Oh My! What a massage! Moments ago I enjoyed a one hour Swedish Massage by Katie. I was here to relax and get the tension out so she did medium pressure and very soothing. I am walking out like jello. Be sure to say yes to the hot stones and facial massage all included for their great price. Katie herself is lovely with a calm presence and good communication. From the moment I walked in, the place was so welcoming and I instantly felt relaxed. I really appreciated how private the rooms were. Overall the massage was good. My masseuse had capable hands, but a few things could be improved. Language was a bit of a problem as limited English was spoken, but she did listen if the pressure was too much. The masseuse should never leave the client once the session starts and she did several times for various reasons. And lastly she had her cell phone next to my head and I could hear the phone vibrating. I looked up and she had what appeared to be an Asian soap opera playing silently. First off let me say I'm a pretty boujee high maintenance girl. Christmas got me worn down and needed a massage asap. This place had good reviews on yelp so I gave it a try. I requested Julie and wow she was amazing! I get massages frequently and she blew me away. She had the perfect pressure of firm but fluid strokes. She added hot stones too which was a very nice surprise! Finished off with hot towels. I left feeling so relaxed and I already want to go back again! This place is quite organized, if you compare with other Chinese massage place. Therapist understands better English. I had Alice and she was pretty good, asked me the pressure of the massage before begin the treatment. Definitely recommended one. Very honorable of him...... I called early in the day to reschedule my morning appointment to the afternoon. I had been here before and loved the Thai massage. The gal who answered the phone told me "no problem". I show up 15 min. early and the doors are open, but the place looked empty. A sign said to "call this number if you are waiting". I called. Twice. No answer. Then I get a call from that number and it's the same lady I spoke to earlier in the day. At first she didn't remember me, then she remembers and starts giggling. She asks me to come back later in the day and that she forgot she rescheduled me. I hung up on her and left. read more

The massage tables were some type of mattress with holes cut for your head with a paper towel covering. When you turned face up, they brought out a pillow that looked like an airplane pillow. The masseuse did not seem to follow a pattern and covered areas several times. I'll admit, I'm spoiled to have had incredible massage therapy and this is simply not that. read more

I recently went back for a massage there after a few months and just wanted a quick 30 minute full body massage. The lady that did my massage did a good job, however, the problem came when it was time to check out. I was paying with card and told her she could add the tip to the card since I didn't have any cash with me at the moment. She asked how much and I gave her an amount, apparently she did not like the amount of the tip so she kept asking for more. I told her no several times, that the tip amount I gave her was what I wanted to leave. She got upset and said something underneath her breath and processed the card. Instead of handing it back to me, she threw it on the counter. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I just smiled and said goodbye not wanting to start anything. I will no longer be returning here. Let me say this though: A tip is not mandatory. A person can choose IF and how much they want to tip in regard to the service they received. read more
