I sent my husband to see Sam today. After watching hubby in agony for the past 3 days, I told him about Sam, who had been referred to me by a former employee. After spending 2 hours with Sam, hubby feels like a new man. He can't sit still. He's so happy. He's feeling great and can move his neck. Sam is not a miracle man, he just knows how to read the body. I had to sleep in a different room because I couldn't stand the grunting and he kept saying he wanted to cry. I needed to sleep plus he snores lol. However, when I called them to ask if they accept Spa Finder gift cards, they said yes but that if you use that as payment you will be charged 25% more for your service. That Spa Finder takes 25% from thr facility for taking their gift cards and thus the consumer needs to pay for that difference. This is ridiculous!! Why should we pay more. I've never known that a massage could feel like this. I have more knots & bumps than a wash board. The first visit here on Friday was a consultant to see if they could help me with the pain. My surgeon suggested I try this since the pain is still so Constant. The spasms are severe, enough to make me moan day & night even in my sleep. I'm tired of hearing it, as well as my Husband. First massage was Monday. Did it hurt ? Yes, some of it did. BUT... Mostly, IT HURT GOOD. If that makes any sense to people who have never gone and had a professional massage before. Honestly, there is no one better than Sam. He has done miracles with my muscle disease and fully understands the bones, muscles and nerves. He knows how to deep massage to make them work together once again. He listens and works hard to make sure you experience a result in seeing him. His fingers are made of steel and he knows how to deep massage you to health. He has woke up my muscles and is working on making the neuropathy in my feet to come alive again; not completely not will they but he has done a great job making my muscles come back to life. I say this for Sam and his business. He needs to clean up his price list and not ask for tips at the end of his session. This sounds and feels so hookie. He charges a premium price for a 90 minute session. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve it because he is that good. But, going from one price to another without discussion or explanation then getting (not him but his assistant out front). I knew I would pay to see him and made that commitment. I will see him again, but will make sure we have a price set before we continue the treatment. His prices on the wall, pamphlet and in discussion should be the same. Otherwise, you feel you are getting ripped off or sized up as being able to pay more. This is not good business and could cause issue with returning business. Overall I love the place and Sam is excellent. The billing process needs to get under control or at least explained better from the onset. I had utilized Holistic in the past for regular massage but when my Orthopedist suggested I look into Myofascial Release I contacted Holistic and they have an expert on Staff. Made an appointment for 90 minutes with Sam. He is a phenomenal masseuse. Myofascial Release is a "tough" experience but well worth the effort to move beyond the daily pain and agony that is the COVID penalty. After the massage it took a couple days to actually feel the very positive results but well worth the wait. I drove 10 hours to Eisenhower hospital because my relative had hip surgery. I was not familiar with the area, but I could walk from the hotel to Holistic Touch. I visited Holistic Touch the day before my 90 minute appointment to find out if they had an opening. They did for 3:30 the next day, so I booked it. Since I was confused by all of the prices ($90-$225), I asked before the massage. Sam said his rate was $225, but he could give me a discount ($180). He said that a different massage therapist gives regular massages, but she was on break and had a client at 4:30. The main reason for writing this review is that I had rearranged my day to accommodate the appointment time, and I never received a massage. I was very disappointed with how this was handled. Sam understood that I had been confused by the prices, yet he would not give me a massage unless I paid $180. Please make sure you are aware of the drastic difference of prices offered. read more

I asked for a 90 minute deep tissue & walked out after enduring less than 60 minutes of pure hell. It was painful, disjointed, no flow - she honestly had no clue what she was doing. I feel awful speaking this way about a massage therapist, but she must have known something was wrong! She didn't even ask if I was ok, Or what she could do to make me not leave. After my initial appointment, I felt more relief than I thought possible. I scheduled my next appointment for one week later and Noemi suggested that we focus on my trapezoid muscles. After approximately six appointments, I still cannot believe the relief I now feel. I haven't felt this good in years.
