My husband and I each had a one hour massage here. I had the balance massage with Honnee and my husband had the deep tissue with Brianna. We booked the appt one week prior with Cynthia whom I believe manages the front desk. The booking was super easy and I was assured at booking that my massage therapist would be able to adapt my one hour massage for me, given a minor physical limitation. Giving it 5 stars for a few reasons: - Great location especially if you are staying at the Worldmark Indio resort (located in building 16) - Ability to fill out paperwork on-line before your visit - Good pricing and have found it to be lower than others in the area - $10 off if you check-in on Yelp For this visit I went with the Aroma Bliss massage and found it to be exactly what I was looking for. This included customizing your own aromatherapy oil and I went with a blend of two. A great perk with this massage is you get to take home your oil blend in a little bottle. For the actual massage, it was more like a Swedish massage and my masseuse made sure to cover all of my problem areas. Cute little boutique inside if you want to do a little shopping or browsing while you wait for your service. They have some nice skin care products and cute clothing, jewelry, and accessories. This spa is located at Worldmark Indio in building 16. The massage I received was a "The Balancevr" Now I am no stranger to getting massages but this one was special. Norma was absolutely amazing. She was able to relieve tension I didn't know I had, she massaged my neck and that literally melted tension away. She was effective, professional and we even chatted a bit. For anyone wondering if they should try this spa out.. here is your sign to go ahead and book an appointment! Got the 1 hour Balance massage and the only reason why I deducted a star was because of the miscommunication. We had booked reservations for 4 and all were for the same time. Turns out that they moved 2 of us to 1 hour after the other 2. So 2 of us were waiting for 1 hour and it was way too hot outside to even explore the grounds. When we asked the lady at the desk, she said that it was told verbally over the phone, but our friend who booked the reservation said they never called to say that. I mean, if you're short staffed, just say so lol. Personally, my masseuse was great! I actually learned that my right hip was higher than my other one which might be the reason causing my shoulder aches! The 1 hour went by way too fast too, so book a longer session if you can. read more

I came and was fully expecting to have the best massage of my life . Although it was good. It wasn't the best I've ever had . The one thing that bothered me was that all the massages I have ever had the ambience is quiet and peaceful throughout the whole massage which is the selling point for me as I am trying to unwind and relax. This was our second time visiting Indio Spa. My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and booked a couples massage. We got the Balance massage and added a hand scrub and hot stones as well. It was amazing! Both Sarah and Jason did a wonderful job and made sure to check in to make sure we were okay at all times. Why do they bother asking for what areas to focus on? Literally Michelle spent 15% of her time on my back (which is what I said I wanted work on) and the other 85% on my legs, arms and neck. Probably 50% of the session was spent on my legs. The stones were lukewarm at best so unable to penetrate deep into the muscle. I asked several times if she could apply more pressure to which I got zero response verbally or physically. So disappointed to have spent that kind of money for nothing. I was so pissed off that there was no way to relax and my back is still killing me. I'd put negative stars if I could. There's $200 down the drain. read more

Was able to last minute book a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Eddie. It was his first day back and you wouldn't know it, he was amazing hitting spots I needed work on and even spots I didn't even know I needed worked on. There were a couple glitches but the caring owner once hearing about it and seeing my initial review called me within 5 minutes to discuss and to offer a solution. I was presumptuous in leaving a not so nice review and given the chance felt it was best to update. Lisa is a caring spa owner and even with some items of noise that can't be controlled she and her staff works to make the customer feel as comfy and pampered as possible. I sincerely mean it that a massage from Eddie was by far the best massage I have had in many many years (know that right now he only works Tuesdays hoping he works more and I will be back next visit for sure!) read more

AMAZING!!!! Husband booked a massage and facial for my b-day while we stayed at the Wyndham Resort. Spa is located at the resort, building 16. I had both sessions with 'Asia' who was meticulous and gave special attention to my very tight neck and shoulders. I really enjoyed how she incorporated deep breathing in her massage, which also helped to get deeper into the tight areas. I usually get massages at least 1-2 times a month, but this one was pretty special and she worked out all my kinks! The facial was just as amazing! Asia took her time, tailored my facial to target problem areas, and even provided recommendations for after care treatment/products, which I asked for. No pushy sales tactics. I was very impressed by Daniels expertise with the Balance massage. I told him that I like to have my extremities pulled. I'm a massage therapist myself so, I was hoping he know what I meant by saying those words! I was very happy that he knew exactly what I expected. Daniel gave did a Thai/sports massage. I went to the spa with my mom, aunt, and cousin. We all had a fantastic and relaxing time. My massage therapist in particular was great. Her name is Molly. I got the 30 min balance massage and 30 min facial w/ eye serum add-on. I don't normally get massages but I'm so glad I did. She made sure I was comfortable and even checked a few times to make sure the pressure was ok. She also gave me some fantastic tips on places here in Palm Springs. It's our first time in this area and we went with her recommendation for lunch and it was great! She also gave me tips for future massages and products also for my problem areas (ex. Dark circles under my eyes.) Overall, I feel much more comfortable getting massages in the future and if I'm back here again, I'll definitely be requesting her. She has a ton of experience also so she's great especially for first timers or anyone that may just generally feel uncomfortable getting massages. read more

I've stayed at Worldmark Indio several times and the spa has been closed for Covid. I was excited last week to see it re-opened and made an appointment for my first massage there. I chose the (basic) Balance massage for my first visit. My experience with Whitney was wonderful. It had been five or more years since my last massage of any sort and I sure have missed out. Whitney was very welcoming and made sure that I was comfortable. She willingly encouraged any questions or direction from me. Daniel is a gift to this world! I get massages every few months and this was, hands down, the best one I've ever had. He worked out knots I didn't even know I had! The massage was a bit "interactive"... I had to lift my leg and push the table leg with my hand, something I've never done during a massage but it allowed Daniel to get deep into the tissue. 90 minutes flew by and I was so sad when it was over. The prices were on par with what I've paid elsewhere. While they have no bonus amenities, getting massaged by Daniel was enough! I surely won the massage lottery when Robin F. was introduced as my massage therapist getaway and my life got a new lease. Her light was bright and her heart was filled with compassion and interest in my problems and ready to get to work. Yes, she was a little small in stature, but as time passed she was a burning bush of Faith, Hope, Encouragement, and in attacking what was hurting like the person that was truly her inside & out. Hands down the best massage I have ever received in my life. Robin walked me through all she was going to address and fulfilled the life restoration on every muscle & joint in my being, and my head with all the blessings that life has to offer.
