Man these guys are great! The atmosphere inside is so calm & accommodating! Went to the desert the last few times and was overworked and needed a rest day, they were open late night which was very helpful! Place was very clean, quiet & peaceful. No issues with parking but might be hard to miss in a business shopping center in the corner I did the 60 min, it was worth every min, solid experience, ended up feeling really rejuvenated They are very dependable & were very consistent with the level of pressure through out the massage Pricing was very affordable, easy booking online then you get a quick text confirmation then boom you're on your way They were always asking how we felt if it needed more pressure or less and where the troubled areas are that they should look out for & where they can help the most You can tell they pay attention to detail and their clients I now make this one of my main massage places to frequent when I make my way back to the desert! Definitely worth it! read more

Ruyi Massage is a great spot if you're looking for a relaxing and convenient massage experience. The place is clean, quiet, and has a calming atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. There's also plenty of parking available, which makes visits hassle-free, and it's usually very easy to get an appointment. I typically go for the 60-minute deep tissue massage, and it's always been a solid experience. One thing I really like is that they incorporate hot stones into the massage, which adds an extra level of relaxation and helps loosen up tight muscles even more. Overall, a dependable place for a quality massage and stress relief. read more

Amazing massage and super friendly staff! I did the 90 minute Chinese herbal massage and it was absolutely perfect. I asked for deep pressure and she really kept it consistent throughout the session. I also liked the additional facial massage because it really helped de-puff my face. read more

Amazing massage and couldn't be friendlier! The space is very clean and relaxing. I will be back!

If you're in Palm Springs, CA and need a late night treat RuYi is your place. While it was hard to find in the plaza, I made it in time to allow an hour session before closing. After a long flight travels I was in desperate need of a massage. I called and they were willing to accommodate a late night appointment. but unfortunately I had issues getting a rental car that didn't have problems. I missed the appointment. however, when i was able to go finally go Monday, the ladies were still accommodating and nice. I enjoyed my session and would definitely return whenever I visit Palm Springs again Pricing was reasonable and ambiance was serene. Sorry for late post on 11/16/2025 Visit: 09/29/2025 read more

I am so excited to have discovered RuYi Massage!! I was in desperate need of a massage yesterday and couldn't get into my usual places for days. But 30 minutes later (after consulting Yelp) I was on a massage table at RuYi! What a peaceful place and a fabulous massage by Emma (everyone was very sweet). I loved the easy online booking and quick text confirmation with a photo of the location (it's tucked back a bit). And great pricing means I can go more often! This will now be my "usual place." read more

Wow, such an amazing massage. My boyfriend booked us for the couples deep tissue massage for Valentine's Day, and it was well worth the price. The lady at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. Service was fast and quick! Our massage therapists were so friendly, professional and kind. I would definitely come back here for another massage. Thank you so much :)!!! read more

For my birthday, husband surprised me with a 90 minute couple's massage. Frankly, I was concerned about this place because of its location and because I'd never had anyone refer me here. I read the Yelp reviews and we gave it a try. The reviews were spot on. It was a relaxing, professional establishment, and all were friendly. We both opted for the medium deep tissue and were glad we did. Turned out to be the best massage we've had in years and he booked us a follow-up appointment. Highly recommend. read more

Such great communication! I was looking for a massage for my daughter on a weekend getaway without breaking the bank. She had a 60 min massage for $70. I had a 30 min massage and a 30 min facial. Seriously I got the best of both worlds for around $100. read more

It's been about a year since I had my last massage here. I don't know why it's taken me so long to come back. CiCi once again did an AMAZING 90 min. Deep Tissue massage. The pressure was deep which I love. She kept asking me if the pressure was too much or if I wanted her to go softer which means she really cares whether or not you are comfortable. She found some significant knots that probably can't be worked out in just one session but she did a great job releasing many of them. I made a point to book my next appointment, so I stay on top of this GEM of a masseuse. Thank you, CiCi. You have a gift read more

Ruyi Massage is truly amazing. I only wish I were a local so I could take advantage of their services more often! I booked a session for myself and four friends for 60 minute massages. We ended up running late, and I was worried they might not be able to take us, but they were so kind and accommodating by moving our appointment to a later time. That kind of understanding and customer service is rare these days, and I really appreciated it. I chose the Chinese herbal massage and instantly regretted not booking the 90-minute session it was incredibly relaxing and left me feeling refreshed without any soreness the next day. My friends all had a wonderful experience as well. This place is a gem. From their flexibility to the quality of the massage, everything exceeded expectations. If you're in the area, I can't recommend Ruyi Massage enough! read more

This review is difficult. Although the massages we had on 4 occasions were good but the " shenanigans" we entailed just ruined anything good to say. it really is the "front desk" that is the issue. Not listening using the language barrier to do what she wants!! Not listening to the client wants and preferences. I am paying YOU!! Not the other way around. Simple request, like a cooler temperature room, private room not a CURTAIN for privacy. Really a curtain?? you can hear noises, movements, etc. I want a private room please give me one!!! I called days ahead and booked 2 private room massages on 2 separate occasions. Both 1,5 hrs and I requested a certain time, NO I was told too busy come Earlier, so as any normal person, she said she was busy and if I came in earlier she could accommodate my request of 2 private rooms, so we did. To only hear the front desk lady take calls while we sat and waited to pay and book the EXACT time I requested that day, no problem, not booked I guess as she told me. That was upsetting then to not follow my request for 2 private rooms on top of that. I have no choice to write a review. Again I am a paying customer and if you as the owner can't listen, understand, communicate efficiently with your customers, you will not thrive. Don't let her do what she wants, she's gotten away with it on too many of my visits, I am done and won't be returning!! read more

Everything about my experience was superb - the service, respect, ambiance, and cleanliness were all top-notch. Your team skillfully made me feel at ease, which is no small feat given my difficulties in accepting new services. This kind of professionalism commands my respect. Unlike many places that prioritize profit above all else, your approach feels authentic and sincere. Given my struggles with back pain, migraines, and anxiety, I am eager to try your massage services. I have been consistently disappointed by the poor service in many establishments, and it seems to be an increasing issue. If your business were closer, I would definitely make it a point to visit once a week; unfortunately, local massage services fall short of expectations. The communication exchange we had was impressive and demonstrated a genuine interest in customer care. Thank you. Highly recommend! read more

My mom and I had an amazing massage and facial! Being from out of town, I was a bit skeptical, but they did not disappoint! The massage was amazing, The touch was just right, deep where needed. The facial was nice and relaxing. My mom said it was the best massage she's ever had! For my mom to say that, as she is very picky says a lot! Thanks again! read more

Outstanding value. The attention of the masseuse, Lisa, was exceptional. Every massage stroke was intentional during the 90 minute couples massage. At other massage places, I have felt like the masseuse was bored, just waiting for their shift to end. Not here, Lisa worked hard and intelligently, releasing tension and pain. Facility is clean and nice, our room was quiet. Note: my wife said it the best massage she ever had (she had Sam working on her) As we were walking in we met locals who were going to their massage, this is not a tourist trap. Highly recommend RuYi Massage read more

Amazing deep tissue massage. My husband and I got the 2 hour couples massage and we are planning our next trip back

I paid almost double for a deep tissue massage for an hour and 30 minutes and it literally felt like someone was putting sunblock on my back. The lady was very kind and sweet, but she just was not a deep tissue Massage Therapist and I totally got ripped off. I also upgraded for a scrub and the scrub was not an actual scrub because I did not feel a thing. I don't know what they were using, but it must've been like shower gel or something because there was definitely no salt to be felt. My room was very cold! Felt like I was in a morgue. And due to the pressure, not being anywhere close to deep tissue or even medium tissue... My body was unable to warm up. Unfortunately, as close as this place is to me, I will never come back here again.Total rip off. read more

The best massage that I have ever had! No amenities. Room Nice and cool highly recommend read more

I've been meaning to write this review and just keep forgetting to post it! Treated myself to a 90 minute massage on my birthday recently and it was lovely. The front desk lady and the massage therapist were both very lovely. There is ample parking in the lot and the spa is clean and quiet. 90 minutes is a true treat! When I left, they gave me some little snacks and treats, which I thought was quite sweet. I'll definitely be back again soon! read more

FANTASTIC Massage. WOW. We randomly decided to get a massage when birthday plans went awry and I am so glad we made the 25 minute drive from Palm Springs because that was one of the best massages I have had in my life. 3 of us went in for an impromptu mass a ge on a Saturday with short notice. They were able to accommodate quite easily. Super nice people inside. They gave us each little cookies and treats when we were done, with a small bottle of water. The massages were pretty good. Each person has a differing view of how they liked theirs, but it's all personal preference. Sometimes you get a masseuse that rubs a little too hard... but you have to tell them. In our case, when that happened, they responded and adjusted pressure immediately. I would recommend. Price and friendliness were both good. Massage rated 7/10. read more

Great massage. I will be back to try a facial. Reasonable. Lovely and gracious employees.

Outstanding! Our experience was excellent; Helen and Anna provided wonderful, relaxing massages, checking in with us at regular intervals to make sure the pressure was just right -- not too strong, not too gentle. Helen and Anna (and the sweet woman at the registration desk) were all lovely and so kind. We immediately knew that the massage therapists are absolutely experts at providing a correct, therapeutic massage. The atmosphere within RuYi is relaxing, clean and very comfortable. The addition of the salt scrub exfoliant was bliss, as were the hot stones, and each was applied to our legs, back, arms, feet and hands in a gentle manner. I can't wait to book my next session at RuYi!!! read more

Great place and wonderful massage. Everyone was kind and very talented. The Chinese Massage with lavender was excellent.

Got a 1 hr Chinese massage with their lavender oil, and hot stones. I also add on the body scrub, though I was hesitant thinking that it would be too abrasive. The massage was excellent and really enjoyed the scrub also. Actually, left feeling clean and without that usual oily feel. read more
