman sittings at the front was very good about making me aware that he was the only masseuse available and making sure I was ok with a man giving me a full body massage. The massage itself was heavenly. VERY relaxing. I have been to many foot massage parlors in the area and I was very impressed that this place asked me how intense I would like to be massaged before starting. The foot massages are set up in a common area with curtain divisions between rooms for the full body massage rooms. It is actually quite lovely & peaceful inside, not a big room with lines of chairs and lots of jabbering like at other establishments offering similar services. Angel Massage is remarkably quiet. The employees speak softly. The decor is very nice, clean, peaceful and the lighting is just low enough for good relaxation. I received a full body massage and a foot massage, half hour each, for $40. Anna was an excellent masseuse, surprisingly strong, yet soft & gentle. There are private rooms, which is where I was stationed, as if on a special little train. A very good feel to the place--great ambience. I am so relaxed and nearly pain-free which is rare for me. They have less expensive massages ($25) not in private rooms but probably just as good for the feet! Highly recommend this massage place -- probably will go a few more times this week to work out the severe stress I've experienced. Probably more cost-effective than a doctor visit. read more

Decent massage. The women therapists were busy, so guy holding down the front desk did my massage, which made me a bit uncomfortable. Not really his fault as I could have declined. This is one of those reflexology parlours where you spend the whole time wondering what type of massages they do in the back in the private rooms. I prefer the reflexology spots where ALL the massages are done in the open room in the massage chairs (like Oh La La in Westminster), so that you know there is no possibility of funny business! ;-) Would I return? My massage was amazing! For $40 an hour (45min body, 15min feet) I'm really surprised of the value I got. It was the first time I had someone jump on the table and massage me with their knees, and it was awesome. She also busted out hot rocks which was a first for me too, and I want that every time! I workout and when my body is sore this is the place that I go to at night after putting kids to bed to relax. I've been to many other Asian massage places where it's cheap like this but this place sets the bar. I expected to be placed in a chair with my feet in water (they do offer this though), but they actually put me in a private curtain area and used oils. To me, the actual treatment is no different than going to a full service spa. Lisa was amazing and I'd love to have her again! Side note: Tipping is a little awkward for me at these places cause 20% is $7 bucks, but I feel like they deserve way more so I did $15.
