I first started going to Lynne in December of 2018. I was looking for a Qi Gong teacher and noted that she had a massage practice also. While covid has temporarily nixed the lovely qi gong practices in the park, I have continued to regularly visit Lynne for massages. I love going to Lynne's for my massages, it is charming and peaceful. I have had regular massage, hot stone massage, and the absolutely fabulous watsu massages with her. She has taught me how to move my body energy to positively benefit both my physical and mental health. I feel profoundly grateful to have found Lynne and appreciate her services and care. I would also like to add that while I took a few months break, as I think we all did in March, i have resumed my weekly visits, Lynne's massage area is meticulously clean and I feel completely safe going to her. read more

This woman is amazingly gifted in her craft! I am not only thankful to have found a trusted woman who does bodywork, but I'm very thankful she does it intuitively and has more then a few decades of experience under her belt. read more

Lynne is a gifted practitioner who keenly attends to her clients needs. She is both intuitive, and has an incredible knowledge of the human body. Her massages are transformative, due in large part to the sanctuary she has created along with her magical skills. She has recently added mud treatments to her menu of services. Being a long time mud enthusiast, I found it elevated my massage experience tremendously, particularly the outdoor free standing tub experience. Taking in the natural sights and sounds of Palm Springs' flora and fauna while luxuriating in warm myrrh and mud infused water is as wonderful as it sounds! I am so happy to have found this gem in Palm Springs and thrilled that I now have mud treatments on par with those I have travelled to experience, available to me locally! read more

Thank you Lynne! Having my Watsu massage in your beautiful pool the other day was so invigorating and yet so relaxing at the same time! Palm Springs, this massage therapist is a must & I'm one myself, so I truly mean it on this recommendation! If you have never had a Watsu treatment done, you have to try it! Plus she is the only one I could find at a reasonable price to get this type of bodywork in PS. ...no one else does it unless you want it done at a Resort & pay bucco bucks! If you love water..you will be delicately surprised at how wonderful of an experience this is. I had Watsu In 1995 and from what I can remember it was nothing like this experience. No comparison! I could tell you how I felt during it but I would be writing for hours. Let's just put it this way...I let go of a lot of my subconscious baggage that was in my head, felt more alive & had many awakenings in that hour of pure bliss! My body was so REVIVED! I will recommend her as long as I am living in this Amazing little town. Lynne is a beautiful soul who knows her bodywork & is so good at it!! read more

I just came back from a heavenly hot stone massage with Lynne. She is amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional and caring. By the time she had finished I felt like I had melted into the table - I was so relaxed. She has a very relaxed home and a lovely massage room, playing quiet soothing music in the background. I am so happy to have found Lynne and know I will be returning! I would highly recommend her. read more

I was on vacation in Palm Springs and wanted a massage, so I called Lynne's company without being familiar with her. Fortunately, Lynne was very expert and professional in my 90 minute session, using a variety of bodywork techniques to provide the theraputic massage that my body needed. One strength that sets Lynne apart from other massage providers is that she is fluent in a broad spectrum of techniques, among them: water massage, Thai, reflexology, yoga, qi gong and others. She will help you determine what the most effective approach for your body should be. I will book a massage with Lynne during every visit to Palm Springs and might even schedule a trip there just to experience another day of health with Lynne Kasals. read more

LYNN KASAL WATSU MASSAGE I had a Watsu Massage from LYNN KASAL last Fri nite 5-24-13. It was exquisite, bar none, the BEST massage I have ever had. The most relaxing and extraordinary hour I have ever spent. A massage in warm water, the body is weightless and can move in ways not possible on land. It was a spinal delight for me, my spine swam like a fish back and forth in the water. I was mentally transported to a stated of pure calm, and let my body do what needed to be done. It is a very experiential massage, one difficult to describe. I will definitely be back for another. If you love water and can let go I suggest you try one yourself! read more

A good friend highly referred us to Lynne Kasal and we are regular clients now. We are pleased with Lynne's level of knowledge and feel it is worth the cost each time, actually we expanded to 1.5 hours each! My wife and I live in Palm Springs half the year. I am a retired Football player and my wife also an athlete so we are quite particular when it comes to bodywork. Best we have found in PS- Enough said! read more

Amazing amazing experience for a first time healing session. I've never had a massage /energy work done before and this was perfect and what I needed. read more

As a bodywork junkie, I've had hundreds of massages of all different types. Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, Ortho-Bionomy, Jin Shin acutouch, Shiatsu, Thai, fascial, aromatherapy, cranio-sacral, and Watsu. On a weekend getaway to Palm Springs in September, I wanted my boyfriend Jeff to experience Watsu massage. I had gotten 2 Watsu massages many years prior, once at Miramonte in Indian Wells CA, and once in Santa Fe. I did an online search and found Lynne Kasal, who does Watsu out of her home, using a salt water pool in her backyard. (As a stage 4 breast cancer thriver, it is important to me to avoid chlorinated pools.) I called Lynne to ask her some questions, and loved her energy on the phone. When we arrived at Lynne's house, she welcomed us as if we were old friends. We chose to do our massages after sunset so that we could look at the moon and stars during our Watsu experience. I went first. I put on my bathing suit and got into the pool. The water was warm and wonderful. Lynne put a few flotation devices under my ankles and neck, and provided me with earplugs (which makes the experience much nicer). Then the miracle began. Being weightless, floating, looking at the moon and stars, and having a Watsu master gently stretch, massage, rock, and glide my body through the water was a blissgasm. After an hour of this unparalleled heaven, when I emerged from the pool, it was like being reborn. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the ultimate act of self-love -- a Watsu massage with Lynne. She is truly magnificent! And if you want to know how Jeff liked his massage, just scroll down. :) read more

Do NOT miss this experience! I have used massage and chiropractors for years as a way of dealing with chronic pain. Lynne has become my ONLY source of relief in the last few years. Her extensive massage experience as well as her knowledge and understanding of the mind/emotional/body connection makes her a stand out among the practicioners in this area. She is not invested in one style or technique. She identifies what her clients needs are and adjusts accordingly. I have sampled all of her techniques and honestly, each has been exactly what I needed at that time and place. The watsu massage proved most beneficial when my pelvis was broken and many other techniques just created too much pressure. The water eliminated that problem and helped loosen my joints. She will help you in ways you were not expecting! read more

While planning a weekend getaway to Palm Springs, my girlfriend suggested we get Watsu massages; she'd had one years ago and said it was amazing. She searched and found Lynne Kasal, who does Watsu out of her home, using a saline pool in her back yard. Lynne was welcoming and hospitable. My girlfriend went first. While she was getting her massage, I did some light yoga and stretching. When it was time for me, I stepped into the pool and it was the perfect temperature. Lynne attached a few floaty devices to my lower legs and, because I have issues with my ears, she gave me some comfortable earplugs to keep the water out. After that, I just completely relaxed and what followed was nothing short of a cosmic baptism. If you've never had Watsu before, it's like being massaged while in the womb. My face was always just above the water, my body was being stretched and massaged while I was being moved through the water in such a way that the water, itself, moving past my body, felt like a soothing caress. It's difficult to describe, but the experience was absolutely divine, and one that I highly recommend! read more
