Rigo fixed my front, & rear derailleur, (FLAT PEDALS ARE TEMPORARY) lol

Before coming to this shop, I tried 2 shops to try and have the chain rub on my front mech fixed, and get my rear derailleur dialed in correctly, Rigo by far did the best job out of everyone else I brought my bike to, reasonable prices, friendly service, & overall a great experience, I will be bringing back my bike for adjustments, and more service, Thanks again -Connor

Great little shop that seems to specialize in road bikes but can help you with almost anything. We've taken in mountain bikes, commuter bikes, etc. Most recently we went in and they did a minor repair gratis and that's why they earn return business!

Came in here after a bad experience with another bike shop. They took care of us quickly and efficiently. No problems at all.

I had the fantastic opportunity to meet Rigo (the store manager) today while searching for a new helmet.

These bikes are clearly made to last. Every time I go in for help, the staff is incredibly helpful. The mechanic is great he explains exactly what they did, so you know your bike is in good hands. I wouldn't go anywhere else when looking to purchase a bike for myself. I'll definitely be staying here, especially with their 2-year in-house warranty. Many places only offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty and can't even do the work themselves. A friend of mine bought an e-bike at another shop in Temecula, and they can't get parts or service they just give a guy's number who apparently works out of a storage unit or garage. I'd much rather have an in-house warranty and a place I can trust.

Shop is small but had a ton of variety (all e-bikes of course)…read more My daughter settled on the Emojo Streetrod in a blue color. Very cute bike and has been very reliable in the week we've had it. Charges fully in about 4-5 hrs and really does last a min of 50 miles. She's already ridden it all over town with her friends either riding on the back or with their own bikes. I did add some axle mounted rear pegs for passengers. The sales woman was informative and let both me and my daughter test ride the bike before we purchased. Also showed us the service area since they can do in house repairs, upgrades, tires, etc on site. They have some moderately priced bikes up to some more expensive models in stock and even had some smaller bikes for younger kids. Definitely recommend Rebel Bikes if you're looking in the Temecula/Murrieta area.

I'm pretty disappointed with the service I received. I brought my bike in because the pedal crank…read morekept falling off. One of the service workers recommended the mini tune-up, saying it would cover the fix. When I picked it up, I was told the bike needed a new crankshaft because mine was bent. Fine -- I paid for it, assuming that would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, shortly after, the exact same problem happened again. I wasn't able to return the bike until this month (the original repair was done in August). When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $20 for parts, again thinking it would finally be fixed. But the crankshaft came off again mid-ride while picking up my kids. I took it back immediately, and the service employee told me the crankshaft was broken. I explained that I had just purchased it from them. He seemed frustrated, went to the back, and said that if this repair didn't work, I would need a new bike. At this point, I've spent about $120 on a repair that never actually fixed the issue. It's really unfortunate because I like the shop and thought it was a cool place, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing.
