Worst pharmacy ever! they know all the rite aide folks are coming over here and they cant hire more staff? we were in the drive through so long an HOUR that our car died and the battery went out. The line is so bad that sheriffs watching it... THIS IS INSANE I swear to god there are days I much rather die than go on being treated like this. They dont care if you get your meds anyways.. they just give you a notice that its out of stock and basically its not their problem and yadda yadda SO what are we supposed to do just go without our medication and hope we dont die? " My labels all had another medicine name I wasnt even picking up, yet they all said NO MYLAN & he gave me mylan anyways. Still no one. Their lines are always backed up and take forever. UPDATE 9/24/2025 - I went to Walgreens today to check if my prescription is ready because you can never get through on phone lines. 18 people ahead of me in line inside and 15 cars in drive-through. I left after 15 minutes in line. I could be dead before my prescription is ready. This location is horrible and switching to Walmart and Amazon online. I am really sorry Rite Aid closed. read more

Every single time I call the pharmacy, the phone just rings and rings with no answer. It's incredibly frustrating when you're trying to check on a prescription or ask a simple question and no one can be bothered to pick up. They are painfully slow and the staff comes across as disorganized and unprofessional. What should be a quick stop turns into a long wait with little communication about what's going on. Pharmacy. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff is over worked, understaffed. They are short tempered and rude. Rite Aid closed, they have too many customers, but haven't adjusted to meet the needs of this community. Don't bring your prescriptions here. The front end isn't much better. UPDATE: Yesterday I got a partial refill because they were out of a cream I need for wound care. My insurance company agreed to allow a refill early as long as I pick it up by tomorrow--a request I would have to explain to the pharmacist. But I have now been on HOLD for 1 HOUR and 55 MINUTES. There were 3 calls ahead of me 2 hours ago--So about 30 minute between each call the staff actually PICKS UP. This is unbelievable callous. I find it hard to look these guys in the eyes when I pick up. How does the manager keep their job? WHY DOES CORPORATE LOOK THE OTHER WAY. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am required to fill my RX at Walgreens, unfortunately. They never have more than one person working the drive though for pickup. For 3 days I have been trying to pick up my BP meds, but each time I have gone there are between 5 and 15 cars, lined up all the way around the building. I know for a fact that if there are 5 cars it will be at least a 30 minute wait! I have been out of my meds now for 3 days, and there is nothing you can do. There is not even enough room in the parking lot to get in that line of cars. I wish I knew a time when they would staff the drive through adequately, if there is one. I also wish I had picked a part D plan that did not require me to use Walgreens. This store has gone from pretty good to abysmal in the last 8 months. read more

Dropped off my daughter's prescription at 9am, called at 3pm they said it was ready, showed up at 6pm waited in a 30min line and once I got to the front they told me it was "in process". Proceeded to wait ANOTHER 40mins and as the cashier was about to hand me the prescription the pharmacist came over and said the medication wasn't mixed. So there goes another 20 mins waiting for the medication to be "mixed". DO NOT COME HERE! I know I NEVER will again! You're better off driving to another city! read more

This is the slowest pharmacy. I waited on the phone for an hr and 20 minutes just for them to hang up on me. My medications are always days or a week late. The staff is not very helpful. There's always an issue with them not submitting information properly or having the medication ready. read more

Going through the drive thru line waiting 40 minutes just to get to the front of a 4 car line, was told come back in a hour for ready prescription and upon returning in 2 hours an 30 minutes the prescription still wasn't ready inside and I was asked to wait 40 extra minutes.... A big suck to you. It's 10:45 in the morning and same day delivery isn't available anymore, and when you try to submit on the app for the next day, it says "Oh! Something went wrong. Please try later!" The drive through is an hour long!! What LATER? I don't have anymore LATERS left because if I'm not spending hours on line, I'm on the phone- literally on hold to speak to the actual pharmacy (you're call center sucks too- they know nothing about meds) for 53 minutes the other day- just another modern day inconvenience, should be used to it all by now! read more

I needed to talk with the pharmacy operations manager at this pharmacy. Pharmacy tech Sing at the call center refused to put my call through. I called back twice and each time the same Pharmacy tech(Mr Sing) then put me through to a prerecorded advertisement for a medication I have never been on, and will never be on. He did this twice. I had to drive an hour from where I was to the pharmacy in person to deal with this. The tragedy of leaving a one star review is that there are two Pharmacy techs and the operations manager, Lyndsey, who are 5 star employees and are awesome. read more

I received the best customer service today by Georgia. She took the time to put in all the info so that I could use my points and get $5 off my purchase. I didn't even know anything about that! Then I purchased Chipotle gift cards, 4 of them....and she even took the time to match the #s to each card, as well as taping the activation receipt and the cash amount value on each card! She was amazing going above and beyond. That's very rare now a days. Most people don't even care. I moved my prescriptions here because rite aid closed and moved my prescriptions. Worst experience ever. would give no star if I could. My orders take more than 8 hours and usually take 2 to 3 days. Help id nil. Forget about calling. You'll get some off-site help line that just transfer you to the store after wasting your time. Then your routed to automated system that then transfer you to the pharmacy with a standard message "there are 3 callers ahead of you" which means one hour to never wait. This is my go to place for late night goodies. Just be sure to be wary of ghouls and Hobos at night. Prop 36 isn't helping much here, the Hobos are still coming in filling backpacks up with goods and walking out. One employee built a " shopping cart wall barricade " which helped a bit but doesn't keep the teeth grinding desperate Hobos from shoplifting thier fill here. Even the Banning Eastide Sapo gang are leaving their brand here at this Walgreens. Just look at the delivery box at the prescription drive thru. They have claimed this Walgreens as theirs. Hope this place can stay open with all the night theft here. They must lose thousands in product a night to these mincing Hobos. read more

This Banning walgreens is pathetic!!! They received what most businesses only dream about. Hundreds of customers overnight. Too bad they don't have the mental capacity to handle the new customers. It's not too complicated. Simply hire people and, in the meantime, transfer employees from other stores. Over an hour to wait for your medicine in the drive-through is pathetic. This is a very busy Walgreens. Often you have to wait in line inside or in the drive up window. This is not the staffs fault, it is the Corporate office's fault. The pharmacy staff always gets my prescriptions refilled promptly and efficiently. I use to go to a Walgreens Pharmacy in Huntington Beach, which had a lot more staff and open less hours and they were very incompetent . This review is for the PHARMACY area only and for the pharmacy tech named DANIEL. She is extremely unprofessional and rude and very disrespectful. My dad went in to pick up his prescription that was filled by his dr. My dad knows very little English and was trying his best to give the information that was needed. My dad called me to ask for our address and as I was giving it I can hear DANIEL yelling in the background at my dad and talking over him and I. She didn't let me speak and just kept interrupting me yelling, being very rude and almost sounding racist. This person should be excused for their extremely disgusting customer service I hope management sees this review and takes matter into their own hands because if that person speaks this way to customers they should definitely not be in healthcare no empathy whatsoever. This store originally had LabCorp in it. However, some months ago they left. I was told that the air conditioning wasn't working and that Walgreens refused to fix it. However, Walgreens said that LabCorp had informed them that they needed more than 30 new employees. I now have to drive, a half hour to the closest LabCorp. I don't think they serve their community very well. Someone needs to fix this. read more
