I was trying to speak with a manager and he played a stupid game with me by refusing to give me her the name. It would have been simple but that moron decided he was running the show. Now you have a bad review about customer service. You should treat people with respect young man. Did you think you could do this without me saying something. I purchased a scooter in Oct. 2014 and am very pleased with it. I got a 2 seater and attached a wagon to it to carry my Pug around. We have been in a few parades, Riverside Veterans Day Parade, San Diego Pug Rescue At the Pride Parade and a couple of others. Every place I go people come up to me and say what a nice looking scooter. The service is great and for small repairs I've been charged very little to nothing. I also now have a 1 seater to putt around on and they have taken very good care of it too. My extra equipment that I added were under scooter green lights what a sharp look at night the scooter looks more outstanding. I taken my scooter to San Francisco, Las Vegas and many more places. My dad purchased a scooter from this place about one month ago. He paid about $2,000 cash and financed the remaining balance (about 700). No more than a week after purchase, he passed away. Due to his poor health, he never actually rode the scooter. Because the scooter was only purchased a week prior and it had NOT been used, i was hoping i could return it. My sister called Bob's on July 18th and she was told she needed to speak with manager but he wasn't available. The office girl took her name and number and said he would return her call. After five days, there was no return call so she called back on Aug 23. She was put on hold for over 25 minuets with no one answering. She tried calling several times again that afternoon but got a busy signal saying they were busy helping customers. My sister, hoping i would have better luck, then gave me the number to call. When i called, i spoke to the manager who said he would not return the scooter, despite it being in brand new condition. i explained that we needed the money for the funeral and he still refused. He then refused to return my follow up phone calls. My sister later received a call from Bob's store after the manager spoke to me. Bob's then proceeded to tell her that he would remove $250 from the balance owed for basket we never received and he would write off remaining balance of $550. He thought we should call it even and that said I could come down and get 2nd key and invoice marked paid. She called next day said she would be down. She asked him what time and he said he gets in at 1pm. She called at 1 pm to ask what would be a good time he said 2 1/2 hours. So at 2:30, she went down and he wasn't there. Employee at store called him and he said he was in town but busy. He told the employee she was there to pay the balance of 550, which was NOT their agreement. Employee said she could come back when manager was back. I think he was avoiding me hoping I would just pay balance. Moral of the story, i would not recommend this business. They seem to screen phone calls, and have shown little to no compassion for our situation. read more

I'll never do business again with these 'Christian' people, the fact that I saw the sign that said 'all sales are final' should've alerted me to the fact that it was questionable to purchase a mobility scooter there. But, I spent nearly $3000 and the next day tried to return, which they offer a 35% fee for, even though steep, I would've accepted that. Bad business practice as I call the very next day and they refused a refund saying that they choose if they will give a refund or not. I wonder what makes them decide to choose what customer should be treated right and what customer shouldn't be treated right. I will definitely report this experience to the consumer affairs and the BBB. I'll also see if the American Disability representative or an Ombudsman can aid me in this matter as well. My advice to anyone reading this, if you need a mobility scooter, do not go here. read more

We bought our scooter from a private party, and it had just had new batteries put in and a tune up. Unfortunately, the batteries died after 2 months. Charlie was great. He offered to pro rate the price for the batteries even though the warranty didn't transfer over to us. Great Customer Service. read more
