This pharmacy is completely unreliable if your dependent on a certain brand of medication, this is the last place that you wanna go. They do not have enough suppliers to make sure that they can be counted on. And they just simply don't seem to care. That's the worst thing as the crappy attitude to the pharmacist one week you have my medication and in the next week you don't and you just shrug your shoulders and say not my problem. How heartless can you be? That could cause someone to die you a hole!! I hope this business rots in the ground! read more

Hello Rite Aid pharmacy customers...If you are looking for a new pharmacy, may I suggest Beaumont Pharmacy. We have been customers there since 2023. We have been very pleased with this pharmacy and their staff. There are wonderful, knowledgeable, caring people working there. The store is always clean and you are greeted with a friendly hello. You can walk in for a prescription to be filled, or have them call to advise you when your medications are ready to be picked up. Another option, is having your medications delivered. Any way you choose, you can count on a friendly experience. We have also found it very helpful having the pharmacist available to answer questions promptly, or via a phone call. This pharmacy offers excellent and professional service! I also want to mention a special option Beaumont Pharmacy offers: the Daily Pill Pack. The pack separates your pills based on when you take them (morning, noon or night.) Such a convenient way to make sure you take all your medications at the right time! The convenience of not having to sort the medication every week is very much appreciated! This is our family pharmacy. We are happy to recommend it to you! read more

This pharmacy is good and the owner is nice but he has decided to change his computer system over so that if you need to use a debt card or credit card to buy your meds it charges you 4%! That will add up very fast if you have a lot of meds to buy. That's not good for the elderly. The owner also never told me about the 4% surcharge the first couple of times. This is nothing more then a money grab. Many places are doing this crap now so start carrying cash again read more

What a wonderful store. They had a bed rail for my mother in law and we bought it. Before we could use it she passed. They were kind enough to take the return and were super understanding. Yesterday I had a neck pain and I saw Your Pharmacy sign so I stopped by to ask for the Pharmacist consultation, Unlike the Big name pharmacies, When I stepped in, I was greeted by the very friendly tech, She called the pharmacist for a consultation, The Pharmacist, Immaduldin, was very friendly, very knowledgeable, addressed the problem and recommended a very effective rub that helped relief my neck pain. While checking out, I noticed how friendly the Pharmacist was to his patient who was calling him to refill her prescription and telling her, Your prescription will be ready in 5 mins", I hope this example of business lasts cause we really lack the friendliness and fast service when dealing with big names. read more

I mad the pharmacist is awesome. I am a new customer only a couple of months. But he already knows me by sight. He texts when your refill is ready and has them set up to auto refill. I just dropped of a new prescription and he gave me enough pills to last until my other refills are due. That way all of them are done at the same time. Nice hometown old school feel. read more
