But... from that night on, I was able to sleep in bed, and as things calmed down from the insult of breaking the cramp, it really started to make things feel better. So looking back a week later, I'm really pleased. An hour of deep muscle massage made the rest of the week bearable (and it was so much better than the mall massage I had gotten before).
