My husband and I came to visit Palm Springs for the day and we got a couples massage and it was wonderful. The staff was very nice and our massage. Therapist were perfect at working out all of our kinks. Great pressure amazing price definitely will be back. read more

We weren't actually able to make it to our apptment so this review is simply for the customer service. I called and was able to make an appointment a few days out. I immediately got a phone pickup and a booking with the new pricing confirmed (website pricing is understandably out of date). When I called again because I had to cancel, the staff answering were gracious and polite. I tried to give them as much notice as I could since it's pretty rude to cancel last minute. read more

I can't remember her name but she was fantastic ! Quality Massage in La Quinta is delightfully tucked away, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown La Quinta. It's close enough to be convenient yet wonderfully distant from the chaos, which I absolutely adore. The moment I stepped in, I felt the positive vibes and was instantly at ease. All I wanted was a lower leg and foot massage. The therapist--whose name, regrettably, slips my mind--was a marvel. She was incredibly accommodating to my very specific request for deeper pressure. Let's be honest, if it's not deep, it might as well be a tickle. I need someone with serious strength, and she delivered perfectly. She was phenomenal, and I will definitely be back. read more

Off the beaten path, upstairs with a view of the parking lot and Old Town, so bring the address. Communication was difficult, but I was shown into a quiet and comfortable room. The headrest was on the table, and as I was undressing the woman I thought was going to give me a massage left, and as I was lying there, a man came in to perform my massage. Muscles tight as a rock, he began to realize I needed a lot of work. Our brief exchange left us both trying to find the right words. He did a great job! He worked on areas of my body that no one has done, and I could not reveal that I had 31 surgeries, and what to be careful of. They offer a translator app that might be helpful if you want to communicate effectively. They had the bars on the ceiling, and I thought Alright, they are going to walk on me, " but my therapist did not. The price was reasonable for a 90-minute massage, which came in at $100 with a tip, $130 because he worked hard with hot stones and towels--going back again today at 9 am. If you want quiet, dark, relaxing, with real work getting done, then this is a great place without the fluff. Big spas don't always offer the best work, and certainly their prices! read more

I went here my first time abiut a month ago and received a great massage for 90 minutes. Highly recommend and in fact am going to call today and schedule another visit. read more

The first thing I noticed when I entered the room was the ceiling contraption with rails and wrist straps. It looked to be something between Fifty Shades and a Pilates reformer. Not sure what that railing is attached to above the T-grid ceiling, but it held the weight of my masseuse just fine! She maneuvered up and over the table, all around me, using that ceiling system like a seasoned parkour athlete. She dug deep into the knots in my back, and hit on something that opened my sinuses and caused my nose to start running suddenly. Amazing. At some point she had me in a high school wrestling pose of sorts and then followed that by rolling some hot rocks on my back that felt perfectly heated by the desert sun. She pressed, rubbed and contorted me, sometimes a little painfully, but all the while asking, "is this ok?", "are you ok?". It's what I imagine first time consensual s*x should be like. The place wasn't fancy but the 1 hour full-body massage was only $70 and seeing as how you spend most of the session faced down or with a towel over your eyes, I'll take the value rate! I booked another session for the next day because I liked it so much! Highly recommend! read more

If you're looking for one of the best massage in this area, this is the spot. Came here with my husband and was thrilled with their services. It was so worth it! read more

I reviewed Quality Massage back in 2016. I've been going there ever since. I've tried a few others near by but they don't compare. For a $100 you get a 90 minute deep tissue massage with hot stones. They also do hour long and Swedish but I prefer the deep tissue. It's a modest clean facility and the ladies are all Chinese. read more

Excellent massage, deep tissue, well-priced. Clean space and very friendly staff. Don't be put off by the building. Positive experience.

Not as good as it used to be. Their new prices at $70/Hr. are getting closer to prices at the Country Clubs (and the Country Clubs offer many more things like restaurants nearby, etc. ) Definity not worth $70/Hr. Too many other places nearby at better prices and better massages read more

Very Quality Massage ! I was impressed and will definitely go back often. Pricing was reasonable and a very high quality massage.

Very nice people and very good massage at a reasonable price. I woke up with a pain in the lower side of my neck. I called quality massage and the lady who answered the phone said they could take care of me immediately. read more

The facility was clean and the massage was fantastic! Left feeling relaxed and they targeted my back and neck, which were tight. Will definitely return! read more

Very clean, they ask all the right questions to make sure you are comfortable and getting the specific massage you want.

Came for deep tissue massage every time around this area. The owner is sweet and friendly, the ambience is cozy and welcoming. Most importantly the masseuses are professional and highly qualified, they always helped me release muscle knots and nodules. Felt completely reinvigorated, better than all the meditation sessions I have done! read more

I'm being generous given my last experience 2 years ago at another nearby Asian massage place. We started calling around for same day massages, and luckily this place attempted to be accommodating to us on short notice. It was noon and we wanted to get massages around 2-3p before heading back to our resort. We called Quality and, to make a long story short, they were able to accommodate a couples massage for 230p. Evidently, they shifted an appointment for us. Don't be alarmed if your GPS directs you to a secluded building, because you're in the right place. Go upstairs and you'll be greeted by the ladies who are ready to give you a massage. We were led to a room with 2 massage tables, and the ladies started with our Swedish massage. I prefer deep tissue or Thai, since the Swedish to me is really soft. However, if they ask you about pressure, make sure you request Swedish or else you'll get upsold! (We learned from our previous experiences with other places in the area.) What bothered me a little was that my massage was interrupted by a phone call. The person massaging me left the room and took the call, which resulted to less time for me getting a massage. Not even an "excuse me" or "do you mind if I take this call?" Therefore, I was jipped a couple minutes. BOO! They use hot stones for a portion of the massage, which was cool. (No extra charge) Overall, decent massage for the price, and not too far from our resort. read more

Quality Massage - Location was kinda shady but massages were ok. - Massage Near Me - La Quinta, California

Called this place after my back acted up after golf. Called and was able to get an hour and a half massage an hour later. Nice clean place and the massage was good, not great. Very nice and accommodating. read more

Just a note to make sure you verbally say which massage you want or they will default to the more expensive deep tissue massage. If you want the Swedish Massage make that clear, my buddies made that mistake but I wanted the deep tissue. It was worth it ! Great tough massage read more

I came here with a few other people this evening and was pleasantly surprised. All 4 of our massages were AMAZING. I haven't found a good massage place in so long and was so happy with the one I got here. I would 100% recommend getting a massage here. read more

Absolutely love this place. I've come here about 4 times within these past months, and all I can say is that the masseuses know what they are doing. Upon arrival you are welcomed and instantly calmed by the dim lighting, plants on the patio, and tranquil music. They give great deep tissue massages (which I need) so much so that it's become a go-to little spot of mine. It's also a plus on communication, through each massage I have been given they always check in and ask if they need to go softer or harder which is such a plus. Can't beat the 60 minute full body + 30 minute foot massage! And the woman in front (I forgot her name) is always incredibly pleasant and sweet. Definitely check this massage place out. read more

Best place ever! My husband and I went here for the first time. We went to the resort where we stay got not really good massages there and for double the money. My point is we don't mind to pay if it is good! Do we google massage and this place came up. We got 2 hours. Oh my Gods They know how to do a great massage! My lower back and my whole back is so tight and shore! They help me fixed it! Love it! Jerry and Coco are the best! I am highly recommended who need good massage and they are super nice staffs here! read more

My mesuese was amazing! She was massaging the pressure points in my upper back and calves. I will be going back! Thank you! read more

The service is very good and the technique is also very professional. With the soft music, I feel relaxed.

After a week of moving boxes for my parents, the massage here was a God-send. I felt tension melt away and the pressure was just right. Really reasonable pricing too! One hour massage with hot stones was just $60. The people here are super nice. They don't speak fluent English but try their best. Would definitely return. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I asked around about this place and finally gave them a try. I was more than happy with my experience. It was very clean and I was very comfortable the whole time. Jerry was awesome ! I will return every two weeks for sure! My only regret is not doing this months ago. I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone !! Thanks again! read more

Nancy does a great job, very good deep issue and very professional. I highly recommend her the price there is very good.

My husband and I did a back to back. Very good service, they work on areas of need, we are very pleased with the massage. I fell down a few months ago, after several visits to chiropractor, my pain was still there. Jerry worked on my shoulder nerve and I was surprised I could lift my arm. read more

My mom and I went this morning and both had the 60 minute deep tissue massage in the same room. PROS: -Clean and decently decorated -Talented massage technicians -kind and friendly atmosphere -Interesting and unique techniques, including but not limited to, when the petite female Asian massage tech climbed up on my back like a spider monkey and used her knees and elbows. Surprisingly it felt fantastic and popped my back. -used a warm wet towel to massage and also wipe off excess oil from my skin and hair line along the back of my neck -I left feeling amazingly relaxed. -very reasonably priced!! CONS: -All staff speaks English as a second language and communicating over the phone was very difficult. -location is a bit strange and it only says MASSAGE outside not Quality. Address didn't come up when I asked Siri so she couldn't help. Lol. -parking is tricky. No lot attached. I would definitely go back. :) read more

I just wanted to add to my previous review that Lisa , Jin and Annie, have become our favorites. Go for the hour and a half massage because they do an incredible job with the extra half hour. They spend more time on your feet, hands, and face. Although the couples massage is great, you have to try the separate rooms where they have the rods mounted on the ceiling so the girls can walk on your back. I lOVE when they stretch your back out this way. I can not stay awake when they use the hot stones to massage your back. The heat penetrates deep into your muscles. I also love when they scrub you down with the hot towels. I have been to almost every spa in the desert and although this place may not be as glamorous as the resort spas, it is definitely the best and most therapeutic massage you 'll find. read more

Really great massage! My mom & I got a massage for my birthday & we were the only clients there & we loved it! We were placed in a couples room together. The only thing that was the slightest bit of uncomfortable was that it was kind of hot/stuffy in there because we were the first clients so they had to turn the AC on, but it cooled off & was overall a great experience! The hot stones are amazing. & oils/lotions they use smell good. Both massage therapists did a really good job & stretched us as well. read more

I give Value Quality Massage in La Quinta a score of 10+ for their massages! This place is a hidden gem of the desert. I have had many therapeutic massages in the past at various Californian resort areas such as Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Lake Tahoe, Monterey, and Calistoga but the quality of their massages is no way as good. At Value Quality Massage, I have gotten awesome massages that were effective in unlocking my hand crippled with arthritis for over 2 years (I am 63 years old). I went into this place with extreme pain in my hand but left with no pain and I felt that I had a "new hand", what a miracle! And my friend whose 80 years old, went into this place with limping and pain in her leg but left with no pain in the leg and had a normal walk. My friend agreed with me that the young man who gave us a massage was a "miracle worker". Although I travel 2 hours to get a massage at this place, it is well worth it. It's much better than me going to a physical therapist or doctor. As I said, this business is a HIDDEN GEM in the desert. read more
