My sister enjoyed her massage, but unfortunately mine was underwhelming. I booked a deep tissue massage because I was dealing with neck and shoulder pain, along with numbness and tingling down my arms when I wake up in the morning. I explained that I had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and was hoping for focused deep tissue work. The massage I received did not feel like deep tissue. Most of it was done with elbow and forearm pressure rather than the kind of targeted deep tissue work I was expecting. There was also hot stone used, which was relaxing, but it was not what I had booked or what I needed that day. My massage therapist seemed to have some difficulty understanding me, so it is possible there was a communication issue. Either way, I left disappointed. The pricing was reasonable at $90 for 90 minutes, and I still tipped both therapists $20 each, but based on my experience, I would not return or recommend it for someone looking for a true deep tissue massage.

Wife went there and they placed her in a room which looked like a break room/storage room with a fridge in it. 2. They do not start their massages on time and end their massages early so you do not get the full time you pay for. 3. They leave the room periodically to help ring up other customers or bring in customers during YOUR actual massage. 4. They do not close the door when you are changing, there is just a cheap drape that does not even reach down to the full length of the doorway. 5. Because the walls do not reach all the way to the ceiling you can hear other patrons during their massage - there were some very interesting noises. Taking all that aside generally the massage was a deep tissue massage which is what my wife and mother in law enjoy and because the price point is very reasonable, my wife and MIL went more than once. Unfortunately, despite the very negative experiences listed above, the masseuse had the audacity to ask for MORE of a tip because "she works hard" and she needs "to be paid more". She would not let my wife leave until she gave more tip.
