They refused the refund saying it was a "sanitary issue", although it was obviously impossible that it had ever been used in any way and these same items are all over their showroom floor, open and unwrapped and for sale. A shower chair is not sterile, and as noted, this one was still completely wrapped in the original packing and tags. So the "sanitary" issue is obviously B.S. Their refund policy on my receipt states it only applies to open or used items I have heard from others this attempt to get out of refunding anything is typical, so be careful and aware here.
