My time with Adil was the comfort I needed. The massage was good and the relaxation my body needed. I did not expect to talk about what was weighing on my heart and mind. Adil is very kind and I greatly appreciate his time and wisdom. He was also very patient with me and made time for me which I appreciate very much. Pricing was good, got a deal for $89 for a 90 minute massage. I can understand how some people would feel upset at talking about their personal life with someone they don't know. Some times people just want to come and get the service they pay for. I was mentally in a place where I enjoyed what Adil had to offer. But I can understand how it can rub someone the wrong way. He's a nice guy who cares and I believe is trying to help others. read more

Where to even begin! Adil is one of the few people I have ever met that touched my soul. What an amazing person! Not only was the massage one of the best I have ever received. His life advice is so inspiring. The professionalism gave me so much comfort. His room is relaxing, his vibes are epic, he's seriously the greatest. Thank you Adil for your book! I have been reading and it's so beautiful. He knew my name meant wisdom which was so touching! Thank you 100 times Adil! I will see you again soon read more

Healing Arts Touch - Adil book - Massage Therapy Near Me - Lake Forest, California

Received a gift certificate for massage as a Christmas present. I have to admit, as a man, I was reluctant at first to receive a massage from a man. Grateful I gave him a chance. Hands down best massage I've ever had. Made me feel very comfortable, physically aches and pains are gone, chill vibe, had some great sayings but didn't talk too much! Seemed like a genuinely nice guy, very passionate about his art! Easy to book online and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back. To any men hesitating using a male massage therapist, I say give it a shot at least once read more

Bought a Groupon and decided to try based on the amazing Yelp reviews. Making an appointment was done via the website and was an easy process. My first impressions were not great. It is a small location with an unfriendly welcome. There is no paperwork to be filled out and our appointment began on time. As soon as the massage began, I understood the hype of the reviews. Adil was able to target the knots with ease and talked about them in a holistic way explaining what the blockages could mean. He explained the connection behind the mind and body and had positive words throughout the massage. He is knowledgeable beyond a regular masseuse. It ended with pulse magnetic therapy to align the brain waves. I did feel the tension in my muscles and body were noticeably reduced and I enjoyed the experience. read more

I highly recommend Adil -- he's a true healer. Not just a highly skilled massage therapist, Adil is also an experienced Qigoing teacher with an in-depth understanding of Chi energy in the human body. Music, aroma, and a PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) device are incorporated into his therapy to promote healing and energize our mind and body. I recently visited Healing Arts Touch for the first time after seeing all the glowing 5-star reviews, and I'm thrilled to say that I'll definitely be going back! Adil is truly a gifted healer who knows how to read the human body with an intuitive touch. I came in with a painful knot in my neck that had been bothering me for a while. As soon as Adil started working on it, he immediately asked if I grind my teeth while sleeping. I was amazed--how did he know?! His response? "Your body told me." That moment was just one of many that showed how in tune Adil is with his clients. Beyond just addressing my physical pain, Adil took the time to share some invaluable lessons on how to be more confident and reduce stress in my life. I walked out of that session feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders--literally and figuratively. My neck pain was gone, and my mind felt completely refreshed. Thank you, Adil! I'm looking forward to my next visit. If you're looking for a massage therapist who truly cares about your well-being, look no further than Adil at Healing Arts Touch. read more

NECK MASSAGE FELT DIVINE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADIL. Due to the nature of my work, I hold a lot of tension and stress in my neck and back. I've had many massages over the years and have seen it all when it comes to massage therapists. The first time Adil touched me I knew I was in good hands. As other reviewers have noted, he is so much more than just a massage therapist. He is true healer. read more

Great place! I came here feeling exhausted And burnt out. Didn't work for a week, just didn't want to do Anything. The massage really helped me. I felt less tired, less burned out, somewhat rejuvenated. Also talked to Adil a lot. He was like a therapist. Better than any therapist I talked to before. Adil definitely knows what he's doing when it comes to Health and Wellness. My shoulders and upper back were super tight and sore from many years of weight training and combat sports. Adil told me to breathe, and just allow the healing process to happen during the massage. As I concentrated on my breathing, Adil went to work on my shoulders, neck and back. I've been to many different massage therapists over the years, and I knew right away that Adil knew what he was doing. That gave me confidence to just relax and let him do his magic. Adil has great knowledge of the body and how it heals. He gave me the best massage I've had in many years. I woke up the next day feeling better overall than I have in a long time. Shoulders, neck and upper back were feeling much better. I was able to move easier and with much less pain. I will be going back to Adil regularly to receive his wisdom and his healing skills. read more

Truly one of the best massages I have ever received. I tend to tense up, especially when knots are getting massaged out, and Adil would remind me to breathe which helped a lot. It is now the day after my massage and my body hasn't felt so relaxed in a while. Adil was quickly able to pinpoint issues I experience (headaches, digestive) and guide me on holistic ways to improve those. Highly recommend read more

I knew as soon as he placed his healing hands on me that He knew what he was doing. The massage I asked for was a Shiatsu Swedish 90 min combo. I believe this is the first time I have gotten an authentic shiatsu style massage! It's amazing! Healing my mind body and soul. It's not like a foot reflexology massage.
