I wouldn't go anywhere else when looking to purchase a bike for myself. I'll definitely be staying here, especially with their 2-year in-house warranty. Many places only offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty and can't even do the work themselves. A friend of mine bought an e-bike at another shop in Temecula, and they can't get parts or service they just give a guy's number who apparently works out of a storage unit or garage. I'd much rather have an in-house warranty and a place I can trust.

She's already ridden it all over town with her friends either riding on the back or with their own bikes. I did add some axle mounted rear pegs for passengers. The sales woman was informative and let both me and my daughter test ride the bike before we purchased. Also showed us the service area since they can do in house repairs, upgrades, tires, etc on site. They have some moderately priced bikes up to some more expensive models in stock and even had some smaller bikes for younger kids. Definitely recommend Rebel Bikes if you're looking in the Temecula/Murrieta area.

The first repair had a bit of a problem so I contacted Irvin, one of the owners, and he delivered some of the best customer service that I have experienced. He said he would take care of it immediately, came to my house and picked up the bike, and gave it priority for the repair.
