I went with the Seven Falls Special, which includes a 60-minute body massage (I chose deep tissue) and a 30-minute foot massage. Oh my goodness, the foot massage was heavenly! My masseuse, Stacy, has healing hands. She patiently worked on all the stubborn knots in my neck, shoulders, and lower back. The 60-minute body massage flew by way too quickly! I especially cannot recommend Jason enough. I've been dealing with chronic back pain for almost two years, largely from extremely tight back muscles due to lifting, slight scoliosis, and spending all day at a desk as a lawyer. I've tried just about everything at this point (physical therapy, chiropractors, muscle relaxants, etc.) and nothing has solved the problem. I've now seen Jason three times over the past five or six weeks, and the difference has been incredible. I usually book a 60- or 90-minute targeted deep tissue massage focused on my back, shoulders, and neck. What really sets Jason apart is how attentive he is. Every massage has been a little different because he actually takes the time to figure out which muscles are especially tight, where the knots are, and what needs the most attention that day. He's incredibly thorough and clearly knows what he's doing. He also regularly checks in about the pressure, which I appreciate because I prefer pretty firm pressure. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm actually making progress with my back pain rather than just getting temporary relief. I am not waking up with bad pain all across my back and shoulders anymore. At this point I am booking regular massages with Jason every 2 weeks.
