Finally came back and went golfing with some friends. Rebooked with Honnee and she didn't disappoint. I love their location since we stayed there on property. Thank you Honnee for your service and time! Highly recommend! read more

I really hate to not give 5 stars, because the spa owner was great and got back to me within ten minutes of inquiring and booked us for the same day. I got a couple's massage, and they allow you to book any two massages and have them in a room together. So one of the issues was partially our own fault, because we realized we didn't feel comfortable speaking up and asking for changes during the massage with so many people in the room. However, we were asked when we came in if we had particular areas we wanted focused on. We both said which areas, but felt that those areas barely got any attention. My mid back, which I had asked for focus on, got the least out of any area of my body, and I left with my main sore area hurting as badly as before. I did get a hot stone add-on, and that may have been part of the problem. It felt like my massage was a rehearsed process rather than tailored to me and what I needed. Both of us also experienced the therapists using elbows on bony protrusions in our bodies. Elbows were jabbed into our spines, and for me also a ton of the elbow sliding down my back and landing very hard on the top of my pelvis on my lower back. It hurt pretty badly, and I had bruising there the next day. I was tensing up a lot and not breathing, but it wasn't noticed. My boyfriend had deep tissue, but also felt that it was more painful because of elbows on his bones than it was actually getting deep into muscle tissue. Also on the plus side though, both therapists were very nice and professional. It just felt more like there is a specific rehearsed way of doing it than intuitive or tailored to the individual. read more

I was stressed out and needed time off and get that massages which I did with my bff Liz. It was worth it. Loved every bit of it. Must come back. As soon as you enter, you get greeted by this nice receptionist lady , the view is nice and clean. Very neat and they seriously do great job at what they do. I need to go back STAT. read more

Indio Spa - Day Spas Near Me - Indio, California

Very friendly and professional staff. Definitely not amateur massage therapist! I opted for the deep tissue and it was exactly what I asked for. So deep I almost tapped out a couple times but had some knots that needed to be worked out. 4 of us had massages and everyone had great things to say. Total spa vibe from the moment you walked in. read more

Indio Spa - A good friend of mine couldn't make the trip so we used cardboard cutouts and took them everywhere with us. - Day Spas Near Me - Indio, California

Honnee gave me one of the best massages I've ever received. She is truly gifted in her craft. Highly recommend. Clean and quiet facility with reasonable prices. 10/10 Recommend. read more

What an incredible time! The staff was so kind and they got back to me quickly after I submitted my inquiry for massages. I didn't realize how badly I needed a good massage and to relax. We each had 90 minute sessions and I would highly recommend. Note: The spa is clearly beside some outdoor activities (pool, arcade, etc.) so every once and a while there was some background noise of children having fun. That didn't bother either of us, but it seems a few reviews on here don't like to hear laughter and joy. read more

Wonderful most amazing massage ever. I highly recommend. Honnee Gonzales best masseuse ever.!!!

Wow, I went to get a facial with a massage by Honnee and she was so amazing, I came back the next day for another massage. She probably was the best person I ever had and I have lived all over the world. It's a two hour drive and I would drive back there just to see her again. She was the best of the best. read more

Tiara is amazing I must come every month second time and many more. Best massage I ever had. Great service friendly staff welcoming .

After my third visit I finally got around to writing a review. Giving it 5 stars for a few reasons: - Great location especially if you are staying at the Worldmark Indio resort (located in building 16) - Ability to fill out paperwork on-line before your visit - Good pricing and have found it to be lower than others in the area - $10 off if you check-in on Yelp For this visit I went with the Aroma Bliss massage and found it to be exactly what I was looking for. This included customizing your own aromatherapy oil and I went with a blend of two. A great perk with this massage is you get to take home your oil blend in a little bottle. For the actual massage, it was more like a Swedish massage and my masseuse made sure to cover all of my problem areas. A great experience that left me feeling completely relaxed and a great start to my vacation. read more

Honnee was awesome! I had certain areas that needed addressing and she knew exactly what to do. I felt so relaxed, refreshed and good after my massage that I booked another one before I went back home. Thank you Honnee!! read more

We stayed here for a couple of nights. We chose to booked a massage the day before our service without difficulty. My massage therapist was Honey and it was the best deep tissue massage I have ever received. She is very strong and intuitive regarding which areas may be sensitive. Locals are able to use this spa and I would book a regular session with her !!! read more

My husband and I each had a one hour massage here. I had the balance massage with Honnee and my husband had the deep tissue with Brianna. We booked the appt one week prior with Cynthia whom I believe manages the front desk. The booking was super easy and I was assured at booking that my massage therapist would be able to adapt my one hour massage for me, given a minor physical limitation. Honnee did indeed work around my issue and gave me an amazing massage with perfect pressure. She was very personable which made the massage experience even better. My husband said his massage was perfect too. Worth noting, I had a little issue at check out where I almost fainted. No idea why, but scared the u know what outta me. I'm mentioning it because Cynthia was so patient and although she was smack dab in the middle of checking us out, she waited until I was feeling better to complete the transaction. (One would think that would be the obvious thing to do but, humanity is uneasy rn, so I was pleasantly surprised at her patience) read more

Debra was awesome! Jacqueline was also awesome. Jacqueline helped me with my reservation and patiently explained to me the different types of massages. Debra was my masseuse. She was great! She would ask if the pressure was ok, or if I was comfy or warm enough. The place is also very clean. I highly recommend this place! read more

Indio Spa - Day Spas Near Me - Indio, California

I got the economist, with a 1/2 hour body scrub and 1/2 hour neck and scalp massage. It was very good. My skin felt so soft and smooth after and my neck pain was released after my massage. Sarah did an awesome job. It was a nice, clean, quiet, comfortable, and extremely relaxing environment. The cost was very reasonable for the service. Cute little boutique inside if you want to do a little shopping or browsing while you wait for your service. They have some nice skin care products and cute clothing, jewelry, and accessories. They have a lot of great services to choose from to make you feel pampered, relaxed, and rejuvenated. If I had time, I would have come back for more services. Loved the experience, thank you. read more

I enjoyed my time here very much and I felt so comfortable in the hands of both my masseuse and esthetician. I enjoyed how caring and intuitive they were to my needs. I don't get many facials or massages very often but I felt totally comfortable and relaxed during and after. The space was warm and inviting so much that I truly didn't want to leave. Made my trip so much more enjoyable. read more

Cute little gem at the resort, was given an appointment right away and massage was lovely. Could have been more pressure but I should have asked. Scored the cutest swim cover up on my way out, so unique and gorgeous! read more

This spa is located at Worldmark Indio in building 16. The massage I received was a "The Balancevr" Now I am no stranger to getting massages but this one was special. Norma was absolutely amazing. She was able to relieve tension I didn't know I had, she massaged my neck and that literally melted tension away. She was effective, professional and we even chatted a bit. For anyone wondering if they should try this spa out.. here is your sign to go ahead and book an appointment! Oh and when you check in with Yelp, you get $10 off any massage.- not sure how long that offer is going to be there 100/10, I will definitely be back! read more

Got the 1 hour Balance massage and the only reason why I deducted a star was because of the miscommunication. We had booked reservations for 4 and all were for the same time. Turns out that they moved 2 of us to 1 hour after the other 2. So 2 of us were waiting for 1 hour and it was way too hot outside to even explore the grounds. When we asked the lady at the desk, she said that it was told verbally over the phone, but our friend who booked the reservation said they never called to say that. I mean, if you're short staffed, just say so lol. Personally, my masseuse was great! I actually learned that my right hip was higher than my other one which might be the reason causing my shoulder aches! The 1 hour went by way too fast too, so book a longer session if you can. read more

I was in town for the weekend for business and decided to treat myself to a massage after a long day . I called and booked and got the reservation same day for 130pm. I came and was fully expecting to have the best massage of my life . Although it was good. It wasn't the best I've ever had . The one thing that bothered me was that all the massages I have ever had the ambience is quiet and peaceful throughout the whole massage which is the selling point for me as I am trying to unwind and relax. Well this was different my masseuse kept talking to me and trying to make conversation and that just wasn't what I was going for so I wasn't 100% satisfied . I also had a facial and it just kind of felt like the towels that they were using were kind of smelly and it was just a turn off for me . read more

This was our second time visiting Indio Spa. My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and booked a couples massage. We got the Balance massage and added a hand scrub and hot stones as well. It was amazing! Both Sarah and Jason did a wonderful job and made sure to check in to make sure we were okay at all times. The room was calming and comfortable, and the scents of the products used were perfect. We both left the Spa feeling very relaxed and ready for a nap! I'd highly recommend if you are staying at WorldMark or in the area. :) read more

I am on a last chance vacay before schools start up for the new school year. Relaxation and a little bit of pampering was my goal. I chose the 90 minute deep tissue massage, Hortencia was my masseuse. We spoke about my issues and agreed to what we both thought was best to reach optimal results of my massage. This was the best massage EVER!!! I walked out feeling like I was on cloud 9. Definitely would recommend, ask for Hortensia, you will not be disappointed. read more

Last minute massage and mini facial. They were able to fit us in quickly and the beds were super comfortable read more

Why do they bother asking for what areas to focus on? Literally Michelle spent 15% of her time on my back (which is what I said I wanted work on) and the other 85% on my legs, arms and neck. Probably 50% of the session was spent on my legs. The stones were lukewarm at best so unable to penetrate deep into the muscle. I asked several times if she could apply more pressure to which I got zero response verbally or physically. So disappointed to have spent that kind of money for nothing. I was so pissed off that there was no way to relax and my back is still killing me. I'd put negative stars if I could. There's $200 down the drain. read more

Was able to last minute book a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Eddie. It was his first day back and you wouldn't know it, he was amazing hitting spots I needed work on and even spots I didn't even know I needed worked on. There were a couple glitches but the caring owner once hearing about it and seeing my initial review called me within 5 minutes to discuss and to offer a solution. I was presumptuous in leaving a not so nice review and given the chance felt it was best to update. Lisa is a caring spa owner and even with some items of noise that can't be controlled she and her staff works to make the customer feel as comfy and pampered as possible. I sincerely mean it that a massage from Eddie was by far the best massage I have had in many many years (know that right now he only works Tuesdays hoping he works more and I will be back next visit for sure!) read more

Really nice little hidden spa I live I. Sun city shadow hills and it's so close I went for a full massage I was having a lot of vertigo and headaches it was so relaxing and something I needed felt kind of woozy leaving but it wore off after drinking lots of water to flush out toxins I would definitely go back and discount for locals read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my Balance 60 massage. It was my first time ever having a massage. Daniel was exceptional in technique and personality. He took me to a zone I've never been to before! The experience was spiritual. It took me a minute to get off of the table and get dressed. I have never felt like that before, in my life. Daniel is a GOD send. I will never forget the experience. read more

I got a really nice massage from Debby at the Indio spa. She did an excellent job and I would go back there. The only thing that keeps me from going there every week is the cost of the massage which was $185. I wish my insurance covered Massage but it doesn't and I can't afford to pay for this massage too often without going broke, but other than that I was very happy with my massage and I had a facial the last time I went and it was really good also. read more

I did not have a good experience but the 5 star rating is related to a personal call from the owner offering a refund, empathy, an apology and promises to correct the problems I encountered. I appreciate a proactive business owner. read more

I received a massage today with Abigail and it was one of the best massages I've ever received! Thank you!

AMAZING!!!! Husband booked a massage and facial for my b-day while we stayed at the Wyndham Resort. Spa is located at the resort, building 16. I had both sessions with 'Asia' who was meticulous and gave special attention to my very tight neck and shoulders. I really enjoyed how she incorporated deep breathing in her massage, which also helped to get deeper into the tight areas. I usually get massages at least 1-2 times a month, but this one was pretty special and she worked out all my kinks! The facial was just as amazing! Asia took her time, tailored my facial to target problem areas, and even provided recommendations for after care treatment/products, which I asked for. No pushy sales tactics. I walked out of there floating on clouds; exactly how you should feel after a day at the spa! THANK YOU ASIA!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! 10/10 read more

I was very impressed by Daniels expertise with the Balance massage. I told him that I like to have my extremities pulled. I'm a massage therapist myself so, I was hoping he know what I meant by saying those words! I was very happy that he knew exactly what I expected. Daniel gave did a Thai/sports massage. Very impressed and happy with my massage. I only wish I had gotten a 90min. Next time for sure!!! I have worked at the Hyatt in Monterey, Ca as a CMT and they charged $110 for a 60min Full body massage. I think Indio Spa's prices are very reasonable for a resort. I will definitely be back. And I will ask for Daniel! read more

I went to the spa with my mom, aunt, and cousin. We all had a fantastic and relaxing time. My massage therapist in particular was great. Her name is Molly. I got the 30 min balance massage and 30 min facial w/ eye serum add-on. I don't normally get massages but I'm so glad I did. She made sure I was comfortable and even checked a few times to make sure the pressure was ok. She also gave me some fantastic tips on places here in Palm Springs. It's our first time in this area and we went with her recommendation for lunch and it was great! She also gave me tips for future massages and products also for my problem areas (ex. Dark circles under my eyes.) Overall, I feel much more comfortable getting massages in the future and if I'm back here again, I'll definitely be requesting her. She has a ton of experience also so she's great especially for first timers or anyone that may just generally feel uncomfortable getting massages. read more

Prior to my massage, I wasn't terribly impressed. I didn't do my research, so I expected the full spa experience with sauna, steam room, fruit, robes, etc.... or at least some sort of locker room setup. However, my aromatherapy massage with Lucinda was fantastic. I was still in a daze 3 hours later. I don't know if I've ever been that relaxed in my life. Highly recommend despite the relative lack of amenities read more

if you're in need of a deep tissue massage ask for Whitney, it was simply perfect. She got rid of knots i didn't even know i had

I've stayed at Worldmark Indio several times and the spa has been closed for Covid. I was excited last week to see it re-opened and made an appointment for my first massage there. I chose the (basic) Balance massage for my first visit. My experience with Whitney was wonderful. It had been five or more years since my last massage of any sort and I sure have missed out. Whitney was very welcoming and made sure that I was comfortable. She willingly encouraged any questions or direction from me. I enjoyed learning a bit about the path that brought her to Indio spa and highly recommend her to other patrons. read more

Daniel is a gift to this world! I get massages every few months and this was, hands down, the best one I've ever had. He worked out knots I didn't even know I had! The massage was a bit "interactive"... I had to lift my leg and push the table leg with my hand, something I've never done during a massage but it allowed Daniel to get deep into the tissue. 90 minutes flew by and I was so sad when it was over. The prices were on par with what I've paid elsewhere. While they have no bonus amenities, getting massaged by Daniel was enough! I live in Orange County and am already trying to plan my next trip out to the desert just so I can get another massage. read more
