It is just the right size and can go in every room in my mobile home. I also bought a Golden Cloud recliner. It is wonderful. So comfortable and it has a rise lift if I want to use it if my muscles are extra tired..... it can help me to get up easily. It also has a control that will lift my legs higher than my heart in case I have too much water retention. It is wonderful. This beautiful chair has everything... heat, massage, rise lift, lumbar support, neck support.... So easy to use... very user friendly. The young men at Sun Medical in Beaumont, Jacob and Christopher not only deliver and set up everything.... they have so much knowledge about the chair that they can explain everything and anything about it. They both have helped me at the store when looking and checking and then on the sale. They are not pushy at all. Very friendly and truly care about people. They did a horrible job fitting my wheelchair, and in my experience, Mike did not properly fit the chair to my needs.The customer service was also extremely disappointing. There is a woman who works there who uses a wheelchair, and unfortunately, I found her to be very rude and unhelpful during my experience with the company.What has been even more frustrating is how difficult the return process was. I had to return my wheelchair, and I was charged $450 just for a restocking fee.After everything I experienced, I feel completely done with this company. I expected a company specializing in mobility equipment to genuinely care about making sure their customers were properly fitted and treated with respect, but that was not my experience. I personally felt like the focus was more on the money than on the customer. I would not recommend U2 Mobility based on my experience. If you reach a functioning voice mailbox and leave a message, they almost never call back. If you ever do get to speak with someone, they promise to work on the issue and call you back but a call back almost never happens. It is very difficult to get them to deliver something as simple as an oxygen tank. It is absolutely impossible to get them to respond to a problem wit a portable oxygen concentrator. This lack of regard for critically ill patients is shocking and borders on criminality in my opinion.

When I finally emailed the company, they called back and said it would take at least a week, even with a prescription for a portable O2 concentrator, and that they could give me a few small bottles tomorrow. Her follow-up with her oncologist is today, after a week in the hospital. Her life is precious, and this company, which also handles hospice, should not be allowed near patients.
