Ginita was extremely skilled with her work and had so many different techniques to help soothe my muscles but at the same time apply a good amount of pressure to so many tight spots in the body. At the end, she took time to sit with me and explore my stress levels and also offered suggestions on how I can relax more throughout the day, and also how to stretch out my hip and other tight areas of the body. The most amazing thing was that the same night of my massage, I went down to pick something up and did a squat, and when I stood back up from the squat I felt NO PAIN in my right knee!! My right knee has been weak ever since I had an injury in 2022, and the weakness and pain was flaring up again for the past few weeks. After Ginita's massage, my knee pain was gone and I was SHOCKED with how comfortably I was able to squat!!
